For Eczema "Wow. I'm not sure where to even start! I have suffered with eczema my whole life (28 years old), recently turning into dermatitis eczema after an episode of eczema herpeticum. I have tried absolutely everything from steroid creams, UV lights, and was recently on azathioprine for 4 years, but no real change! I started on Dupixent last week, and I can honestly say this has been life-changing! I am actually managing to sleep through the whole night... I don't have to hoover my bed every morning because of dry skin, I don't itch constantly, and I feel 100% better in myself! I panicked at the thought of having to self-inject, but it was nothing.... I panicked over nothing, so if you're reading this and haven't had your first injection yet, please don't worry! Thanks again to whoever invented this medicine! You have changed my life for the better (and I'm only 1 week in)!!"

For Eczema "I could describe my suffering for the past 43 years, but instead I'm going to sing the praise of what the next 43 years will be like. For the first time ever, my skin is clear, itch-free, and I sleep through the night. I've been on Dupixent for 4 weeks (just took 3rd injection yesterday)."

For Asthma, Maintenance "I use it for asthma and constant hives. Using these shots helps so much. When I don't take it every 2 weeks, I am constantly breaking out and on a breathing machine to get functional lung movement. Yes, I still have hives and asthma symptoms with the shot, but I have them very rarely."

For Eczema "I have severe eczema, and was on Dupixent for almost a year. I had no symptoms, however, it didn’t work. My skin was still constantly flaring up, and my dermatologist finally agreed that it was not helping, and if anything, seemed to be getting worse."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I have always had eczema, but since 2015, it has made my life unbearable. I changed my diet, which helped with relief from occasional asthma attacks, itchy eyes, and congestion, but eczema got worse. I started Dupixent in March 2019, and it worked like magic. My skin was perfect, and I felt great. However, in the beginning of August, I got conjunctivitis and blepharitis. The ophthalmologist said I might have to stop the injection, and it breaks my heart. I hope it was a one-time issue and I can continue the medication. And I hope the researchers who worked on this drug can make it better so that it doesn't have the side effects it has now. I don't want to go back on steroids."

For Asthma, Maintenance "I have had lifelong severe asthma. Two years ago, I had a heart valve replaced and one lung collapsed. After that, my breathing worsened to the degree of non-functioning. I was recommended by my pulmonologist to use Dupixent. I can say it feels great to breathe! I can walk across my home and not pray my way through the functioning that I’ll make it. I can resume normal life activity! So grateful. This is only my first course of two shots. Do notice blurry eyes, also increased infections. Hope they will subside as time goes on. Thank you, Dupixent creators!"

For Atopic Dermatitis "I received the loading dose of Dupixent on 11/15/19. On 11/19/19, I developed intense (full body) pruritus, urticaria, and a 'drug reaction' appearing rash. This is on top of my flared atopic dermatitis state. The itching and rash appearance are unbearable. I have been absolutely miserable with this discomfort. I am now on a 2-week prednisone taper, a 5th high potency topical steroid cream, routine prednisone, and both an H1 and H2 blocker in attempts to combat this reaction. I am eagerly awaiting the Dupixent medication to rid my system, however, all the information that I have read indicates that the half-life is unknown. I pray that no other adverse reactions present themselves in the meantime."

For Eczema "I was put on Dupixent in August of 2017. My dermatologist mentioned I would be the first patient she used it on. Two weeks in, I immediately noticed an improvement in my skin. My eczema flare-up covered my entire body, which I've never experienced before. The side effects mentioned to me were itchy eyes, conjunctivitis, cold sores. I stopped the Dupixent in October of 2017, so I took it for about 2 months, 4 injections in total. I decided to stop as I began to feel my lips forming a cold sore and my eyes were terribly itchy. While on Dupixent, the itch it caused my eyes was unbearable. In May of 2018, I visited my ophthalmologist again because my vision was slowly getting worse. There, I was diagnosed with having keratoconus, which is a condition where the eye is no longer round but bulging. This was said to be caused by excessive rubbing of the eye. There is no cure for this eye condition, just treatment. Your vision is constantly changing; I mean changing by the week."

For Eczema "I am happy to announce that since my first injection of Dupixent on December 26, 2019, I don't itch. The first week was hard, I stopped itching; then after a couple of hours, I itched a lot. Of course, I scratched, but I didn't get a rash. Then about 2 weeks later, an ugly rash developed. It looked different from the 'normal' rash that I'm used to seeing. Now, a month later, that ugly rash is still here, but I'm not itching. Hopefully, it will heal quickly, but did I say that I don't itch? I'm 45, and I have had eczema all of my life. People that have eczema know about the itch and how amazing it feels to scratch. For the first time in my life, I believe this is what normal feels like. No itching, no scratching means no rash. I can't wait to completely heal; Dupixent is giving me that opportunity."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I had chronic dermatitis and asthma all my life (I am 70), possibly due to ichthyosis. I didn't believe the photos I was shown of Dupixent results. I've been on a shot every 2 weeks for about 6 months now, and my eczema has cleared up so that I can actually sleep without scratching myself to pieces first. I can't tell you what a difference it has made to my life. No irritation, little flaking. I am trying to work out if I can come off my asthma medication now (Advair and Flovent). I can't see or feel any side effects."

For Eczema "It's only been about 4 days since my first loading dose, and I am absolutely amazed at how much my skin has improved, and I'm feeling a lot less itchy. I've struggled with severe eczema since I was little, and to finally experience relief is really exciting and amazing. I'm so grateful and happy to finally be feeling better and to know that others who struggle can feel better too!"

For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "I’ve been on Dupixent for nearly one year for treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis complicated by mast cell activation syndrome. We are now at peak spring allergy season, and I feel like so much better than past allergy seasons. Prior to treatment with Dupixent, I lived in a vicious cycle of absolute misery followed by steroid treatment followed by misery. Dupixent has improved my quality of life."

For Eczema "I have been taking Dupixent for about 5 months for eczema. It's a wonder drug. No more itching. But I'm having some serious joint pain in both shoulders. I hear a lot of grinding and popping. I'm 73 and have a lot of arthritis. I think this might be a side effect. How long do you have to be off of Dupixent before the side effects begin to subside? Do the side effects go away at all?"

For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "I’ve dealt with nasal polyps for 7 years. In the fall of 2019, I came across an article about Dupixent. I asked my ENT about it and have been on it since. I feel like a new person. Once in a while, I can feel the polyps, but I’ve had my smell and taste all year! It’s amazing and has changed my life. The only side effect I have experienced is some itching on my shins and calves."

For Eczema "Just an update. It has been almost 2 years since stopping Dupixent after becoming blind in my left eye. Still no improvement. Eyes still so dry that I cannot open them in the morning and have to wake up 3 times at night to use artificial tears. My lifestyle has been greatly impacted. I can manage, and that’s about it. I am pleading with those considering taking this dangerous (miracle) drug. Do your homework! The doctors I encountered were mostly in denial about possible severe side effects. They did not even want to address it when it happened. I was pretty much on my own. So beware. Have your ophthalmologist check you out before you begin treatment. Be informed! My life is very likely forever impacted simply because I was so desperate for eczema relief. I trusted my cavalier dermatologist. What a colossal mistake! Now I have multiple problems. Dupixant was covered by my insurance, however, now I am paying the price."

For Eczema "I’m probably the only person who has had an adverse reaction to Dupixent. Somehow, after starting the treatment, my eczema has worsened, flaring up in places it’s never been before, flaking and even peeling all over my hands. I have seen no change in the amount of itching. I have done 3 injections and do not notice any good results at all. I will stick with it, though, because I still have some hope that this will help clear up my eczema. I'm hoping that because I started it during the cold and dry season, that it doesn’t work as well."

For Eczema "I have had eczema all my life since I was a kid, and absolutely nothing worked. I have been using Dupixent for about 3-4 months, and it worked immediately. I place the shot in my thigh bi-weekly, and I haven't seen any major side effects from taking it. I stopped using it for about 60-90 days because my skin was so clear, then my eczema came back in crazy fashion. So I got back on it, and a week later the flare is gone, and I'm happy to be back on it!"

For Atopic Dermatitis "Started on Dupixent six weeks ago. Skin cleared up, itching was reduced 85%, big relief, but within two weeks after my first dose, my eyes started to bother me. Itching, swelling, redness, dry eye, conjunctivitis. Way too many adverse side effects. Med does good, but has alarming bad side effects to the eyes. Went to Dr., told me to stop taking shots."

For Atopic Dermatitis "Started Dupixent in Oct 2018. Right away, less itching. By the next month, skin is beautiful, said, 'Wow, this is great.' Then, in Jan 2019, I developed cold sores, blepharitis, weight gain, body aches. Got flu shot, thought that it made me even worse after that because I couldn’t even bend down after that shot. Then I had to hold my head to get out of the bed, my neck was hurting. Stopped the shot on April 29, 2019."

For Asthma, Maintenance "I had severe asthma. I was in and out of the hospital often. I was on multiple asthma medicines. Then I tried this medicine, Dupixent, it has made a world of difference. After being on it about 2 months, no more asthma medicines, no more hospitals. I feel great, I can breathe with no problems, I can smell and taste again. I get the injection every other week. It does hurt sometimes, more than others, I guess because maybe they push it in too fast. I would highly recommend this drug, no side effects for me."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I started Dupixent mid-February, and by March, my hair started falling out. I have always had thick curly hair, and now my hair is so thin. I only took 4 shots and had to stop because of so much hair loss. Every time I wash my hair, it falls out in clumps. My doctor says I have to wait until the drug is completely out of my system, but I've been off for 3 weeks and my hair continues to fall out. I feel like suing the drug company because there is no way they did not know this was a side effect. I wish I never started this drug. I’ve had eczema my whole life, but the last couple of years have been the worst I’ve had it. It was taking over my life. My whole body and face were covered with oozing, crusty eczema, and I had to call out of work for days. I was so depressed. I don’t want to go bald. I hope my hair stops falling out soon. Has anyone else experienced hair loss? If so, how long, and has it grown back?"

For Asthma, Maintenance "This medicine, Dupixent, is horrific. I received two injections at once, and my asthma has gone into overdrive, to a point where I thought I wouldn’t survive! My eyes and face swelled badly. It’s been 2 weeks, I don’t know how long this stays in your system. Scariest thing I’ve ever been through!"

For Eczema "Life-saving. I am 60 years old. I have been suffering with eczema since I was 4. It took my dermatologist 6 months to talk me into taking Dupixent. I have tried every natural alternative but finally gave in. I can't believe how blessed and happy I feel. It is a bit scary at first, but nothing in comparison to the torture of eczema. All the sleepless nights, social isolation, thousands of dollars on anything that might help... no problems anymore. I have only a little eye redness, but I had eczema in my eyes on occasion, so this is manageable. My neck burns at times but isn't red, Cerave calms. So happy! Hopefully, my insurance and Dupixent drug company will keep the medications available to me. If you are on the fence deciding, don't wait. It was worth the try for me."

For Eczema "After 44 years of debilitating eczema, all I can say is thank you. I’ve never had clear skin despite heavy continuous use of steroids. I had lost partial use of my fingers due to so many cracks and scar tissue. My skin was always red and infected, and my poor wife suffered so much because of my eczema. After 10 months on Dupixent, I can tell you I have regained total use of my hands, and I don’t have a cut or crack on my whole body. When you live your whole life with bad eczema, you get used to nothing really working and just kind of give up. Dupixent has given me a quality of life I never thought I would have! My only concern is when I get dropped from the Dupixent My Way Program, and then my insurance will not cover it. I can’t afford the $2900 a month. I just pray that doesn’t happen. Seriously, thank you to all the researchers and doctors who have come up with this amazing drug!"

For Atopic Dermatitis "I was born with what they thought was eczema. At age 35, they determined I have allergic atopic dermatitis. I am now 45 and have been on Dupixent for 7 months. It has changed my life for the better. I have a wonderful dermatologist, and she really works with me, listens, and cares. She has helped me to remove as many allergic triggers as I can, and I believe that also helps keep the flare-ups away. The best thing to come out of taking Dupixent is the absence of the constant itchiness and irritation. I have had one flare-up since being on the medication, and it was super mild. I have been so fortunate that I have not experienced the side effects that I keep reading about. I did have excessive watering of my eyes, and when I had a glass of wine, my face was briefly flushed, but I will take that over the everyday suffering. My family is still in shock when they see me."
