For Plaque Psoriasis "I have had 4 years of terrible flare-ups over 80% of my body. Humira made it worse. After the first dose of Bimzelx, I am clear of all plaques. No itching, no flaking. Literally a life changer. Where the psoriasis was, it is light pink, skin still healing, and sun exposure in summer, but mostly clear. Just took my second dosage. Also, my joints are feeling much better, and inflammation is down."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Not great. Shot hurts and effectiveness wanes at week 3. Now that I’m past the loading dose and going on week 8, I feel like I’m not on any medication at all. While my skin remains mostly clear, my joints are killing me and the fatigue and brain fog are back along with my list of 10 or so other symptoms. Also, this drug makes me itchy."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Bimzelx is my 6th biologic in less than 3 years. My psoriatic arthritis is severe, and my psoriasis is mild. I felt the best in 3 years after my first dose, 320 mg. About 11 days later, I started with a red rash on my face, then chest and arms. The rash was like sandpaper. It spread to my legs last. It was itchy and painful, I had to take prednisone. Now I'm due for shot 2, for which I now have an EpiPen. Praying for no rash, finally found a biologic that works, and I got a suppression rash."
