For Chlamydia Infection "Unfortunately, I had to be treated for chlamydia twice with azithromycin due to a bad choice. The first time I took the 2 500 mg tablets, and I didn't have any bad symptoms. The second time, I was prescribed the Greenstone brand packet, and it is horrible. I took it without food at first and went out to eat maybe 20 minutes later. My stomach was very, very upset! It happened maybe 5 minutes after I started eating, my stomach felt like it had cramps way worse than a menstrual. I pooped somewhat, but my stomach was still not in good condition."

For Chlamydia Infection "I was reading through the reviews, and I got genuinely scared to take the two doses of 500 mg of azithromycin, but it actually wasn’t that bad. I took the first pill at 7:30 a.m., then ate a banana. At this point, I didn’t feel any of the side effects. I took the second one about 3 hours later at 10:30 a.m. and ate some pretzels. After the second dose, my stomach felt bubbly all day, I had a few cramps, and my head hurt, but nothing a nap didn’t fix. It wasn’t bad, but I’m for sure using a condom for the rest of my life, lol."

For Chlamydia Infection "I got it for the second time again. I took the pills 1000 mg back in December 2020. I had eaten an hour prior, and I took it when I got home. I was having little cramps, so I decided to get in a hot water bathtub. I started being nauseous and throwing up. It was awful. My stomach was in pain. I came and laid down in a fetus position in pain, crying. Keep losing consciousness. I almost went to the ER. I took it around 7 pm, and it lasted till 3 am. I was so scared to take it again. But this time, I ate some shrimp pho, then some bread, came home, and popped the pills with a whole bottle of water so it didn’t affect much of my stomach lining. I did feel cramps for like 2 seconds, but as soon as I felt that, I ate some probiotic yogurt, and it helped the cramps completely. I was so happy there wasn't a drama. If you are taking this, please make sure your stomach isn't empty, else, your lining will burn. Eat a lot and take it with a bottle of water, and probiotic yogurt drink helps so much more."

For Cervicitis "I know the vagina naturally cleans itself, but I figured using this new organic soap would make me feel better. After a couple of uses, I felt burning and irritation. There was no discharge or odor. I went to the doc, and she saw a bacterial imbalance, and my cervix was inflamed and prescribed this medicine as a 1, 2 pill dose of 500mg. After reading reviews, I was scared to take it due to the side effects. When the burning was unbearable, I finally took them. 3 pieces of toast for breakfast with butter and a probiotic yogurt before taking them. An hour after, I had slight cramping and diarrhea twice, but nothing unbearable. I also felt nauseous and chewed on some ice cubes. If you get car sick, once the car stops, it’s minimal. That’s how to best describe it. After 2 hours, the side effects were gone as quickly as they came. I would recommend this medicine. I should see results soon, and hopefully, the burning subsides."

For Chlamydia Infection "I’d never thought I would’ve gotten to this point of catching an STD/STI. It’s just like I carry condoms all the time. That night, June 29th, is when it happened. I had a random hookup with a trans woman, something I’ve never ever done before. She told me that she was a virgin and was clean. Today, I’ve discovered that all that was a lie. Such a dumb ass, but I rushed to get these meds today, 06/13. I ate a little bit of White Castle, chips, and water. For Bacterial Infection "Started this medication yesterday, and on other antibiotics, I usually start feeling better by now. If anything, I feel worse, and I have every side effect. I mean the runs, the cramping, the gas, the bloating, the head pounding, the dizziness. I don't know if I can choke the third pill down tomorrow. I am just miserable. Oh, and I'm taking it for a middle ear infection, and the pain is still so great, it just adds to the other side effects, and it's rendering me useless for things I need to do, like go to work or function in general. My advice: see if a different kind of anti can be given to you."

For Chlamydia Infection "I was terrified after reading all of these reviews. I used to suffer from panic attacks but those under control... without meds. Anyway, I debated and googled and called my doc's office and finally my pharmacy before finally deciding to take them. I needed all my questions answered before doing so. All is good! I ate a carb-dense meal, drank approx 1 liter of water, and took a probiotic all approx 2 hours before taking the medication... after about an hour I ate a small amount more. I barely felt a thing, a slight cramp and maybe a wave of nausea that lasted for about 20 minutes. Nothing too intense, I would say 3 out of a 10 for both. Well, I am glad I sucked it up and decided to take the meds to get better!"

For Chlamydia Infection "Before I took two 500 mg pills in one setting as directed, I came on here and read the reviews, which scared me to no end. I was in a constant battle with myself as I continued to read the reviews whether I should take the pills to be safe or wait until my test results came back. I went and got tested after someone I was with told me they were positive for chlamydia. Anyways, after reading the reviews about severe abdominal cramps, I wanted to skip out and not take the pills at all, but with much debate, as I had the next day off, I took the pills and prepared to have diarrhea and breathtaking cramps and guess what? For Chlamydia Infection "This is the first time I've encountered an STD, and I've been married and sleeping with the same man for two years now, so we assume I got it before I met him (as I slept around a bit then), but wow they weren't kidding! This sucks. I'm already 12 weeks and 6 days pregnant...and before I started taking the medicine today, I was already puking my guts out. I puked again about 2 hours after taking the one-time dosage, and that was the worst! Then I had to shower because I felt so gross! Now I'm sitting on the toilet with the worst diarrhea (cramps I'm used to, I got those badly with my menstrual cycle, so no biggie) but man this is no joke: I even ate a couple of hours before I took them too. For Chlamydia Infection "I found out 3 weeks ago that I had chlamydia for the first time. I got two pills of 500 mg azithromycin and took them right away, as it says you can take it on an empty stomach, I highly suggest eating first. I found myself, 15 minutes later, vomiting and having severe abdominal cramps, and I was very dizzy. I went to the doctor the next day with my fiancé, and we both got the pills-me for the second time due to vomiting-but ate an hour before taking them, and neither of us had a problem doing it that way."

For Chlamydia Infection "Took the medicine at 10 or 10:30 am, about an hour later my stomach started to hurt. Doctor told me to eat before I took it, and I didn't, well, I had a little bit of rice, BIG MISTAKE. When I arrived at work, that's when the fun really began (being EXTREMELY sarcastic). WORST stomach pain and cramps that I ever had in my life. I was constantly having to bend over and catch a breath and hold my stomach. I was nauseous, but the stomach pain was so unbearable (literally thought I was dying), it lasted for well over 6 hours. Also felt like I was going to faint, my body was so tired. It's now 8:10, and I feel okay, a little tired, but I'll take being tired over the stomach pain and nausea. Hopefully this medicine works, good luck to everyone."

For Bacterial Infection "I was given azithromycin for a bacterial infection and strongly regret it. I continued with the medication for four of the five doses, finally stopping upon a call to the pharmacist. I quickly lost all taste and desire to eat food and became very drowsy. The next morning, I was much worse. I could not get out of bed without falling over because of severe dizziness and a headache. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I realized I had thrush on my tongue and a rash all over my body. This was soon followed by cramps and diarrhea. I wish this nightmare upon nobody, and apparently, this reaction is not that uncommon. I wouldn't risk it."

For Chlamydia Infection "Diagnosed with chlamydia again after retesting. Had no symptoms, but I didn't the first time as well. Slight nausea, cramps, and pooping about 20 mins after. Nausea and cramps go away, but poop lasts a day or so. I hope this works, as I'm not sure if it did the first time."

For Chlamydia Infection "I went to the doctor's office and described my symptoms, even though I suspect it to be BV. They gave me 4 pink pills and a shot just in case while the results were sent to the lab. Anyway, not expecting to take meds right away, I hadn't eaten breakfast. An hour after taking the pills, I got bad cramps in my upper stomach. I could barely drive, and I was sweating. The pain came and went for about 30 minutes, after that, I was fine. Later on that day, I did have a quick dizzy spell, I thought I was gonna have a panic attack while shopping, but it went away quickly, and nothing after that. The next day, I woke up with really bad itching in my vagina and discharge, but the original discharge I had went away the same day."

For Chlamydia Infection "2 pills for a total dose of 1000 mg. Was fine until 10 the next morning, when the cramps and stomach pain started. Threw up at midday, and my stomach and lower abdomen felt like they'd been twisted into knots. Sore to the touch. Had loose stool. Constant feeling like I needed the bathroom or to throw up. Threw up again at 11 pm last night and 5 am this morning. Only 3 hours sleep because I couldn't get comfortable from the pain, no position helps. Woke up hungry and less cramps this morning. Feel ok now except for being super tired and scared to eat in case I vomit again. I am drinking lots of water and took some indigestion tablets, anti-diarrhea tablets, and paracetamol. Test results here take over 3 weeks to arrive, so might be taking it all for nothing, as I won't know for sure if I had it or not until much later. But, better safe than sorry. Definitely not fun, better work the first time!"

For Chlamydia Infection "I read all the reviews and prepared myself for the worst. I took the 4 pills, 250 mg each (1000 mg) nothing! No nausea, no vomiting, no diarrhea. It's only been 2.5 hours. I ate a lot before I took my pills. I ate leftover pasta, a pizza pop, drank a ginger ale, on my second soda, had chips. My stomach had 2 or 3 cramps, on a scale of 1-10, it was a 1. I got the antibiotics for free at my local health unit. I live in Canada and have no coverage for costs of prescriptions."

For Sinusitis "Had a cold that turned into a sinus cold. Was very congested and stuffed. Felt like I was breathing through a straw. Ears felt clogged, then itchy, then burning. My nose would go from stuffed to a drip to a burning, then my throat started to feel scratchy. I had no cough or temp. After 4 days, went to clinic. Dr. prescribed Z-Pak. 2 hrs after taking it, my chest, upper arms, and upper back started burning, and I was sweating and just so hot, but I took my temp and it was 97.9. I thought that was weird. So far, it's 7 hrs later altogether, and I'm feeling a lot better. Had some mild cramping that lasted approximately 5 to 10 minutes, but that's it. I'm hoping I can get through this."

For Chlamydia Infection "Took 4 of the 250 mg pink tabs in the car in front of CVS. Told my boyfriend how that was 'it.' Drove home right after (thank God I almost stopped at Domino's to order a pizza for dinner). Started folding laundry while talking on the phone, then BAM!!!!! Started to feel nauseated, ran and grabbed some kettle chips and chugged a half water thinking it would do the trick-only made me more nauseated. I took a big dump and now I am laying on unfolded laundry in a fetal position while my stomach is cramping and trying to speak to me. I also have a horrible taste in my mouth as well."

For Chlamydia Infection "So, after going to the doctor, I was prescribed 4 azithro pills along with some yeast infection medication. I only had oral intercourse since November with an old fling, which I must have contracted it then and never was treated. So, after taking the pills, I only felt nauseated for 3-5 mins, and it has passed.
