Lemborexant for Insomnia "Dr. prescribed 10 mg, but I cut it in half to 5 mg, and that made me very tired very fast. However, day 1 and 2, intense and disturbing dreams, day 3, a nightmare, so I stopped taking the product for a couple of days. Last night I tried once more, and for the first time, experienced sleep paralysis - that was a terrifying experience. I could not get my eyes open! That's it for me, no more Dayvigo. Advil PM has worked in the past, so I’ll go back to those."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "Got me to sleep but had terrible headaches during the day. Bad nightmares and kept waking constantly. Even though I had 8 hours of sleep, it felt like I only had 3 to 4 hours. Woke unrefreshed and lethargic."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "Took this for several months and tried to like it. I took 5 mg and 10 mg. It WILL put you to sleep at 10 mg, BUT the realistic nightmares will be part of the “sleep.” Also, sleep paralysis is a side effect that I experienced. Can’t move for a few seconds when awake. The dreams (nightmares) are VERY vivid, and that’s the reason I can no longer take this medication. I also think it might cause frequent urinating (6 times per night)."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "Terrible experience with this medication. Took 5 mg for a month, and I was EXTREMELY drowsy the next day and had bad nightmares and lucid dreaming. The effects only worsened the longer I took it. It did help me fall asleep, but the side effects were unbearable, and I quit after giving it a good try."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "Caused very vivid dreams. I had three different dreams - two sad dreams and one quite scary dream, but fortunately, I like horror so I enjoyed the scary one. Hmm, the dreams caused by this drug are very different from my usual ones when I'm not on a sleeping pill or when I just take melatonin. It's VERY VERY vivid. There are colors and sounds. Once the dream ends, you'll go to the next dream instantly. Also, when I was just starting to sleep, I kept hearing music continuously even though there was no music playing in my house. I'm not sure if this is okay with others who aren't okay with scary dreams. I was finally able to sleep for more than 8 hours because of this though."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "This drug gives you sleep paralysis and nightmares and no sleep at all. 5 mg is enough to make you suffer all night. You literally cannot move, and at the same time, you are not asleep. Like you're in a coma with night terrors. They are horrible nightmares that will have you so horrified you will never take this drug again. I've been on Silenor, which did nothing. Trazodone, which gave me a headache and stuffy nose. Nothing prepared me for the physical and mental anguish after a 5 mg pill. Not sleeping all night is better than using this drug. Zopiclone still works best for me. The doctor wanted to change it up a little, but do not take this if you are not ready to star in your own horror movie where you are the one being scared the hell out of. You have been warned!"

Lemborexant for Insomnia "I have suffered from insomnia since I was young and have always had difficulty falling asleep. I tried several types of sleeping pills, but none of them were effective. I tried Dayvigo, and it’s miraculous: 20 minutes after taking it, my eyes feel extremely heavy, and I fall asleep instantly. What’s incredible is that I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I haven’t had any nightmares or side effects."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "I tried Dayvigo 10 mg two times and slept for maybe 2 hours max with horrible nightmares both times. This drug should be taken off the market judging from the other bad reviews I’ve read."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "Do not take this drug. Could not feel my legs or arms. Horrible visions and dreams. It was like a ride into a nightmare, and you couldn't get off. I only took the 5 mg. Will never take again."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "It does not help me go to sleep nor stay asleep. When I do drift off, I have violent, horrible, frightening nightmares, then I wake up and am unable to go back to sleep."

Lemborexant for Insomnia "I have tried Dayvigo 5 mg a couple of times. It is okay, but I didn't sleep for long. My dose went up to 10 mg, and I had dreadful nightmares, so I spent most of the night trying to stay awake. I experienced 3-4 convulsions during the night, and I have never had convulsions before."
