For Overactive Bladder "Severe constipation and cramping, blurry vision, and dry mouth after 6 weeks of 20 mg 2x daily. I want to taper off of this medicine as it suggests not to stop abruptly as it can cause rebound symptoms and maybe worse, but I can't find a tapering guide. The pills are not scored and are coated, so they can't be cut down to help with tapering. I wish I would have known more about this medicine before I started taking it. I will say that it helped with bladder pressure and frequency, but the side effects aren't worth it. I'm going to try something else."

Trospium for Urinary Frequency "Worked well, but had to stop due to conscription, blurred vision, and energy."

For Urinary Frequency "I was really hoping this trospium would help me control overactive bladder, especially at night, but instead it made it impossible for me to go, and I would spend up to 30 minutes on the toilet unable to go. I also had severe blurry vision almost immediately. I do not recommend at all!"
