"Have Cauda Equina Syndrome, age 77. Oxybutynin 5 is the third anticholinergic to try, but same side effect as Solifenacin: brain fog, dry mouth, constipation even with laxatives and suppositories, low sodium. But all work in stopping involuntary wetting and bladder spasms. Just wish they’d do bladder Botox, hate the side effects. I'm in the UK."
