For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "After 4 sinus surgeries in 8 years and numerous rounds of steroids and antibiotics for terrible sinus misery, I was happy to try Dupixent. I started noticing a change for the better with my sinuses after the third 300 mg injection. Unfortunately, I started having muscle/joint aches, stomach soreness, and eyelash loss in May. Stopped it in June and then restarted in September, since my sinus symptoms had returned and my ENT thought I should retry. Once again, I felt so much better sinus-wise, but the side effects did return. I’m still taking Dupixent but deciding what to do. I’m wondering if the side effects will eventually go away the longer I stay on it. I can say it has definitely helped my sinuses, but the rest of my body is taking a hit so I’m disappointed in that respect. For those of you on the fence about it, it’s definitely worth trying for your sinus disease but just hope you don’t get any of the possible side effects. You may not!"

For Eczema "I have had Eczema, for my whole life. I am a woman in mid 40's. It seems to be mainly stress related and has been fairly awful the past 10 years. I stopped kenalog shots about 6 years ago, my eyesight and joints were suffering. The past 6 years have been hell. My allergist helped get me this drug and even worked with the pharm rep to get a coupon for zero co-pay (using commercial insurance). I am thrilled to have had my first 300 dose just a few days ago. Within hours my skin felt softer. I have read all the studies and appears you will see max results between 30-45 days so I will come back and write more. I do see my eczema clearing up -- I am very flaky on my face right now so that is itchy but the intense itch seems to have subsided."

For Eczema "Wow. I'm not sure where to even start! I have suffered with Eczema my whole life (28 yrs old), recently turning into Dermatitis Eczema after an episode of Eczema herpeticum. I have tried absolutely everything from steriod creams, UV lights and was recently on Azathioprine for 4 years, but no real change! I started on Dupixent last week, and I can honestly say this has been life changing! I am actually managing to sleep through the WHOLE night... I don't have to hoover my bed every morning because of dry skin, I don't itch constantly, and I feel 100% better in myself! I panicked at the thought of having to self inject, but it was nothing.... I panicked over nothing, so if you're reading this and haven't had your first injection yet.. please don't worry! Thanks again to whoever invented this medicine! You have changed my life for the better (and I'm only 1 week in)!!"

For Eczema "I have had severe eczema since I was a child. Therapies included the usual prednisone, topical creams and testing for everything under the sun. Desperate and searching online night after night for help, I came across the hospital a few years ago and began working with the doctor who led the groundbreaking eczema research to get this drug on the market. I knew within hours this drug was different---it was actually working! I am extremely lucky to have found medical tam and their research on Duplixent. I am now itch free and almost 100% clear; something I thought I'd never experience in my lifetime! God bless all the folks involved including the clinical trials. The future is exciting for eczema cases. I am very, very, very grateful."

For Atopic Dermatitis "I had chronic dermatitis and asthma all my life (I am 70) possibly due to Ichthyosis. I didn't believe the photos I was shown of Dupixent results. I've been on a shot every 2 weeks for about 6 months now and my eczema has cleared up so that I can actually sleep without scratching myself to pieces first. I can't tell you what a difference it has made to my life. No irritation, little flaking. I am trying to work out if I can come off my asthma medication now (Advair and Flovent). I can't see or feel any side affects."

For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "This drug absolutely changed my quality of life. I started to get chronic sinus infections 4 times a year when I was 15. After a surgery, about 5 courses of oral steroids every single year with no cure in sight, my doctor finally suggested I start with Dupixent. After 4 injections, my ENT scoped me and was in shock. She told me I was the healthiest she has ever seen me in 7 years and I had a dramatic change in my sinuses. I cannot be more thankful for this medicine. As a 22 year old woman, my health issues were dominating my life. To feel them become a non issue is an amazing feeling!!!!"

For Atopic Dermatitis "I have always had eczema but since 2015, it has made my life unbearable. I changed my diet which helped with relief from occasional asthma attacks, itchy eyes and congestion but eczema got worse. I started Dupixent in March 2019 and it worked like magic. My skin was perfect and I felt great. However, in the beginning of August, I got Conjunctivitis and Blepharitis. The Ophthalmologist said I might have to stop the injection and it breaks my heart. I hope it was a one-time issue and I can continue the medication. And I hope the researchers who worked on this drug can make it better so that it doesn't have the side effects it has now. I don't want to go back on steroids."

For Eczema "I am happy to announce that since my first injection of Dupixent on December 26, 2019; I don't itch. The first week was hard, I stopping itching then after a couple of hours I itched a lot. I course I scratched, but I didn't get a rash. Then about 2 weeks later an ugly rash developed. It looked different from the "normal" rash that I'm use to seeing. Now a month later that ugly rash is still here, but I'm not ITCHING. Hopefully, it will heal quickly, but did I say that I don't itch. I'm 45 and I have had eczema all of my life. People that have eczema know about the itch and how amazing it feels to scratch. For the first time in my life I believe this is what normal feels like. No itching, no scratching means no rash. I can't wait to completely heal, Dupixent is giving my that opportunity."

For Eczema "I’m probably the only person who has had an adverse reaction to dupixent. Somehow after starting the treatment my eczema has worsened. Flaring up in places it’s never been before. Flaking and even peeling all over my hands. I have seen no change in the amount of itching. I have done 3 injections and do not notice any good results at all. I will stick with it though because I still have some hope that this will help clear up my eczema. I'm hoping that because I started it during the cold and dry season that it doesn’t work as well."

For Eczema "I was put on Dupixent in Aug of 2017. My Derm mentioned I would be the first patient she used it on. Two weeks in, I immediately noticed an improvement in my skin. My eczema flare up covered my entire body which I've never experienced before. The side effects mentioned to me were itchy eyes, conjunctivitis, cold sores. I stopped the Dupixent in October of 2017; so I took it for about a 2 months, 4 injections in total. I decided to stop as I began to feel my lips forming a cold sore and my eyes were terribly itchy. While on Dupixent, the itch it caused my eyes was unbearable. In May of 2018, I visited my Ophthalmologist again because my vision was slowly getting worse. There, I was diagnosed with having Keratoconus which is a condition where the eye is no longer round but bulging. This was said to be caused by excessive rubbing of the eye. There is no cure for this eye condition just treatment. Your vision is constantly changing, I mean changing by the week."

For Eczema "I could describe my suffering for the past 43 years, but instead I'm going to sing the praise of what the next 43 years will be like. For the first time ever, my skin is clear, itch free, and I sleep through the night. I'm been on Dupixent for 4 weeks (just took 3rd injection yesterday)."

For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "I’ve been Dupixent for nearly one year for treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis complicated by mast cell activation syndrome. We are now at peak spring allergy season and I feel like so much better than past allergy seasons. Prior to treatment with Dupixent, I lived in a vicious cycle of absolute misery followed by steroid treatment followed by misery. Dupixent has improved my quality of life."

For Eczema "I have had eczema all my life since I was a kid and absolutely nothing worked.I have been using dupixent for about 3-4 months and it worked immediately. I place the shot in my thigh bi-weekly and I haven't seen any major side effects from taken it. I stop using it for about 60-90 because my skin was so clear then my eczema came back in crazy fashion. So I got back on it and a week later the flare is gone and Im happy to be back on it!"

For Atopic Dermatitis "I was born with what they thought was eczema. At age 35 they determined I have allergic atopic dermatitis. I am now 45 and have been on Dupixent for 7 months. It has changed my life for the better. I have a wonderful Dermatologist and she really works with me, listens, and cares. She has helped me to remove as many allergic triggers as I can and I believe that also helps keep the flare ups away. The best thing to come out of taking the Dupixent is the absence of the constant itchiness and irritation. I have had one flare up since being on the medication and it was super mild. I have been so fortunate that I have not experienced the side effects that I keep reading about. I did have excessive watering of my eyes and when I had a glass of wine my face was briefly flushed but I will take that over the everyday suffering. My family is still in shock when they see me."

After being on it about 2 months no more asthma medicines no more hospitals, I feel great, I can breathe with no problems, I can smell and taste again. I get the injecgtion every other week it does hurt sometimes more than others I guess because maybe they push it in too fast. I would highly recommend this drug no side effects for me"

For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "I’ve dealt with nasal polyps 7 years. In the fall of 2019 I came across an article about dupixent. I asked my ENT about it and have been on it since. I feel like a new person. Once in awhile I can feel the polyps but I’ve had my smell and taste all year! It’s amazing and has changed my life. Only side affect I have experienced is some itching on my shins and calves."

For Eczema "Life saving. I am 60 years old. I have been suffering with eczema since 4. It took my Dermatologist 6 months to talk me into taking Dupixent. I have tried every natural alternative but finally gave in. I can't believe how blessed and happy I feel. It is a bit scary at first but nothing in comparison to the torture of eczema. All the sleepless nights, social isolation, thousands of dollars on anything that might help..no problems anymore. I have only a little eye redness but I had eczema in my eyes on occassion so this is manageable. My neck burns at times but isn't red, Cerave calms. So happy! Hopefully my insurance and Dupixent drug company will keep the medications available to me. If you are on the fence deciding, don't wait. It was worth the try for me."

For Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "I had surgery to remove nasal polyps two years and three months ago. I was told to go on allergy injections and nasal steroids to reduce the chance that the polyps would come back. Well, they have. They said my sinuses are worse now than they were two years ago and recommended I start Dupixent immediately. I had my first injection (auto-inject pin) one week ago. It felt like someone asked me to allow someone to put out their lit cigar on my leg and hold it there for 30 seconds. It was unbelievably painful. I've also started to notice subtle changes in my vision; not sure if it's possible that I could have problems with my sight after just one dose. Right now, I'm trying to decide whether or not I can possibly psyche myself up for another dose. Yes, I want to taste and smell, but surely there is a more humane way to address this problem?"

For Atopic Dermatitis "I started dupixent mid February and by March my hair started falling out. I have always had thick curly hair and now my hair is so thin. I only took 4 shots and had to stop because of so much hair loss. Every time I wash my hair it’s falls out in clumps. My doctor says I have to wait until the drug is completely out of my system but I've been off for 3 weeks and my hair continues to fall out. I feel like suing the drUg company because there is no way they did not know this was a side effect. I wish I never started this drug. I’ve had eczema my whole life but the last couple of years have been the worst I’ve had it. It was taking over my life. My whole body and face was covered with oozing crusty eczema and had to call out of work for days . I was so depressed . I don’t want to go bald . I hope my hair stops falling out soon. Has anyone else experienced hair loss if so how long and has it grown back?"

For Eczema "This drug has been amazing. I developed Eczema at about age 35. Oddly, never had skin problems, but I took Zyrtec for allergies. Immediately after going off Zyrtec, my body was on fire for weeks. Eventually, it localized to my arms and back. It was awful. For years I dealt with this. Constant itching, threw away so many blood spotted shirts, couldn't wear short sleeves, everyone always thought I had poison ivy, couldn't sleep without heavy antihistamine which made me non-functional the next day. I was skeptical when my Dr mentioned this drug. I've used every lotion and potion on the market, the success stats weren't that impressive and giving myself a shot every 2 weeks sounded awful. But, 10 days in, my Eczema was gone. Not reduced. GONE. It's been about 7 weeks now and my skin is clear and hasn't itched at all. I'm lucky my insurance covered it, and I still worry about as yet undiscovered long term side effects, but this medicine has been a life saver for me."
