For Birth Control "I’ve been taking Mili for four months now, yes, the first three months were awful because of awful mood swings, but the side effects faded, and it really isn’t as bad as everyone says. I’m actually losing weight, and my acne clears quickly, it’s not that bad."

For Birth Control "HORRIBLE! I was on Sprintec, which I loved, no side effects at all. Unfortunately, my pharmacy ran out of Sprintec and gave me this awful little pill. My mood swings are horrible, I am extra emotional, my stomach is severely bloated as if I am pregnant, bad gas, night sweats, and the worst of it all, I CAN NOT STOP EATING. Since taking this, I am hungry all the time, and I'm reaching for carbs mainly. This is terrible, and I spoke with my gyno, and she sent another prescription to the pharmacy to give me only Sprintec that they cannot give me any other."

For Birth Control "I started Mili 2 weeks ago after my previous pill was discontinued, and my emotions have been all over the place. Anxious, depressed, just super emotional. It just clicked today to do my research after crying again for something minor! Needless to say, today will be the last day I take this medication."

For Birth Control "I had been taking Sprintec for two years, mostly to clear acne and shorten my periods, and I never had any issues with it. I really liked it. I’ve taken one month of Mili and just started my second pack today, and my mood was all over the place. I can’t stop crying, and it makes me nauseous in the mornings because I take it at 10 pm before bed, and my anxiety has increased dramatically. I'm so confused because I was told it’s the same ingredients, but I do feel a difference with this one than before. I’m probably going to try and stick it through the rest of this pack, and hopefully, my body gets used to it. It could be possible that this is not the medication causing it, but it’s the only real change I have made. Definitely, make sure to not take on an empty stomach."

For Birth Control "Oh my god, when I tell you I was feeling so defeated, and then I came to this page and saw all these reviews. I have been on Sprintec for 10 years... that's right, 10. I have cystic acne and am also irregular, and it was the only thing that helped me with both. Pharmacy said the patent ran out for Sprintec when I went to pick it up. I had a GYNO appointment the following week, and my doc said not to worry, it's the exact same.... IT'S NOT. I repeat, IT IS NOT. First month was basically a period for three weeks. I also had pretty significant mood swings, and was breaking out for the first time in years, and not small blemishes. I've also had significant weight gain, which is partially bloating that doesn't go away and partially actual weight, but really, who wants either! I have tried to wait it out since my doctor said three months and it regulates, but it hasn't changed. Please, if you just started on Mili, save some time and switch."

For Birth Control "I took Sprintec for about 3 or 4 years now, but my pharmacy ran out and dispensed me Mili. I can honestly say I'm miserable. As I lay here and write this, I have an awful headache. I usually don't get them. I have constantly been bloated since taking this pill. I'm just getting to the end of my first pack. I have had an upset stomach and gas frequently. My mood has been all over the place, and I have no motivation to do anything. My hormones are all over the place. This is the worst pill ever!"

For Birth Control "This birth control is absolutely atrocious! I started taking it about 2 months ago, and I have never felt worse. My nipples are so sensitive and hurt so bad. I have such terrible gas, and I am so bloated. I get incredibly nauseous and even throw up sometimes. I was on Larissa before this, and I have never gotten worse side effects. I have no motivation to do anything, my mood swings are off the roof. Do not recommend this at all!"

For Birth Control "Terrible. Didn’t help with cramps, I had heavier periods and zero sex drive. The worst is the anxiety and anger associated with it. My fiancé and I just split up over these pills due to my mood swings and upset. I wouldn’t take them ever again. Too many reviews say the same thing...the pills are the common denominator!"

For Birth Control "It’s clear based on the reviews this birth control works for some and not for others. This birth control really messed me up. Threw my gastrointestinal tract out of whack, and I gained a little weight as well. Mood swings are abundant, and I’ve felt depressed and lethargic. Cannot wait to stop taking this birth control! I’d rather deal with my heavy periods than this medicine changing who I am and making me constipated all the time."

For Birth Control "I'm almost finished with my second pill pack of the Mili contraceptive pill. So far, my period was heavier than normal and longer, but since it was the first one, I'm gonna give it time to regulate. My mood swings are terrible, and I'm overly emotional about everything. I'm not gaining weight, and I've noticed fewer breakouts."

For Birth Control "I switched from Sprintec to Mili birth control pill. Sprintec made me feel like I was going crazy and made me super emotional and was the worst. I feel an improvement in my mental health since switching from Sprintec to Mili for sure though. My periods are lighter, I do get headaches, slight mood swings, and I have gained a little bit of weight since starting. My acne has cleared up almost entirely though."

For Birth Control "Absolutely horrible. Do not take this!!!!! Severe migraines, extremely nauseous, and horrible mood swings. I have tried many different types of birth control (brand name and generic), and I have never experienced side effects like on this Mili birth control pill."

For Birth Control "I like taking Mili, it helps me a lot. Plus, I have no problem gaining weight. Also, it clears my face. I have had mood swings, but that's about it. Other than that, no other side effects. I just started taking this last month, at the beginning of January 2022. So far, I'm enjoying taking them. I hope it stays that way, I'm willing to gain pounds, that doesn't bother me."

For Birth Control "This stuff is terrible. My pharmacy keeps switching me back and forth between Mili and Estarylla and Mononessa, and every time I take Mili, I break out into horrible acne, my anxiety escalates significantly, and I have crazy mood swings. Worst birth control I’ve ever taken! This stuff should be discontinued."

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control I have ever been on. The pill for me, in general, hasn't been that great, and I found myself calling my doctor every month for a new prescription. None of mine were as bad as this one. I have been on this pill for two months now and have not stopped bleeding. This has never happened with me and birth control. My mood is constantly down, and I am very irritable all the time. My weight went up about 10 pounds, and my skin is breaking out like crazy. Please save yourself from all of this and try anything else but this brand."

For Birth Control "So bad. I used to be on Estraylla or whatever, and was switched to Mili. I had very bad mood swings, cried excessively, was angry a lot, got acne, etc. I know my usual birth control would also make me a bit moody, but this was over the top."

For Birth Control "I switched to the Mili pill after weeks of bleeding on Tri Sprintec. The switch did help regulate my periods, however, the entirety of the 3 months I was on it were literal hell. My sex drive has been demolished, and I am constantly on edge about everything. I became so overwhelmed and stressed out that it nearly ruined my relationship. Intense crying, screaming, and just general unhappiness, all of which would lessen on the off week during my period, so it took me a cycle or two to realize the hormones were the cause. I had been on Tri Sprintec for a year and a half before Mili and have never experienced such awful mood swings. I also gained 10-15 pounds rapidly within a month's time. That combined with the depressive episodes was bad for my self-esteem. This pill has made me want to stop my birth control journey entirely."

For Birth Control "I only used Mili for just about two months, and I gained over 20 pounds. I had just switched from Sprintec, which helped me lose over 100 pounds the year prior. The mood swings and aches are terrible, if you are thinking about trying this, I suggest anything else. Cheap, though."

For Birth Control "The first night I took this birth control, I threw up, but my body was just adjusting, and that was expected. The more you eat with it, the better you will feel, for me, that's how it was at least. I became a bit more emotional in the couple of weeks after I started it, but that went down with time. Overall, I think it's about as good as birth control can be."

For Birth Control "I was switched from Sprintec to Mili and just realized today that Mili is causing the many issues I've been experiencing over the last couple of months. I never thought to look at the reviews. I am almost finished with my third pack. Irregular bleeding and spotting, then having a large breakthrough period when it wasn't the right time to have one. Random nausea and fullness. I haven't had acne since I was a teenager and have been experiencing awful skin for the last couple of months. Mood swings, easily tearful (very abnormal for me). I feel exhausted most of the time and experience headaches regularly. I've never written a medication review, but all of these things have happened since starting Mili and have gotten worse, not better, since continuing to take it."

For Birth Control "I've been on this pill for about 1 year. For those who don't like it, just make sure to really give it time to adjust to your body, but everyone is different, though, so I understand. When I switched over to the shot, that was worse than the pill, so I recently just got back on the pill after the shot, and my period came back. I lost about 9 pounds my first time getting the shot, so never again! I'm one of the rare ones, usually, people gain weight on Depo, and I never got my period. Now that I'm back on the shot, whenever I do get my period, it's always light! No matter what, I don't have to wear pads anymore, just a panty liner, and I'll only bleed for about 4 days. It did affect my mood swings, though, I never used to be this emotional, but it isn't that bad. I recommend it."

For Birth Control "I have been on this pill for a year and 3 months. At first, I just had some spotting and some tender breasts, but my PMDD was better. I didn’t have as many mood swings, however, my period is about the same. I have one day of heavy bleeding and cramps, so bad that pain medicine can’t help. I also get bloated. Before Mili, I had mood swings all the time, and I had one bad day of cramps and heavy bleeding. The bloating is about the same. What makes me want to go off the pill is my weight. I went from 115 pounds to 130 pounds. I don’t like how I feel. I am going to talk to my doctor about getting off of it."

For Birth Control "Okay, this is the best experience I’ve had with a birth control pill so far. Started because of irregular and heavy periods and painful acne. About 1 and 1/2 months on the pill, the heavy irregular period stopped and acne was gone. After about 3 months, my period is light, short, and painless. I also no longer get painful acne. No mood swings. I was prescribed Sprintec in 2018, which caused me to bleed heavier and caused cystic-like acne. I recommend Mili :)"

For Birth Control "Horrible. My pharmacist told me it's exactly the same as Sprintec. I've been bleeding for almost two weeks and have felt so insecure and emotional with hormone swings. I just straight up stopped taking it. I have an appointment with my OBGYN on the 15th, and I'm demanding I get Sprintec back or to send me to another doctor who can give it to me. It's not identical, it's worse. I wish I never took Mili."
