Cenobamate for Seizures "Made my already bad memory worse, was extremely dizzy, and it started giving me horrible rage and anger issues. Talked with a doctor, lowered the dosage, took B6 to help with the other side effects. Got the dosage right and it worked wonders in stopping the seizure onset."

For Seizures "I started taking cenobamate last August, starting slowly until maximum dosage 200 mg. I also have autism. I started initially with balance issues, though my seizures were getting under control. But later on, I started to get very aggressive and have nightmares and feel really tired. Things haven't improved much, though I have reduced the medication to 125 mg, but my life has changed for the worse."

Cenobamate for Seizures "I have severe epilepsy. I was one of the first in the U.S. to have a different brain surgery, a laser ablation. I have been on almost every antiseizure medication, and Xcopri is what I have used for the last two years after reaching saturation point with gabapentin. Xcopri at different doses has varied. I have sleepwalked and thought my day was starting, not that it was time to rest until the next day. I became erratic, angry, agitated."

Cenobamate for Seizures "My daughter failed 10 medicines and a VNS, and this is finally the thing that worked for her. She has not had a seizure in over a year. It does have side effects (fatigue, headache), but better than the others she has been on. Most importantly, this one has had no mental health side effects such as depression, anxiety, or anger."
