For Insomnia "One month on 7.5 mg - great for sleep and anti-anxiety. Definitely increased my appetite, which is great for now. Not too much weight gain."

For Insomnia "I take 45 mg of mirtazapine! It helps me fall asleep, but I still wake every 1 1/2 hours or so. It has helped with my depression, but like other users, my appetite has gone through the roof."
