For Psoriatic Arthritis "Been on for over a year. Psoriasis is gone and arthritis for the most part lessened but for my hands. I need to treat them with pain-relieving roll-ons and lotions every day. I can live with that situation but am having real trouble with exhaustion as some days I cannot get out of my own way. It really affects my daily life as three to four days out of the week I am very limited in doing much at all."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Experienced headaches, exhaustion, and UTI symptoms while on this drug. Also, several areas of psoriasis seem worse, redder, and painful. Did help slightly with accompanying joint pain but not enough to warrant tolerating the side effects."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "I've had psoriatic arthritis for over 55 years. Embrel was the new wonder drug, that is, until I started to suffer with scrotal abscesses. I stopped Embrel and hoped my body would stay clear of psoriasis. No such luck. Psoriasis came back with a vengeance. I'm now trying Cosentyx. 1st injection 21-05-19, the skin is starting to clear, but, and here is the but, I've got a sore throat, I'm wheezy, ache all over and feel tired all the time."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I've had plaque psoriasis for about 5 years now, had it on my scalp as a child and it laid dormant until I turned 30, then BOOM, covered in plaques all over. Was prescribed methotrexate originally in low doses, which helped but never got me clear. Then slowly my doses had to be increased just to keep me somewhat controlled. I begged my doctor to let me try the newer meds (biologics), he was old school and insisted we stick with the old drugs. I was given a referral to a new dermatologist, and thank God for him! Within the first week of my loading doses, my skin began to clear and also feel 'normal'. Those with psoriasis know how you feel it coming on just under the skin. I'm about to take my 4th loading dose, and all that's left is the red areas where my bad plaques were. Every time I shower and exfoliate, they get lighter and fade more and more. The only side effects I've had are feeling slightly jittery directly after my injection and feeling tired. To curb that, I take my shots at bedtime now."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "After the initial phase, I got very sick, and my psoriasis has not improved at all. Runny nose (like really bad), chills, hives, plenty of pimples everywhere, and really tired. Hair follicles infected. Bad medication."

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "Stated this drug for Ankylosing spondylitis as in October after other biologics stopped working on 150 mg monthly. Very lightheaded, fatigued joints, sore, tired all the time. I don't think this one has helped at all. I have a review with rheumatologist on 20th Feb (1st review since starting this biologic). I'm gonna tell him it is no better. I've had AS since 2001, so I know by now what works. I found Enbrel was the best one for me till it stopped working."

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "This drug caused me nothing but grief! It was not worth the side effects for the tiny fraction of relief! By month 3, I had a bad case of tonsillitis, which I could not get rid of! I always felt ill, with swollen glands, tired, and very fatigued! Even after a tonsillectomy, which was horrible and never healed right, I feel like garbage!"

For Psoriatic Arthritis "I just started taking Cosentyx. I was on Humira for my psoriatic arthritis, which did nothing but make my hair break off and make me extremely tired the day after the injection. The negative to all these drugs is that they suppress your immune system, making you more susceptible to other illness. I am struggling at work to type and do simple tasks, so I am really hoping the benefits outweigh the side effects."

For Psoriasis "I have just recently started Cosentyx injections on 7th Feb. I've done the starter pack for 4 weeks, which was 2 injections per week, and now the monthly dose of 2 injections per month. I've had a few side effects including headaches, tiredness, weight gain, night sweats, mouth sores, and frequent urination without burning. I'm trying to give this medicine a chance to get positive results from pustular psoriasis on my foot, as the blisters are unbearable and painful. I can't even walk when I have a flare, but I'm praying this medicine will help me."

For Non-Radiographic Axial Spondyloarthritis "I fought going in this for a year. After the loading dose, I deeply regret not getting on it sooner. I have my life back. I do get tired for 2 days after the shot, but that’s it. I don’t have constant spine pain, and my hips don’t ache as much. I don’t think I can ever go back now."
