For Plaque Psoriasis "Clear after 2 months. Feel fatigued most of the time. Hope it passes with time. Have been on many biologics. Noticed my teeth hurt and several seem loose or have mobility issues. Same thing happened when I was on Humira. Neither the doctor nor dentist have answers, but the mobility is a concern. Any others have this issue?"

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "I have been on this for around 10 months. The injections are extremely painful as they contain citrate, which burns. Although there is a new citrate-free version now coming out. I wasn’t totally convinced Taltz was helping, and the last few months, the pains of AS during the night are really bad, so hoping I will change to something else. Side effects: losing hair and turned very wispy. I get site injection redness and fatigue."

For Psoriatic Arthritis "Currently about 3 months in. I also have psoriasis, and it almost immediately started going away. Each injection, my psoriasis was noticeably better the next day and is basically clear now, just some deep redness that takes time to heal on a few spots. I have gotten a couple of eyelid infections since starting, I get headaches, which is uncommon for me, and the fatigue I get from it is pretty bad, but not much worse than Humira. In my opinion, this is more painful than Humira or etanercept, and honestly, those didn't bother me, but this one I hesitate at times taking. I get many injection pens that don't work as intended, and I have to have them replaced, usually from getting stuck inside themselves. For me, at this point, I find it more effective on my psoriasis than my psoriatic arthritis (PSA), but still effective on PSA, and honestly, nothing has worked fantastic for me with either condition, but it has been a blessing quickly with psoriasis."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I was on the second dose, and I had a very bad reaction. Mainly flu symptoms, body aches, body chills, fever, couldn't breathe well, headache. It lasted about 5 days, but even though I'm feeling better, I don't feel the same. Very fatigued! It didn't work for me."

For Ankylosing Spondylitis "I have been using the 80 mg auto-injector for over a year. It has helped decrease spine swelling and pain by 80 percent. I do continue to have fatigue. I give this medicine 9/10 for effectiveness."
