For Overactive Bladder "Side effects manifested very quickly (3 days) after a 75 mg pill. They were all over the body: itching, losing hair, headache. I mentioned those to my urologist who replied there were no such effects! I quit after one week and all went away. So YES. These are positively real side effects."

For Overactive Bladder "Just went to the urologist after waiting 6 months. The diagnosis was overactive bladder, and I was given a sample of Gemtesa 75mg to try. I took the first pill to get that bladder to come down. Within 30 minutes, my face lit up as if I had been overexposed to the sun, it was burning and I had red cheeks that spread to the entire face, neck, upper back, and chest. I started having nausea, stomach cramps, lightheadedness, headache, and feeling lethargic. I called the doctor and left a message. I guess we won't try this again!"
