"DO NOT TAKE TRELEGY! I was having residual coughing from COVID for over 4 months, and Albuterol was not working, so my doctor gave me a 2-week sample of Trelegy. After just two days, I ended up in the ER, almost dying from pneumonia-like symptoms. This caused my eyes and cheeks to swell, blurry vision, extreme headache, constant coughing, and the worst back pain I have ever had. I pray that someone reading this hasn’t tried this horrible drug yet, because if you do, you could end up dead. I do not know how this is on the market. I pray these residual effects from this medication leave my body, and then I’m not stuck with this for life over two puffs. You have been warned."

For COPD "I have given Trelegy Ellipta a good try over the past two months, and I have made an appointment to see the doctor about going back to a different medicine. My side effects are backache, emotional mood swings, earache, constipation, but not sure if I can put constipation down to the Trelegy."

For COPD "Since I have used Trelegy, my condition has become much worse. I was sent by the doctor's office to the ER by ambulance. I had horrific chest and back pain, as well as more coughing and phlegm. I have no energy at all. I took my last dose of this today."

For COPD "I immediately felt my throat become irritated, then within a few days I could feel it become swollen, I could barely swallow. I stopped taking it when this occurred. In addition, my joints ached. I also had excruciating back pain. Also, my breathing did not improve significantly. One positive, my blood pressure dropped. It's not the medication for me."

For COPD "My COPD has greatly improved, but my sugar is staying way too high, and my back is killing me. I don't think this is going to work for me. I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks."

For COPD "I've been on this since February 12, 2020. At first, it seemed like a miracle! I've been to the ER on Thursday and Friday for severe back pain. They thought maybe it was kidney stones. After a CAT scan, an x-ray, and blood work, everything looks fine (I had a plate put in my neck 8 years ago) but the back pain is unbelievable! I've been in bed with limited movement, using a heating pad or ice, and prescribed a lidocaine pain patch. Today is Sunday, February 23, and I feel no better. I'm debating on taking it today. Does anyone else have back pain?"
