For Birth Control "I just finished my first cycle on Mili. I have always experienced irregular periods and recently started getting bad acne on my back and arms. Mili was the first time I was able to predict my period, which was awesome! My acne started to go away, overall, I felt fine-just cramping the first few days. My period on Mili is a different story. The first day of my period was uncomfortable but manageable. The second day I felt fine until around dinner, when my stomach really started to cramp. Took some Advil and called it a night. The third day was the worst I've ever had my period. Around 3:00, after feeling fine all day, I broke into a random cold sweat, started getting shaky, and barely made it to the bathroom to vomit. My 30-minute drive home, I was praying I wouldn't crash as my nausea was intense and my stomach felt like I had hot coals in there. The rest of my period was touch-and-go, some days better than the other but never as bad as the third day. I'm giving it one more cycle."

For Birth Control "I had some slight nausea for an hour or less each night (usually less), but that only lasted like 2 weeks. After that, everything was fine, and honestly, I have very little complaints about the pill. :)"

For Birth Control "I am 20 years old and recently went through a pregnancy loss. My doctor recommended Sprintec, but when I went to Walgreens, they said they didn't have any and said Mili was the same thing. When I tell you I've never felt so terrible in my life, this damn birth control has not only made my body messed up emotionally, but I have been nauseated on and off, I'm having hot flashes and feverish some days, and I have headaches a lot. I called my doctor and asked if I can get Sprintec somewhere else, he said yes. I went, and then the pharmacy said no, but we have-guess what-they told me, you guessed it, Mili birth control. I'm telling you, do not take this birth control, ask for another birth control pill or another BC option. This pill is literally making me feel like I'm dying. Other women's bodies are different, but mine is messed up."

For Birth Control "This is the worst birth control I’ve ever had in my life. The first day, I felt fine, and actually my bleeding stopped. My doctor put me on this to stop the heavy/painful spotting on my Nexplanon. After the second day, I experienced nausea out of nowhere. Then I would try to eat and still feel sick. I am highly constipated as well. I can’t eat anything because I feel like this. I am stopping this immediately, I don’t even care if I start bleeding again. It is totally not worth it. This brand has a majority of terrible reviews than any good, smh."

For Birth Control "I am on month 3 of taking this pill, and it has not been very easy for me. I previously took Apri and could not stand it because it made me nauseous every time I took it. Although Mili has not made me nauseous, it does make me extremely emotional, and I have noticed my chin breaks out, which I thought would go away but hasn't. I have noticed that I have very poor self-esteem since taking it too. I have not gained weight, and my period comes regularly and is pretty light. I am feeling kind of helpless and not sure what to do."

For Birth Control "So I know that most doctors would encourage you to take birth control for at least a month before you decide not to. The side effects can sometimes subside the more you take it, sometimes the first dose can have the worst effect on you, etc. I took my first pill last night at 6 pm after eating my dinner, and when I woke up at 7 this morning, I was very ill. The nausea was comparable to bad morning sickness, and the dizziness and lightheadedness were so bad I nearly fainted. I called my doctor, and she believes it’s because of the estrogen, but she also has officially discouraged me from continuing use of Mili. Some people have no issues with hormonal BC, but unfortunately, I am not one of them. If you do try it and find yourself feeling unbearably ill, it is 100% okay to stop taking it."

For Birth Control "Was on Sprintec, in which I was fine, but apparently this was the next generic thing they gave me for the past couple of months. I loathe it - I wake up and go to bed nauseous, and it makes it feel as if I were actually pregnant with the bloating, hunger cravings, and this massive acne outbreak (which I barely get acne breakouts until now!). I thought after a couple of months of use it would get easier, but I’m just so near to stop this birth control because of how bad it is."

For Birth Control "By far the worst birth control pill I have ever been on. I’ve been on a couple (Estarylla, Sprintec, and Mili) pills in the past 2 years, and Mili has been the worst. My pharmacy was out of Sprintec, so they gave me the next generic brand, Mili. The first week I had unbearable migraines. I didn’t feel well enough to go into work. I was constantly tired and had no motivation to get up. Then, on the first day of my placebo, I had the worst nausea and dizziness. I woke up just feeling so dizzy, and every time I would walk, I would lose balance. Motion sickness was awful too. I thought I was pregnant (thank God I wasn’t) and went to the doctor, and they told me it’s because of the pill. It was so draining. I have never experienced side effects with any other birth control pill I have been on except this one. I’m sticking with Sprintec from now on."

For Birth Control "Took Mili for about 2 weeks. Had hives, itching skin, and nausea on and off during that time. Finally, it all came to a head when I had sex, and my stomach was hit with the most excruciating pain. It felt like my stomach had exploded, and I spent the rest of the night bawling, nearly screaming from pain and clutching my stomach. Please don’t take this birth control, try something else."

For Birth Control "So I am 35 and started Mili because I have 3 children ranging from 18 to 9 years old and truly don’t want any more children. I’m in a committed relationship, and we want to be safe and not bring any more children into this world. I work in pharmacy and never really take pills, I’m not a fan. Never have been. So I decided to start Mili. Now, I had experienced Ortho Tri-Cyclen back in my teenage years and don’t really remember any side effects, so I asked to start on that, but the doctor advised against it, claiming it would make me moody. So I took her up on her suggestion and got Mili. IT WAS THE WORST. I got sick at least once a week, couldn’t go to work, severely throwing up for hours on end. I couldn’t believe this was happening, and of course, I was in denial it was the pills. So when I went off for a week for my period, I felt amazing, no sick, nothing. The moment I’m back on, I’ll be on 4/5, maybe even 6 days in, but then it happens all over again."

"I have been on Mili for about a year and a half, if not more, and it is my first form of birth control to help regulate my periods! My first few months of taking it were a breeze, with no side effects, just some mild nausea here and there, but nothing bad that took me out for the day. Eventually, I kept forgetting to take it for about 2-3 months. When I got back on it, I had terrible nausea that made me need to throw up about 6-8 hours after I had taken it, especially if I missed a day and had to double up the next. (Definitely take them before you go to sleep, it helps so much with dealing with the side effects.) Otherwise, I had no problems with Mili! For a form of birth control, I'm not super sure how well it works!"

For Birth Control "My pharmacy gave me Mili instead of Aprintec. I've never had issues with Aprintec and was assured by the pharmacist and my doctor that they were the same. Absolutely not! Since starting Mili, I have felt nauseous, my boobs hurt, I'm bloated, and I have 0 appetite. I've become very emotional, have no energy, and feel very depressed all of the time. I will be switching back to Sprintec after I'm done with this round of Mili. What a terrible pill."

For Birth Control "Horrible! Started this birth control 2 days ago and have horrible migraines, nausea, irritable mood, shortness of breath. I do not recommend this to anyone. Demand Sprintec if that is what you were on before. They will tell you this is the same, but it is NOT!"

For Birth Control "I noticed that I have been sick nonstop the last two months, and it finally clicked that it was the birth control. The symptoms line up exactly with the side effects of the inactive ingredients. I’ve had depression, bawled at work a few times, had to use the wall to steady myself a lot, extreme fatigue, breast tenderness, loss of breath, and most of the morning nausea went away after a month. The first period felt like a meat tenderizer was pounding me. Didn’t feel anything but fragile and loss of appetite for the second."

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control ever! I’m currently taking Mili to control my PCOS. While taking the pill, my hair stopped growing, I’m nauseous, have terrible headaches, spotting, acne, diarrhea, cramping, bloating, weight gain, depression, anxiety, breast tenderness, and pregnancy symptoms daily! I never had any of these symptoms or side effects with any other birth control from the pill, Mirena, or injection. I felt so alone until I read these reviews. I thought I was just stressed from work and mom life. This needs to be banned!!"

For Birth Control "Insane bloating and cramping! I keep asking them not to put me on this birth control, but they keep prescribing it. I am so emotional and get nauseous and have stomach issues on my period."

For Birth Control "I have been on 2 separate birth controls and can say this one is horrible. Terrible dizziness, exhaustion, spotting, migraines, and nausea. I have been on this birth control for a year, and symptoms have not changed or become better."
