For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started on Zepbound 2.5 back in Dec 2024. No major issues in the beginning. It definitely helps control your appetite, and you feel sick if you eat too much. After going to 5.0, I got a little more nauseated and started noticing more dizziness, lightheadedness, and fatigue. But I was losing the weight, so I just kept going. After going to 7.5, that's when my horror stories started. I have taken only two doses but am stopping this stuff altogether. It has truly caused me extreme dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, terrible stomach pains, and diarrhea that won't stop. I have lost 37 pounds... great... but the suffering and pain that comes with this medicine... no thanks. I'd rather be a little overweight and be happy than the constant nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Best of luck to you all, but I'm going to accept me for me."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Zepbound about a week ago. Only had 1 injection, but for me personally, as soon as I did the injection, I immediately began to feel nauseated and dizzy for a good couple of hours, but then it subsided. I did have some anxiety about the side effects, and sometimes when I do have anxiety, I will feel nauseous and dizzy as well, so I really can’t tell if that was from the injection or anxiety. Either way, it stopped. Since then, I barely eat. I NEVER feel hungry at all, and when I do, I eat hardly a handful of something before I feel full and stop eating. I don’t know if that’s normal. I’m supposed to get 60 grams of protein a day. I drink 2 of those 30 grams of the Premier protein shakes, not my favorite, but it will do, and that keeps me feeling full for pretty much the ENTIRE day. I don’t snack at all anymore. Again, I’ve only had 1 injection but have noticed some immediate changes."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "56 yr female, 257 lbs (20 years post gastric bypass). Started Zepbound 11/3 2.5 mg. Lost 12 lbs in the first 4 weeks. Minimal side effects until week 3-4. Felt dizzy, headaches, lethargic though likely due to not enough calories. 1st 5 mg dose yesterday and feel great so far. Absolutely no food noise or cravings since the 1st shot. No issues at all with the injection site or pain. Will stay at 5 mg as long as I can before increasing. This medication has been a life changer for me. I was hesitant due to reported side effects as I researched for over a year before I decided to move forward. My insurance denied, I appealed and got the decision overturned. Meds currently covered at 100%, thankfully. I am exercising though I have always walked. I am not a big eater to start with, the difference is I no longer crave foods. I eat because I have to, so I make better food choices. Looking forward to continuing on the path I am currently on."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "It's been a pretty good experience. The top dose I take is 7.5. Side effects: tiredness, a little dizziness, and some constipation. Make sure I eat something, this drug makes you forget about eating. This is what I contribute my dizziness to. I make sure I eat all 3 meals. More like 1/2 portions now. This is teaching me portion control. I've lost 32 lbs in 4 months."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I’ve been on Zepbound since 8/1/24 (305 lbs, 5’6). So far, I lost 65 lbs, I’m 45 lbs away from my goal. My current dose is 10 mg. I experience side effects within 24 hours of injection administration, ranging from nausea, vomiting, belching, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue, and dizziness. The side effects last about 24-36 hours. The medication definitely decreases my appetite and cravings. My doctor stopped my BP medication as I continue losing weight and my BP readings are good. My husband has noticed that I stopped snoring, lol. My plan is to reach my weight goal and stop the medication. I have changed my relationship with food. I look at food more as fuel for my body instead of indulging and overeating. I also introduced portion control and exercise, mostly walking and swimming. My insurance covers the medication."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Made my anxiety more intense, bad nausea, lightheaded, dizzy, not feeling like myself, not interested in anything, depressed. The only good thing was I was losing weight, very slowly but was losing. I decided to stop Zepbound because I needed to feel like me again and not a nervous, anxious zombie."
