For Helicobacter Pylori Infection "I want to help you with side effects! I recently got diagnosed with H. pylori, and let me tell you it was horrible. These were my symptoms: dull stomach pain, feeling full, loss of appetite, yellowish stool with white specks, bad taste in mouth especially in the morning, nausea all the time especially in the morning, night sweats with intense nausea and bad taste in mouth, dull pain in stomach sometimes especially in the morning. Talking a lot made my voice hoarse. Extreme dull lower back pain! And the shakes. Now I’m on day 3 of my treatment. I was feeling way better just after my first dose of my antibiotics (metronidazole 500 mg 4x/day, doxycycline 100 mg 2x/day, omeprazole 20 mg 2x/day, Pepto 2 tablets 4x/day). After my second day of treatment, I was feeling horrible: extreme nausea, diarrhea, and extreme panic attacks. Long story short, you have to take probiotics! Not just any, the right probiotics!
