For Overactive Bladder "At half the 75 mg dose, I get quite good relief from incontinence accidents and urgency, being able to make it to the toilet during the day. However, trying to get improved relief by taking even a slightly higher dose of a few milligrams, I get bad side effects, such as trouble breathing and pressure in the chest, more frequent urination with high volumes, and dizziness with loss of balance. Since my insurance pays well for this expensive drug, I feel encouraged by the improvement to continue taking it and hope that I can remain on the low dose without needing to increase it for effectiveness."

For Overactive Bladder "Helps with frequency and have to use the bathroom a lot less often. Takes longer to empty with a feeling of resistance. Still have urgency and wetting accidents, but much less often."

For Overactive Bladder "This is not good. The frequent urination got worse, not better, and now I have painful urination. I am in worse shape now than before I started taking it. Stopped after 1 month, but now I have frequency and pain that has not gone away."
