For Overactive Bladder "06/05/2023 - Gemtesa 75 mg 1 tab a day. On the 8th day, 06/12/2023, I had nonstop diarrhea, nausea, headache, itching, hot flashes/sweating. As of today, 06/14/2023, I am still experiencing the side effects. OAB has improved."

For Overactive Bladder "I had begun with an urge to urinate even after urinating. I went to a urologist who said I have BPH and prescribed tamsulosin and Detrol. Both did little to improve my condition, and one of them caused a rash and itching. I went to the Mayo Clinic in MN, was taken off the two medications, and was prescribed Gemtesa. Not a miracle drug, but an 8 or 9 on a 10 scale. Only issue it is still depressing sexual performance. I've ordered Viagra, we will see."

For Overactive Bladder "I've been taking 75 mg once per night, and it works well for my overactive bladder caused by interstitial cystitis. But within about a month, my legs have become completely dry and flaky. I've been using very rough loofahs, soft loofahs, no loofahs, but my results are the same. I am using CeraVe cream for itchy skin, which has always worked well for me, but not now. I am also using a moisturizing soap, but my legs are still scaly. Is this caused by the medication or the strength of the medication? I haven't had any other symptoms."

For Overactive Bladder "Side effects manifested very quickly (3 days) after a 75 mg pill. They were all over the body: itching, losing hair, headache. I mentioned those to my urologist who replied there were no such effects! I quit after one week and all went away. So YES. These are positively real side effects."
