For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started Zepbound at 2.5. My weight was 249 and I'm 5'2''. I've lost 34 lbs starting in July. I went up to 7.5 and was doing great. Then the third dose, all the side effects started in spades. I started vomiting, no appetite, tired all the time. I drink water all the time (and I'm a reformed soda drinker). I'm suddenly itchy all the time. The weight loss has slowed down. But I'm not giving up in order to get my knee replacement. This comment section makes me feel like I'm not alone. Thanks for listening. Oh, the one thing that could make me quit is the price is ridiculous! I'm running out of money."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I have just started Zepbound 2.5 - 3 days ago. The injection did not hurt - in fact, I didn't feel it at all. I have not had any side effects that I noticed. I have noticed I have no appetite. I'm going to keep a diary of what I eat so I make sure I get enough protein. Also, I started taking a gummy multivitamin. I will check back and keep you all apprised of my progress!"

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I started on Mounjaro 1 August. I was 222, now I’m 193 on the last day of October, so three months, almost 30 pounds, 10 pounds a month. I drink protein shakes, and I have no appetite. I am starting to work out because this has inspired me to not only lose weight but get healthy. I am 64 years old, and I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. This is completely a game changer for me. My commercial insurance does not cover it. The coupon got it down to 650, and I’m hoping to switch to the vials so that I can just give myself a shot, and hopefully that’ll be cheaper."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Flu-like symptoms, nausea, discomfort after eating anything. Broth has been my go-to. Very fatigued. Hoping week 2 will be better. Today is day 7. No appetite, no energy. There's not an option for maybe. One week isn’t enough time to give recommendations."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "Started Zepbound (2.5 mg) in early February and already down 10 pounds (I have about 40 lbs in total to lose)—honestly, it feels like too much too fast. No physical side effects so far, but this past weekend, I experienced crushing anxiety over a stressful situation at work. I’m wondering if anyone else has noticed mood changes while on Zepbound? I know the work stress played a role, but I also had zero appetite during that time, which made me question whether the medication could be contributing to the anxiety. I have an appointment with my physician this week and will definitely bring it up, but I’m also curious—has anyone stayed on 2.5 mg long-term? That said, I totally understand what others have mentioned—it’s incredibly freeing not to be constantly thinking about food. My grocery bill appreciates it too."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "I've only been on it for 5 days. I had heartburn for the first few days, but that's better now. Yesterday, the fourth day, midafternoon, I started getting very cold. I'm never cold, and it’s summer, about 78 degrees outside. I don't have air conditioning. I got so cold that I had to take a hot shower. Then I had to turn on my electric blanket and lay in bed until I warmed up. I started to go back to normal temperature after an hour. I find it difficult to eat. I'm not hungry but have drunk protein shakes. I felt a little nauseous the first day but it passed. I'm hopeful it will help me. So far, my blood sugars are about the same and haven't gone down."

For Weight Loss (Obesity/Overweight) "BMs are diarrhea daily, but only once or twice a day, so it's controllable. Losing weight, truly zero appetite, and when I eat, I feel full very quickly. No headaches or increased heart rate for me."

"Follow Up: I am currently on day 11 of Zepbound 2.5 mg. As of this morning, I have lost 11.73 lbs. Daily, I documented how I felt and symptoms. The first 24 hours of injection #1, I had extreme fatigue, normal appetite, and a whole lot of belching. Day 2, belching, less hungry, no other symptoms. Day 3, I had no appetite, no other symptoms. Day 4, less than normal appetite, no other symptoms . Days 3 and 4 have just been repetitive. I have had no negative side effects, BUT I also have made sure to eat high-protein foods for every meal, even on the days I had no appetite, nothing greasy (thinking about it turns my stomach), no high-sugar foods. As of today, I’d say; if you work with the medication, the medication will work with you. Update you in a couple of weeks."
