For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've been on this medication for 6 weeks and have never felt better about my body or my day. I didn't realize I could have a day where I wasn't thinking about food from the minute I got up until I fell asleep at night. I feel free to think about other things and to not be distracted by trying to have willpower to not eat. It's a huge relief. Is this what thin people feel like? People who have never struggled with being overweight? I have always thought my weight was based on my genetics, and maybe it is-but it's also my brain that literally is addicted to food. It feels like I've been released from an addiction. I haven't noticed any side effects. I tried Ozempic before this and was very constipated and had stomach issues. I don't feel that way at all on Zepbound, my stomach is fine. I'm on 2.5, it's very easy to administer, and I feel like it really works. I hope I'm able to take it for a long time, I'm sort of afraid to go back to the brain I had before taking it."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "So, I took one dose, unfortunately, my doctor screwed up and started me at 15mg. I've been in the ED for 36 hours and have had the worst 3 weeks of my life. This is not a review but a caution, check your script thoroughly, make sure you're taking the right dose. I need to purge this dose from my system and then start a 2.5mg dose."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have lost over 35 lbs in 5 months. I started at the 2.5 and have worked up to the 10. Zepbound is incredibly effective at assisting with the weight loss. Greasy fatty foods definitely upset my stomach now. The first day post-shot, I am super tired and have a very mildly upset stomach, after that, it’s fine. I am freezing all the time, so for sure take a jacket wherever you go! I am not starving and do not have cravings at all. Staying hydrated seems to help with curbing the initial side effects. Initially, I found myself hardly eating just because I wasn’t hungry. I had to make a concerted effort to make myself sit down and eat. Protein and veggies made me feel a ton better and didn’t result in any digestive discomfort. It really was a trial and error. Alcohol is not your friend, even 1 or 2 drinks makes me feel awful. I ended up naturally having a cleaner diet and drinking a lot more water just to minimize the digestive side effects."

For Obstructive Sleep Apnea/Hypopnea Syndrome "I started Zepbound in September 2024 to treat severe sleep apnea as diagnosed through sleep studies. I have been on the drug for 8 months and lost 35 pounds, reaching a normal weight range, and my sleep apnea is about 90-95% improved. I had mild stomach discomfort in the first month or two, but nothing very concerning. I also had some itching at the injection sites periodically over the first few months. I currently have no side effects whatsoever. I gradually ramped up from the 2.5 mg/0.5 mg dose to 5.0 mg/ml to 7.5 mg/ml, which is my final dose. This medicine was an absolute game changer. Can't emphasize how much this has improved my quality of life. I had struggled with sleep apnea and using a CPAP for about 10 years, with little success before trying this. It is important to be monitored by a doctor throughout treatment, including bloodwork, including lipase to monitor for pancreatitis."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "On week number three, I started with stomach cramps and diarrhea. The night before, I had a huge helping of Boom Chicka Pop kettle corn. While the packaging states it only uses cane sugar, I came to the conclusion that this product (perhaps in the amount eaten) suddenly didn’t agree with me while taking Zepbound. I’ve lost 5 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. Diarrhea and cramping subsided after 36 hours."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Started with the initial 2.5 mg injections and experienced queasiness, and though my appetite remained, I got a sick feeling less than halfway through the meal. After 4 weeks, even though I was eating very little, my weight only dropped a few pounds. Then I advanced to 5 mg and my stomach was gassy and totally upset, I ate Tums constantly to control the acid indigestion. The worst part was to come, for one solid week, I was a total insomniac. I mean no sleep. This lasted a little over a week. I stopped with the injections after the first 5 mg one. It is now a month later and most of the symptoms are gone."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I just started taking Zepbound for less than a week now. I am 5 days in. I have not had any major side effects. I have felt very little nausea at times. I had a very mild tummy ache a couple of times. I felt a little dizzy the first day and then nothing after that. I felt very fatigued the third day but have been good since. I have lost 4 lbs so far. I am 5' 2" and weighed 161. I am down to 157 as of today (5th day). My goal is 130 at least. I don't feel hungry. I don't think about snacking. I forget to eat most of the time because I am not hungry. I have to remind myself to eat something. I eat very small portions and feel satisfied. I am loving this! I do recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight."

"Zepbound decreased my appetite. But after 2 weeks, I am ready to abandon it because of stomach cramping."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Just took my third shot. I am 60 years old, female, 5'7'', and weigh 295. I lost 5 pounds by the 2nd shot. Maybe that's not terribly impressive, but I don't want to lose quickly. Here's what I think is an absolute miracle with Zepbound: NO HEAD HUNGER! For the first time (probably in my life), I don't think about food. I don't crave junk food, I get full very quickly and can only eat small amounts. I had a gastric sleeve 6 years ago (at that time was 350 pounds) and it did a rotten job. It stretched out very quickly and never got rid of the obsessive food thoughts. This Zepbound is something else. I wonder if this is how thin people eat? lol I have had a bit of stomach upset once in a while, but for the most part, I am excited to start my higher dose next week. Even if I never lose what I want to, I am so grateful for this drug because I am eating all healthy foods. Nothing less than a miracle if you ask me!"
