For Psoriatic Arthritis "This drug has been incredible. Have inverse psoriasis - had psoriasis patches head to toe, fingernails were grotesque - dry and crumbly. Was on methotrexate for years with no results, just kept getting worse. New dermatologist put me on Skyrizi to start - cleared up psoriasis within 2 weeks, however, developed psoriatic arthritis in hips, shoulders, and arms. The chronic pain was unbearable, and I was unable to use my arms. After three doses, she changed me to Cosentyx. Worked well for about 4 months, then psoriasis started to come back all over. Psoriatic arthritis was subdued. Then she put me on Bimzelx - what a difference. In two weeks, psoriasis disappeared and no psoriatic arthritis. I find this drug has given me my life back. I'm finally back to being active and playing golf, which I love. Don't hesitate to discuss with your dermatologist if you suffer from psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis. Worked for me after years of pain and suffering."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Bimzelx is my 6th biologic in less than 3 years. My psoriatic arthritis is severe, and my psoriasis is mild. I felt the best in 3 years after my first dose, 320 mg. About 11 days later, I started with a red rash on my face, then chest and arms. The rash was like sandpaper. It spread to my legs last. It was itchy and painful, I had to take prednisone. Now I'm due for shot 2, for which I now have an EpiPen. Praying for no rash, finally found a biologic that works, and I got a suppression rash."

For Hidradenitis Suppurativa "It seems to be at least as effective as Humira, but unlike Humira, the injections are painful. All aspects of the injection are painful. The stick hurts, as well as the long injection of the liquid. With Humira, I didn't feel a thing, but with Bimzelx, it's torture every 2 weeks."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I'm on shot #2 and I have nearly clear skin! Prior to starting the shots, I had plaque psoriasis on about 75% of my body and could barely walk or function without pain. I went to my dermatologist and was told about Bimzelx, and I am so proud that I was because it has changed my life! I am currently on 160 mg self-injection, and I have had no side effects at all! This medication is the best!"

For Hidradenitis Suppurativa "I’ve only been taking Bimzelx for a month now for my HS, and I already see a big difference in the size and number of boils. I have severe HS, and under one armpit, I have six boils and three under my other armpit. After taking the injections twice for one month, all the boils have gotten smaller, and a few have begun to close up. It’s still a little painful, but I can already feel a difference, and I’m so happy that I’ve finally been able to take a medication that really does help. The injection is not painful, I think injecting it in different parts of my stomach helps with that. After each injection, the following day, I feel the difference and can tell it’s getting better. After living with HS for almost 25 years, I can’t express how truly thankful I am to see the results and slowly but surely get the treatment I’ve been praying for. I just want to be pain-free and able to have a range of motion in my arms without cringing from having boils there all the time. Bimzelx works!"

"It cleared up my psoriasis 90% after the first injection! It was amazing! However, it has not done as much for my arthritis and fatigue. It will slightly improve it for about 3 weeks after taking the monthly injection but after the 3rd week, my arthritis and fatigue symptoms start back up again. I think for the purposes of just psoriasis, it is a miracle drug. It’s fair for psoriatic arthritis. Few medication side effects though which is good."

For Hidradenitis Suppurativa "While Bimzelx worked well for Faith's boils and outbreaks, the side effects for her were not good. She developed severe thrush in her mouth and down her throat. In her private area, an overabundance of yeast. Faith developed disturbing personality changes with mood outbursts of anger and even tried to jump out of the car. I took her to her primary doctor, and she was treated for thrush for 14 days. At this time, I had already taken her off Bimzelx for four weeks. It's now been 5 weeks, and all the side effects have subsided. I will not be putting her back on this medication. Humira had even more side effects for her. It crashed her immune system. She had to be seen by an oncologist for over a year. We are using a new topical ointment, and it's really working when she has signs of an outbreak. It's called Opzelura. Unfortunately, because it's new, her insurance will not cover it. We will keep fighting to get it covered. It's $2,500.00 a tube."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Assisted relieving pain and severe burning sensations on the front side of my fingers below the nail area. Roof of mouth and tongue feeling slimy covered in a white milky coating which won't scrub or wash away. Affects the taste of food and liquid. Had unexplained tiredness and body pain. Unsure if a direct result of the medication, but experiencing sight issues, blurred vision appears to be worsening a little more each month. Pain, burning, redness, and swelling around the injection site lasting for 7 days. Injection 160 ml taken monthly."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I have had 4 years of terrible flare-ups over 80% of my body. Humira made it worse. After the first dose of Bimzelx, I am clear of all plaques. No itching, no flaking. Literally a life changer. Where the psoriasis was, it is light pink, skin still healing, and sun exposure in summer, but mostly clear. Just took my second dosage. Also, my joints are feeling much better, and inflammation is down."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "I just took my first dose of Bimzelx last night, and it hurt very badly. I was previously on Taltz injections for 5 years, and the pain was significantly more. I also experienced chest tightness, swollen and numb lips, and injection site swelling."

For Plaque Psoriasis "For years I have battled psoriasis, and nothing worked. People would always ask me what was wrong with me, and I need a doctor. Stupid! Well, now I'm clear, people say they have been battling the same problem and were embarrassed. Now I'm so proud to wear my shorts! This med changed my life. I have my confidence back."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I have tried numerous without relief for my PA & PSA. I am on the 2nd shot and my skin is clear. My legs and torso was the worst. I can wear shorts after 20 years of long pants through hot summers! I'm excited I'm wearing a dress for my birthday!! Fingers crossed and good luck!"

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Have mild psoriasis and mostly PsA. By the end of the 1st month, completely clear and noticeable difference in inflammation and pain. That being said, the injections were horrible (just painful out of 7 biologics I've tried) until I learned you MUST do it at room temperature and you CAN pinch the skin... It's just not necessary. Also, developed the worst sinus infection ever 1st month, thrush (oral) 2nd month, another fungal infection 3rd month, now at the end of the 4th month and once again my face is swollen with a massive sinus infection that literally pops up overnight. Literally woke up the next day with half my face swollen twice now. Antibiotics and topicals treat side effects, but if infections continue, obviously I will have to stop this treatment... Which is sad because it's the best biologic I've ever had. FYI I've been on Humira, Enbrel, Cimzia, Cosentyx, Tremfya, Skyrizi, and methotrexate."

For Plaque Psoriasis "This medication is doing wonders for my skin. I was 90% covered, and within the first two doses, I was almost clear. The injection isn’t painful at all, you can barely feel it. It’s been the best medication for me so far (I’ve been on almost all of them). However, I have had an upper respiratory infection once a month since starting this medication, and it’s almost making me ask my doctor to take me off. The chest congestion and coughing that comes along with this is miserable. If I did not get so sick while on this, I’d easily give it a 10/10."

For Plaque Psoriasis "So far at week 7, it's great. Skin is definitely clearing up and joints in general are feeling better. Definitely better impact for skin than for the joints for me so far. The real downside is the pain during injection. I've been on other biologics that do not hurt at all, but this one stings terribly."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Finally! Bimzelx is the sixth or seventh biologic I’ve been on for PsA. The psoriasis part wasn’t terrible, but the arthritis was awful. A couple of the biologics worked so-so for a couple of years, then stopped. A few didn’t work at all. (I’m unable to take methotrexate.) It’s been a few years since I’ve had any relief, and Bimzelx helped after the first injection! I got better and better over the next several months. I can now walk without tears! Yes, the auto injection is ouchie compared to others. (Auto injections beat infusion any day of the week ;) But a few seconds of ouchie is WAY worth it for me. I can still tell if I’m having a flare, but the flares are so toned down I can get through them easily. Keeping my fingers crossed that it continues to provide such wonderful relief for a long time to come!"
