For Birth Control "I've recently switched to Safyral from Beyaz about two months ago, and I love it! I was nervous because I searched the Internet over and over and only found one good review for this pill, so I thought I'd give my experience to people who are wanting to try this. I've had no major issues or changes except positive ones. While taking Beyaz, my face was broken out with at least 3-5 blemishes every week. I decided to ask my OB-GYN what I should do, and as suggested, going on Safyral. So I did, and I noticed immediate skin clearing. I haven't had one blemish since I started using this stuff. It doesn't affect my mood or personality either! I just feel like myself but with clear skin now! I'd recommend this to anyone!"

"I've been on Beyaz for about a year now, and I love it! I had some acne before (not much really), but it's completely gone, I never break out now. I never have cramps, my breasts got bigger, and when I went on it, I was trying to lose weight and had no problems (lost 15 lbs immediately after and got bigger breasts). I would recommend Beyaz to anyone."

For Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "I had PMDD extremely bad every month for at least 2-3 weeks out of the month. Since I've been taking Beyaz, I have no more symptoms of PMDD. My periods were irregular, now they are on time every month. I am so happy with this birth control. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you have PMDD."

For Acne "I'm 24 years old. I have battled with sudden breakouts for the past 6 years. I did not have active acne, but I had zero control over random breakouts in my cheeks. I have used literally every product on the market and altered my diet to see if I would benefit from it, absolutely nothing has worked. My last resort was stimulating my hormones to see if this might be the problem. Also, one of my girlfriends, whose skin is flawless, has been on birth control since she was 16 and recommended it to me. Let me tell you, I've been on Beyaz for exactly one month today, and my skin has never been so flawless, it's unreal. I've had zero side effects other than the best quality silky skin I've always dreamed of. Thank you, Beyaz."

For Birth Control "I started taking Beyaz about a month ago. I was originally taking Microgestin for birth control for a little over a year, and I started to experience extreme cramps that kept me from classes on some days. I never had problems with acne or mood swings, ever, especially while on Microgestin. Now that I'm taking Beyaz, I have very bad acne and feel very depressed and lackluster. I normally have a very high sex drive as well, and lately it has decreased immensely. Needless to say, I will be switching."

For Birth Control "Being on Beyaz has been, for the most part, fantastic. I originally was put on it to control my acne and heavy periods, and shortly after I began using it for birth control. It has continued to help with my acne and has lightened/shortened my periods significantly, but over the past year or so, I've noticed a vast decrease in my sex drive. It's almost non-existent. I haven't been on any other form of birth control, but I think that Beyaz is a pretty good choice."

For Birth Control "I have been on Beyaz for 5 years, since the age of 23. The first few months were rough. I can remember being overly emotional. As an introvert, I could definitely notice the difference but then mellowed out. I had my period for 2-3 days after the first 6 months. After the first year, I noticed that my period would occasionally skip a month or two or would come out brown for 2-3 days after taking the last pill in the pack. My acne was less present, appearing only within the week of my period. Rarely, if ever, do I feel cramps; nothing like before the pill. For me, I had initial weight loss, but after my body got used to the drug, the weight returned. My migraines are now once a year instead of monthly. I've experienced no change in my sexual drive-still high. In the first year, I would always use a condom or Plan B just in case. After STD testing and a monogamous relationship, did I stop using extra protection. I can happily say that the birth control has worked thus far."

For Birth Control "I've been on Yaz for years, and like most people, I switched to Beyaz because of the saving card. I've only been on it for a month. I have not stopped bleeding/spotting since I got my last period. I've tried different birth control over the years, and I never had this problem before. If this is the same as Yaz, I don't understand why I'm having this issue. I thought about trying it another month, but I'm not sure I can handle bleeding for 60 days if this continues."

"I've been on Beyaz for about a month and a half after getting off of the Depo shot. I do notice breast tenderness sometimes, but it seems to be clearing up my face, and I am actually less emotional than usual. The one thing that I have noticed that isn't listed as a side effect of this birth control but can occur with other types is night sweats. I've never had this in my life until a week after I went on Beyaz. All I can figure is that it was too rare of a side effect in the studies that it didn't make it into the side effects list."

For Birth Control "Here to give an update! Last time I posted here was the beginning of November, so it's been just about 3 months. Please, if you're thinking about trying it, go for it. Safe to say I absolutely love Beyaz, the spotting problem I had went away after the first pack and is normal. I originally went on Beyaz for acne and bad periods. My acne has never been better than it is right now. The first month was hard, but by the end of the second pack, I started to see serious changes. I'm now onto my fourth pack, and I still get a few breakouts (small, maybe 2-3) when I'm on the sugar pills, but I'm hoping even those go away soon. I used to bleed through a tampon and onto my clothes within 2 hours, and now my period lasts 3-4 days, no cramps. No noticeable side effects, weight gain, headaches, or mood changes. This pill is truly the best thing that has happened to me! I feel confident in myself again. Thank you, Beyaz!"

For Acne "I was on Beyaz for about 3 years and decided to switch to Lo Loestrin Fe because it has the lowest hormone dosage out of all birth controls. Biggest mistake of my life! My skin was clear before LLF, but 3 months into taking it, I broke out along my jawline, neck, and back! To make things worse, I had the worst mood swings and felt like a crazy person 24/7. I thought these were just the side effects from switching pills and it would get better past the 3-month mark, but it didn’t. I’m back on Beyaz, and although it’s only been 2 weeks, my skin is getting better and I am back to my normal self - no more crazies! My gyno told me that Beyaz is already an extremely low hormone dose BC, so it really didn’t make a difference switching to something lower. Ladies, do not switch to anything else, Beyaz is the best!"

For Birth Control "I previously took Lo Loestrin and had depression, breakthrough bleeding, and just a general feeling of blah. My MD switched me to Beyaz, and those feelings are gone. And, as a benefit, somehow or another, I have lost like 8 lbs in the past month. Of course, I exercise regularly and eat right, but seem to have less of an appetite. Love this pill!"

For Birth Control "I've been on Beyaz for almost a month now. I really like it. So far, I've had no side effects. That's great. I was on two other birth controls, and they made me gain weight and made my acne get ten times worse and did not help my cramps, and I got badly depressed. Since taking Beyaz, my acne has not gone away completely but has not gotten worse. I have not had any side effects so far. I love it."

For Acne "I'm 35, a mom of 2. I had acne as a teen, and Accutane cleared it up. Then I didn't have any issues with acne in my 20s. It progressively got worse after I had my second child. Spiro didn't help. I finally decided to get back on BC to see if that would work. I started taking Beyaz 3 weeks ago. I noticed my skin was less oily the 1st week. In the 2nd week, I noticed there were no new pimples (where there would usually be a new one or more daily!), and now in the 3rd week, my skin is glowing. Like, actually pretty. It's not been this clear in years. I've not had any of the typical side effects so far (no nausea, weight gain, or reduced sex drive). So far I love it! Give this a try if you're struggling with adult acne!"

For Birth Control "Beyaz was the third birth control pill I had tried. I was previously on Loestrin 24 (made me a raving lunatic), then on Lo Loestrin 10 (gave me no period at all, which made me uncomfortable and more susceptible to vaginal infections). I was skeptical about starting a new pill, but this one is wonderful! The only side effects I have are tender and enlarged breasts. I highly recommend it!"

For Birth Control "I have been on Beyaz for several years (3+). When I first started using the pill, I experienced frequent nausea for almost a year. I gradually switched the time of dosage to the evening upon recommendation from my obgyn. The nausea did clear up. I virtually have no acne. Within the first few years, I did have lighter periods (3-5 day bleeding with minimal cramping). However, in my fourth year of being on this pill, I have been getting my period for only a day. Most times I skip a period entirely. This is due to the thin uterine lining. I did, however, develop severe mood swings and panic attacks, which I suffer from daily. I also have had some hair thinning and some weight gain. Loss of libido at first, but it did return after the 1st year."

For Birth Control "I started taking Beyaz after trying Lo Loestrin Fe, that made me terribly sick. My friend had recommended it to me. I had no side effects, and my period is only like 4 or 5 days long. There's no tiredness or mood swings before I get my period either. No spotting, no increase in acne. My sex drive has stayed the same. My mood has been so much lighter. Beyaz is great! I would recommend it to anyone that has had problems with other birth control pills. It's a miracle."

For Birth Control "I feel wonderful taking Beyaz, but it's not perfect. It really helped with moderate acne, sometimes I would break out on my back and chest. Since taking it, I don't remember when I had a blemish. I have no mood swings, bloating, or weight gain-I'm actually at my lowest weight. The best thing is my sex drive is great. The only minus is my period still varies, sometimes it's heavy, sometimes it's light, and I'm still getting intensive cramps the first day. But honestly, I have no other issues, and I can deal with it."

"I took myself off birth control a year ago and felt better than I have in years. I developed an ovarian cyst, and my Gyno strongly recommended birth control for treatment. I was very hesitant/concerned about going back on birth control, particularly because I have been training for a marathon. The first month I was on Beyaz, my symptoms were mild, and my cyst went away, but 2 months and 3 months went by and my symptoms got much worse. Depression, weight gain, no sex drive, and my marathon training went downhill fast."

For Birth Control "I started Beyaz 2 years ago, then stopped it for about a year because I didn't need it (so I thought). I wasn't in any type of serious relationship when I stopped taking it, then proceeded to end up in something serious. I decided to get back on it (3-4 months ago), and I truly love this pill. This go-round, I take it as directed, every day on the same hour. I've missed one dosage and just doubled up the next day and started back my routine as directed. My periods weren't regular when I first started it, but continuing it, sticking with it, and taking it as directed... they became regular. Not so heavy (sometimes have clots, but I can handle that). I really recommend this pill. But take it like you're supposed to! Also: no weight gain for me!"

For Acne "I am taking the generic version, which, even with a coupon, is still $55 a month. However, I was willing to pay because of how terribly my body reacts to other “low” tier medications. My first two weeks were normal, however, mid-pack, my skin was horrible. It lasted until about the 2nd pack, when it started to clear up tremendously. I am starting my 4th month, and it has done wonders for my skin. It’s not perfect, but I have only gotten one breakout since the initial “purge,” with other factors playing into it. My weight did not change, but I work out and eat well. The only odd effect I had was at about month 3 when I got my period out of nowhere, and it lasted for about a full week. It was very light, but I was so bloated. I skip the sugar pills and start a new pack always, so I asked my doctor. This is normal if you’re skipping your period with the pill, so be aware that your body will want to have one anyways. Give this a try if you are on the hunt for a good birth control."

For Birth Control "Great birth control pill. I use it for contraception (the only form I regularly use) and for polycystic ovarian syndrome symptom management. Prior to trying Safyral, I tried two other brands and had horrific side effects. The only one I get on this pill is cravings! Mostly for sugar and sometimes carbs, which I try hard to avoid! I would highly recommend this pill!"

For Birth Control "I was on Loestrin FE for 5 years, and I was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder while I was in high school. Loestrin worked for a little bit, but I gained 20 pounds quickly. I still had sexual desire mentally, but my body wouldn't react, and I was always too tired or too moody or too emotional. Since I've been on it for a while, the side effects seemed like they hit me a second time, and it was like my period was playing peek-a-boo with me. But 3 months ago, I switched to Beyaz, and I've never been happier and more... well... attacking my fiancé. I give Beyaz a 10 and highly recommend it! And I'm 20."

For Birth Control "Only been on this pill a month, but it is the only one so far that stopped the irregular bleeding I was having. I have tried Lo Estrin and Kariva, and so far this is the winner! I will update after my second pack."

For Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "I was diagnosed with PMDD back in 2006 when I was 23. I have ruined a few good relationships and was finally getting tired of feeling out of control a week out of every month. I tried Yaz and loved it, but my insurance quit paying for it, so I switched to Beyaz. It seems to work well. I haven't had any symptoms of the PMDD since I have been taking it."
