For Osteoarthritis "I received Gelsyn-3 injections in both knees. My doctor changed my medicine from Supartz to the Gelsyn-3 without consulting with me about the medicine change. I had extreme pain in both knees and dizziness upon leaving the doctor's office, which only became worse, along with injection site pain and excessive kneecap area swelling. Terrible bone and muscle pain all the way along my femur bones. Also, hives around the injection site. After each shot, I had terrible trouble walking and had to be on bed rest for 3 to 5 days after each injection. Rest assured, I will never have these injections again, and as of today, I still haven't had any relief, and I'm still in pain every day. The injections actually made my knees worse. I have problems from these injections and pain that I didn't even have prior to this terrible drug. I reported side effects to my doctor and the drug company, but nobody seems concerned. I have never regretted anything more."

For Osteoarthritis "It's been 8 months to the day that I had both knees injected with Durolane. Walking and going up and down stairs is still very difficult. This has weakened my knees and leg muscles. My leg gives out now and then. My balance is off. I can't run. Whoever approved this should be sued and jailed!! My quality of life has dropped drastically. I'm 71 and can't play with my grandkids like I used to. It's like I'm 10 years older. I don't know what to do about this now!!!!! I'm giving this a 1 because I can't give a negative#"

Very tough through the night, vomiting. My stomach hurts. Continues all Sunday and Monday till around 1 pm. Two weeks in a row now and missed work because of it. Not sure if I can continue injections."

For Osteoarthritis "The morning after I had the injection, I woke up with a headache and nausea. I spent the next 6 hours throwing up, dizzy, with chills, migraine, and sharp pains in my abdomen. Worst reaction I could have had. Today is day five post-shot, and still, I am unable to eat a full meal, severe bloating, cramping in my abdomen, and extreme fatigue. Worse, the doctor has not called to check on me after I got them on the phone on day 1 post-injection. Needless to say, I will not be getting any more shots nor using said doctor again."

For Osteoarthritis "Got my injection July 29th, 2021... I've always been able to walk off the pain of my injections. Not this one, right away the pain kicked in super bad at night. I waited a few days, every night the same throbbing, itching, and tingling. Not to mention the sore I got on my injection spot. I don't recommend this shot to anyone. I've had so many side effects and my knees are more painful than before I came. Muscle weakness, dizziness, weight loss, migraines, and numbness in legs and feet. Poor blood circulation... stay away from this shot... just say NO."

For Osteoarthritis "I waited too long to have my knees injected. My X-rays showed bone on bone in both knees. This was the first time that I tried the injections. The right knee went smoothly. The left knee was slightly uncomfortable. The cold spray was very effective. I experienced some side effects of stiffness, increased pain, and dizziness, but it was tolerable and diminished a bit each day. Thankful that it is working."

For Osteoarthritis "I received five Supartz injections in each knee in February of 2020. By the end of April, I was immobile and sick. I believe I had an autoimmune response to the injections. My initial symptom was shortness of breath-similar to the MS hug. Over the following year, symptoms of varying degrees came and went-including: severe, widespread joint pain, shooting pain in random bones, fatigue, loss of muscle strength, stabbing pain in eyes, incontinence, inability to walk, dizziness, and sensation of frozen ground glass on my backside when sitting. I have been tested for many, many diseases due to the symptoms and have proven negative for all. In July 2021, I'm beginning to feel normal again. I now lack muscle strength from becoming inert, fatigue easily from lack of mobility, and STILL have the pain from osteoarthritis, which the injections were supposed to address."
