"Diagnosed with a right knee meniscal tear with knee joint osteoarthritis and lumbar spondylosis with degenerative arthritis of the spine. Have tried everything, finally, my doctor prescribed diclofenac 75 mg twice a day. What a life changer. No side effects, no pain."

"Went into anaphylactic shock within 20 minutes of taking the first tablet, had to call an ambulance. Nearly died, blood pressure dropped to a life-threatening level. Taken to A & E, given an adrenaline injection."
