For Vaginal Yeast Infection "The product did its job stopping the infection, but the tip of it is rather sharp for such a sensitive area. While taking the medication, I was already inflamed, which caused the sharp edges to make it rather difficult to insert. I am unaware if there is another method to make it easier."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "After 2 weeks of an infection... 2 shots of Rocephin and steroids and Augmentin, I got a raging YI. Burning, itching, and thick discharge... called MD, she called in 3 days of Fluconazole and Terconazole. Took the 1st pill in daytime, then waited before bed to do the insert. Holy moly, mother of God... my world was on FIRE!!!! The burning was so intense I could only imagine it comparable to a hot fire poker covered in acid. Thought it would ease up, then the insert leaked out of my vagina and commenced an attack on my other womanly bits. Got up and showered, no relief... finally went to sleep and woke up with swollen MEGA Vaj."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I’m using terconazole in the 3-day dosage form. Immediately felt cramping and then had bloody discharge. The pain and burning did not subside, rather, I became more sensitive and inflamed. I’m taking my 3rd dosage today, but so far I hate this product and wish I took a pill instead (which used to work for me in the past)."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "Got diagnosed with BV, and Dr. gave me metronidazole vaginal gel - that was awful! I did it for three nights and woke up each night in so much pain I couldn’t sleep. Swollen, itchy, super irritated! Went back to my Dr. and he prescribed me terconazole cream. I was super skeptical at first because I didn’t want to go through the same experience, but of course, I'm going to trust my Dr. If he says it’ll make it better, then it should make it better, right? Wrong! The first night of applying the cream, and I got the same symptoms, if not worse than before! Only had it in for two hours, and it woke me out of dead sleep to the itching and burning pain. Never again will I use any type of cream. Worst experience of my life."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I'm 8 months pregnant, and this was my first time using this. Yes, it treated my YI, but I think I had a horrible allergic reaction to it down there. I was taking terconazole and metronidazole at the same time. I've taken the metronidazole before and never had any type of irritation. It kind of made me freak out because of how bad the irritation was and that it caused my vagina to swell. I went back to see my OB, and he put it in my chart to not use anymore. I already have a sensitive vagina as it is, but this reaction to this medicine has ruined me."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I have been on the 7-day for 6 days. There’s less itching, but a couple of nights I’d wake up with burning and discomfort. I had to put an ice pack on it to numb the pain. It was agonizing. I went to ask the doctor if it was still safe to use, and they said that it should stop by day 3 or 4. I’ve had bleeding that isn’t going away even though the doctor said it would by now. The swelling went down, but I feel like I’m on my period with all this bleeding (also I’m on birth control, so I know I’m not on my period yet). For my first yeast infection, this was a waste of money and time."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "The doctor gave me terconazole 0.8% for BV. I didn't feel comfortable taking it, but he swore it was safe to take. I have had so much swelling and excruciating cramp-like pains for 6 days now. I've been bedridden for 3 of those days. The nurse said it was a side effect of the med. I knew I should've followed my first mind. The nurse told me not to take anymore, I'm like, of course not, didn't need you to tell me that. Now this pain has jumped from my left side to my right side. I forgot to add, I'm 9 weeks with child. Although the med says not recommended for use by expectant mothers before 3 months, but goodness, this pain is like no other! Mother Earth has the best healing. I will seek this route and keep you posted."

Terconazole topical for Vaginal Yeast Infection "Had a bad reaction to Monistat, so I went to see my OB/GYN. He gave me this medication, and so far I'm worse than I was before I started it. I'm swollen, red, itchy, and feel I'm on fire all the time. I can't walk or sit. After using this medication, I wake up several times through the night in pain and severe itching. I am not having any luck using it. I'm on night 3 of 7, but so far it's just getting worse. I should have just gone to the hospital and got the IV medication from them."

For Vaginal Yeast Infection "I've used this medication twice now in my lifetime, and while it does clear me up, each time it has inflamed and irritated me worse than the yeast infection itself. The irritation does go away after a few days of stopping the medication, but I don't know how worth it is to continue using the medication when it makes me hurt all day every day until it gradually goes away. Considering the fact that winter is right around the corner, it makes it hard to wear the recommended 'loose-fitting clothing', which further causes irritation when rough/thick fabrics rub in the general direction."
