"I think it has helped me - I am able to walk further and do more than I could before the injections begin. I also use my rescue inhaler (albuterol) less frequently. It really burns while the medication is being administered. Thankfully, it's usually over in less than a minute. I also have eczema, and it has helped with that, too. So... yes, I think that it is helping me."

"Dupixent has changed my life!!! I’m able to actually take deep breaths again. Before starting Dupixent, I was practically living on steroids and, more often than not, had coughing that caused bruised ribs. I have been giving myself an injection every two weeks and haven’t noticed any side effects except for diarrhea, but I’ve had serious stomach surgery and have a “rebuilt” stomach now. I had some joint pain that lasted several weeks, but it went away. I strongly suggest trying Dupixent. I am now completely OFF all steroids and OFF all four inhalers."

"Started on Fasenra for severe eosinophilic asthma. Worked very well until the time interval was increased to 60 days and symptoms returned prior to 30 days. Changed to Dupixent every two weeks. Dupixent works very well, controlling my asthma symptoms. While on Dupixent, I was diagnosed with prurigo nodularis skin lesions. I have not noticed any decrease in severity of itching, weeping nodules."

"I have been taking Dupixent 300 mg for about 1 1/2 years for asthma with nasal polyps. It helps both tremendously. I can breathe and smell, and I don't get crazy sinus headaches or asthma attacks. It seems like the day of and the next day after the injection I feel really tired. I also get an injection site reaction - mild rash, some medicine always leaks out. The syringe has a design or manufacturing flaw in that it often would not plunge. Just started using the pen, and so far, so good. Dupixent has improved my overall quality of life so that I can go outside and participate in one of my favorite hobbies - gardening."

"I've been taking Dupixent for just over two years. I was diagnosed with severe asthma in my mid-20s and have been struggling with it for almost 10 years. It was to the point that I couldn't walk around the block or up the stairs without wheezing. I was taking 2.5 mg Prednisone daily and was on the maximum dose of Trelegy but still had exacerbations requiring high-dose Prednisone about twice a year. Dupixent immediately improved my symptoms and has been nothing short of a miracle drug for me. Unfortunately, around the 2-year mark, it started to lose its effectiveness around day 10 or so of the 2-week dosing cycle. I'm also getting constant blepharitis and styes in my eyes. I'm back to using my inhaler and nebulizer once or twice a day. Hoping to find another biologic that will work as well. If anyone is having trouble covering this medication, check out Cover My Meds. I was able to qualify to get Dupixent for free due to my income level."

"This medication is like a miracle cure for my asthma problems. I never cough like I used to, and it has helped me to breathe better. I have no shortness of breath when doing activities, such as walking or overexerting myself. This medication has made me feel so much better. However, now that I recently got on Medicare, it is no longer covered. I can't afford to take this medication any longer."

"It really helps my asthma. I don’t use Prednisone when I’m on it. When I’m off of it, I'm constantly getting lung problems. It is easy to use as long as you follow instructions."

"I have had severe asthma since I was a baby. Chest CTs were showing large amounts of ground glass opacities. I started Dupixent on Feb. 1st. After 3 months, I wasn't noticing a big improvement. In April, the opacities had increased in number, size, and in both lungs. I just had a recent CT, and it showed a remarkable reduction in opacities! I started noticing a big improvement about a month ago. I was using nebulizers and prednisone before, and now, over the last month, I rarely even need my Ventolin! This improvement has given me back my life! I can do activities again without getting short of breath. My husband and friends are really noticing a huge improvement! Thank you to my doctors and Dupixent! I've had no side effects. Very easy to self-inject every 2 weeks."
