For Overactive Bladder "This worked very well for me by day 2. I do have to take a stool softener every other day. I wish it were not so expensive! I try to wean myself off of it and take it every other day, then every three days. It does work for a while, and then I go back to more frequent."

For Overactive Bladder "The first week that I took Gemtesa I was nauseous and had diarrhea, however, my bladder seemed to calm down. I’m currently on week 3. Week two was uneventful. Week 3, same as week 1. Bladder still relaxed, and OAB is doing great. I’m drinking more water now to avoid the UTI, as well as eating a yogurt in the a.m. and one in the p.m."

For Overactive Bladder "06/05/2023 - Gemtesa 75 mg 1 tab a day. On the 8th day, 06/12/2023, I had nonstop diarrhea, nausea, headache, itching, hot flashes/sweating. As of today, 06/14/2023, I am still experiencing the side effects. OAB has improved."
