For Muscle Spasm "Took 15 mg at like 9:30 Monday morning, slept all day until 5:30 pm. It’s Tuesday afternoon, and I’m still hungover from it. Just crazy tired and in a daze, a little dizziness as well. Hopefully, I sleep it off tonight. My point is, start out with 5 mg and see how it goes, maybe you can bypass the hangover with 5 mg. Be prepared to be unproductive and sleepy for the next two days if you’re taking 10 mg or more. Great for sleep and relaxing the muscles, though, just don’t plan on functioning for the next two days."

For Muscle Spasm "This seems to work well on my muscle tension when I take 10 mg as needed. But I can't take it as the hangover is terrible, and I'm grumpy and tired on it. I am taking Soma for temporary knee spasms after a fall, which is much better."

For Back Pain "I have been taking this for about a week. I have a shoulder injury that is causing my arms to go numb in certain positions. This medication does help with the pain somewhat, but I'm still having numbness and tingling in my arms. It hasn't relaxed my muscles enough to relieve the entire issue. Side effects make me very tired, and I have also had violent nightmares every night that I took this. I skipped a day and did not have a nightmare. Not sure that I want to continue this course of treatment."

Cyclobenzaprine "Almost died taking this medication. I was Amrix for anxiety (off label). I was given something that was very dangerous and without consideration to risk. I am sure this medication makes people feel good if sleep is needed, I just hope they know they will be too tired and confused to realize the truth. Just getting health back. Sick of dangerous medication."

For Muscle Spasm "I take this on occasion after a rough day (I also deal with mild scoliosis, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis). I had sprained my back recently and was prescribed this medication. I have bad days and then really bad days, but I do not like to take medication unless there is no other sane choice. I took one pill last night about 7 pm to ease my pain/stiffness due to a 'really bad day' - I am still going in and out of tiredness and it is 10 am the next day. I feel tired, groggy - can't concentrate. I do not like this feeling staying with me throughout my workday - it feels like a 'time release' and comes on in waves - ONE pill 15 hours ago. I work full time and really need to be on my 'game' and... I have to drive to get here! :("

For Muscle Spasm "I’m taking 10 mg of cyclobenzaprine for a pulled muscle in my neck and back at night. I’ve only taken about 10 of these, one each day. I’ve been irritated, mean, and nasty. I feel like I’m not altogether there in my head. I do feel like a zombie, extremely tired, can’t seem to stay awake the next day, just feel like I can’t get enough sleep, my head feels tingly and numb at times. I won’t be taking this anymore. Stay away from this."

For Muscle Spasm "I feel better today than I did yesterday, that's for sure. I still have pain, but now can move certain ways without it hurting so badly! I took it close to 10 pm and didn't fall asleep till like 11:30 pm and woke up for work at 7 am. I felt dizzy and foggy-minded and excessively tired till about 10 am. I definitely could not stop yawning while at work. I hope it's not the same for tomorrow because tonight I took it close to 8 pm, so I'm hoping I'll be okay."

For Muscle Spasm "This medicine is dangerous. It not only made me extremely tired, I slept all night and throughout the day. I had a headache and was extremely irritable and angry. I didn't want to be bothered or talk to anyone because I felt so bad. The medicine did help eventually after only taking one pill, but the side effects are bad if you have to leave your home. I felt like a different person. I felt spaced out and like I was on drugs. I felt horrible, like the drug affected my mind more than anything else, and I couldn't stay awake and had a headache."

"My PCP prescribed cyclobenzaprine 10 mg for very bad back pain. I was given ten and told to take one a day. I only ended up taking two. It put me out in about 15 minutes, I slept great, but woke up feeling like I had had a stroke. I couldn't walk straight, I was slurring my speech, and I was exhausted. Going to school, I literally couldn't stay awake. I had taken an Adderall that morning (a previously prescribed medication) and had coffee, but still had to leave early and went home and slept for another 6 hours. The next night, it put me out for about 15 hours. My back is almost 100% better, but I really have to clear my schedule if I intend on taking another one."

For Muscle Spasm "I did not enjoy this medication. I was having pain in my legs, so my boyfriend gave me two 10 mg Flexeril. (He is prescribed to taking them.) I didn't think anything of it and took it, and later, about an hour later, I could not keep my eyes open. What sucks was we were at a restaurant. I didn't get to enjoy my food since I got so tired I basically just knocked out. I don't even remember how I got home. I slept for 5 hours. Woke up and came to realize I started a rash or some sort of pimple/tiny dots on the left side of my face. I panicked, to which my boyfriend said it was probably stress acne. It got worse the next day! It transferred to the other side. I want to say I am allergic to it. Day 2, and here I am researching and hoping to find something."

For Muscle Spasm "I just started taking this yesterday for muscle spasms in my lower back. First dose at 12:30 pm, I could feel my arms relaxing, and I became very tired. My back still hurt. Struggled to stay awake. Took the 2nd dose at 8:30 pm. Fell asleep almost immediately. Restless sleep. Woke up tired and cranky. I have a horrible headache and still feel groggy at 2:30 pm. I still have muscle spasms in my back."

Cyclobenzaprine for Muscle Spasm "I took Flexeril for my back, and it did help, but it made me extremely tired and gave me bad cotton mouth. I would take it and be drowsy for 16 hours afterward."

For Muscle Spasm "It worked great at first, but over time its effects diminished. The only thing it really does now is make me tired, I guess I've been on it too long. I would still recommend it for short-term use."

Cyclobenzaprine for Muscle Spasm "It really helps with the bad headaches from surgery. Lets me relax to sleep. Sleep gives the strength I need to help heal. Only problem is once I take it, I can't do anything else, I get very tired."

Cyclobenzaprine for Muscle Spasm "Amrix did nothing for me. I had the usual side effect of tiredness after the first day, but I was fine afterwards. I took it for 4 days with no relief."
