"I've always had a painful period since it started. I've tried many over-the-counter drugs, but some work for a few months and they lose their efficacy. When I started using diclofenac, pain stopped completely through my period. I was able to sleep and work without feeling pain, making my menstrual days painless. However, blood flow is less (I'm a heavy bleeder) and looks darker, which is worrying. I think there's a scientific explanation for this and really need an answer to that. Finally, there are months when I'll throw up continuously after taking this painkiller."

"I'd taken several kinds of painkillers since I started having my period at 10 years. The pain was bad, and still bad though. I stumbled across Diclofenac sodium in 2018, and since then I've had a painkiller to turn to at any time, and it works like magic. However, the effect wears off after 8-9 hours, and I have to take another. It is also advisable to take the pill at the first sign of pain."

"I've had increasing pain for twelve years following an emergency C-section. Doctors have put me on antidepressants and codeine, a friend recommended diclofenac suppositories as I can't take tabs due to a stomach ulcer. It's been a couple of months, I now have reduced bleeding and touch wood no migraine. I don't know whether to cry for the lost years or with relief for finally getting my life back."

"This drug helps me a lot with the menstrual pain, putting into consideration I have Grade IV endometriosis. However, its intake prior to cramping delays menstruation and ceases upon taking during menstruation, which gives a greater risk to endometrial cancer."

Diclofenac "I have very bad pain during my periods. I can't stand straight without a Cataflam. I used to take paracetamol during periods when I was very young. But still, I had to deal with the rest of the uneasiness like muscle cramps and bad back pain. No words. I have tried taking the most commonly taken medicine - Mettal Spas as well, but I felt a bigger difference with Cataflam and I always prefer Cataflam (diclofenac potassium) over any medicine. But don't take more than 1 tablet in an hour. I took a 2nd dose one time within 30-60 mins and I ended up feeling very difficult (which I never expected), very bad dizziness, and there was a complete unexplained heart attack-like effect and sweating where I got so frightened thinking what is happening. (I normally don't panic, but I did that day.)"

Diclofenac "Cataflam is a lifesaver. I usually have excruciating pain during my period, but Cataflam literally makes it disappear. I recommend you take it before you start to feel cramps, else, it takes about an hour to kick in. But once it does, I even forget I’m on my period. I take two pills every 6-hour interval."
