"I have been on this pill for 4 months now. So far, so good. I was on Larissa for a little over a year, but I gained a lot of weight, so I decided to get off of birth control for a while. I got back on birth control because my cramps are horrible and I wanted to be protected against pregnancy. This pill has been so much better than Larissa! I have not gained a single pound, only lost 5! The only side effects I have experienced are slight mood swings the first couple of months and being sleepy sometimes with light nausea, but those symptoms have gone away after I completed my 3rd pack."

For Birth Control "I've tried 3 different birth control pills, this Mili one being the third one. I'm on my 3rd month, and my periods have finally gone back to normal. I took Low Loestrin Fe, and I lost my periods (I need reassurance), then the generic of the same and still no period and mood swings. Finally, on this one, back to having my periods, still painful ones and very heavy."

For Birth Control "I started taking the Mili contraceptive pill on a Sunday, and the next day I had the worst migraine ever. I have had a migraine for the last 4 days, and it will not go away. This medicine gave me terrible mood swings and severe aches in my neck and shoulder area. I had to be prescribed migraine medication. I am currently waiting to be transferred to a different birth control. Do not take!"

For Birth Control "It worked for a while for me because this was my 1st conception pill, and I knew that the mood swings and headaches would occur. The nausea here and there, whatever. But my issue is, twice now, I bleed for about 2 weeks every month so far. It's annoying because I end up not feeling like myself every time, and I never know when the bleeding will stop. My period comes for 5 days, then I'm still bleeding. Cramping! Headache! For 2 months now because I started in May, now it's July. And I refuse to have sex while bleeding, so it's a cock block as well. I think I'm done with, tbh."

For Birth Control "I, unlike others, haven’t experienced mood swings with this, or severe weight gain, or horrible acne, but it has increased my breakouts. However, this is the worst thing I’ve ever been in my life. I started BC years ago for my cramps, but have changed over the years because they stopped working for my cramps. I was put on this, and I get my period every other week, and on top of that, my cramps are worse than they were before I was even on BC. I literally cry from pain and can’t move and sleep all day."

For Birth Control "I started taking the Mili pill at the end of January after having an incredibly bad period that month, with horrible cramps that I had never felt before. I started birth control so I could pretty much immediately offset that, and so far it hasn't been too bad. I have definitely noticed mood changes; I'm crying, which I don't really do, and my regular anxiety and irritability levels were increased. I'm about to start taking the sugar pill week, and I'm hoping my cramps subside, but even the week before, I have been feeling very slight cramps and have had some breakthrough bleeding over the past few days."

"I’m not usually the type to write a review, but I feel strongly about this. I was on Spintec for years and was very happy. My periods were painless, easy, and very light. My hormones were not out of control, and I had no side effects. CVS told me it was discontinued and gave me Mili. This pill is HORRIBLE. I have severe cramps, they are gut-wrenching, and my lower back aches so bad I sweat. I have a constant underlying headache, right behind my eye is just sore. My mood swings are outrageous, I have no control over my emotions. Normally, I’m a very happy person, even while on my period, last month, I sank into a dark place. This month, same thing, but it only lasted two days. I slept for four hours on Saturday, and I woke up still tired. Another side effect I’ve had is I’m starving ALL THE TIME. I eat nonstop. It’s literally never enough food. This pill has changed my body for the worst."

For Birth Control "I was previously on the NuvaRing, and my provider switched me to Mili for a new hormone combination. I took Mili for three months before switching myself back to the NuvaRing. I had more spotting randomly throughout the month than I ever have before, and the spotting lasted longer than my normal period. I could have handled the spotting if it wasn't accompanied by the mood swings! I wanted to cry every day, felt anxious all day, and was easily set off into mood swing spirals. I felt like I was emotionally out of control and going insane. 10/10 would suggest finding another birth control because Mili is hands down one of the worst I've taken. I didn't get pregnant while on it, though, so there is a plus!"

For Birth Control "The first couple of months on Mili were great, and the only thing I noticed was slight weight gain, which I lost quickly. Then the next few months, I started getting insane migraines and increasingly became suicidal-something I’ve never experienced before. I had major mood swings and decided to stop taking the pill ASAP. Super beware if you have a history of depression/anxiety!"

For Birth Control "I am on month 3 of taking this pill, and it has not been very easy for me. I previously took Apri and could not stand it because it made me nauseous every time I took it. Although Mili has not made me nauseous, it does make me extremely emotional, and I have noticed my chin breaks out, which I thought would go away but hasn't. I have noticed that I have very poor self-esteem since taking it too. I have not gained weight, and my period comes regularly and is pretty light. I am feeling kind of helpless and not sure what to do."

For Birth Control "I do not recommend! I was on it for one month, and it was the worst month of my life. I never cry, and I am not an emotional person, but when I was on the pill, I cried every single day. I could not control my emotions. I became depressed within a matter of weeks, and I never felt happy. I felt unmotivated and sad all the time, and I could not get out of it. I also became very irritable and experienced mood swings. I stopped the pill before I finished my first pack. Overall, I do not recommend."

For Birth Control "DON'T TAKE THIS!!! I have been on birth control for about 12 years, and 8 of them have been Sprintec because it was Ortho Tri-Cyclin before that. For 3 months, I have been fighting with CVS about not taking this, they refuse to give me Sprintec, so now I have resorted to ordering it online. I am having insane mood swings. On Mili, I am exhausted, and I can't sleep. The absolute worst part of it is that just as an extra pregnancy prevention precaution, I use ovulation test strips to make sure my birth control is actually working during what would theoretically be considered my 'fertile window'. Birth control prevents ovulation... and man, am I so thankful I do this because I am in what would be my fake fertile window, and guess what! For 3 days of it (on Mili), I have been testing way higher than ever on my LH levels!! So even if I am not releasing an egg, or if I am, either way, Mili is not doing its job! Either it isn't regulating my hormones, so there is no LH surge, or it's not actual birth control."

For Birth Control "I was given Mili as a one-month substitute for my regular birth control Estrylla and was told it works the same. Unfortunately, it was everything but. For almost the entire month, I’ve felt extremely emotional, moody, fatigued, and sore. I usually struggle with acne in mild bursts around my period, but I haven’t had so many breakouts in years since starting it… I thought I was going crazy, but then I remembered I was taking something different."

For Birth Control "I will never recommend Mili. I was given Mili by my pharmacy because Sprintec was on some sort of shortage. I was told it was the exact same thing. After taking Mili for a few months, I can confirm it is NOT the same thing. The weight gain, headaches, mood swings, acne, and bloating are things I NEVER experienced while I was on Sprintec and immediately started feeling when I was switched to Mili. I am very unhappy with the results and have requested to switch to a different pill again."

For Birth Control "My pharmacy gave me Mili instead of Aprintec. I've never had issues with Aprintec and was assured by the pharmacist and my doctor that they were the same. Absolutely not! Since starting Mili, I have felt nauseous, my boobs hurt, I'm bloated, and I have 0 appetite. I've become very emotional, have no energy, and feel very depressed all of the time. I will be switching back to Sprintec after I'm done with this round of Mili. What a terrible pill."

For Birth Control "I was recently on a different birth control for 5 years, but my body got too used to it, so I changed to Mili. I never had any crazy side effects. No mood swings, no weight gain, no breakthrough bleeding, etc. I felt the exact same. Maybe some cramping in the first week. I truly was so happy because I was so scared of changing to a new one. Until 2 months later, I started breaking out like crazy. It's been a year, and I'm still breaking out like crazy. I've never had acne, and now I'm left with all these pimples and scarring. I am not switching to a birth control meant to treat acne, so I won't have this problem. Everyone is different, but this was my experience."

For Birth Control "Horrible! Started this birth control 2 days ago and have horrible migraines, nausea, irritable mood, shortness of breath. I do not recommend this to anyone. Demand Sprintec if that is what you were on before. They will tell you this is the same, but it is NOT!"

For Birth Control "Mili is effective in preventing me from pregnancy. However, I have lost 20 pounds in 9 months, and I am much more emotional. Those are my new updates. I’m not 100% sure if it is because of the Mili pills."

For Birth Control "This was the worst birth control. I was on Sprintec for 3 years, and they randomly changed me to Mili. I was taking it for about 3 months and decided I wanted to get an IUD instead. This gave me terrible mood swings, bloating, and nightmares. I wish they would’ve told me they were switching out my birth control so I could’ve looked into it more. I had no problems with Sprintec and switched me to this horrible birth control. If they switch you, call and change ASAP!"

For Birth Control "I can't even believe how many negative reviews there are about this pill. I relate to so many. I was 21 taking Sprintec as well for a long time, and it was the best pill I ever took. I am now 22 and have been taking Mili for a little close to a year now because Planned Parenthood on a telehealth call told me that it's the same exact thing. WRONG. Cramps, mood swings, cluster headaches, migraines, bloating, irritability, my anxiety is so high. I never felt this way before. I've been depressed to no end, so insecure within, no motivation. I feel so defeated by this and the doctors who are giving this out. But I guess this is how they get paid, ya know? To keep us coming back. Now I know we shouldn't be taking BC, but I'm 22, trying to be safe until I'm ready, and was told this birth control helps with PCOS patients. I am done. I deserve better. 12/28/21 is my appointment with a real GYN. I can't wait to get this problem fixed up. DO NOT TAKE THIS PILL, LADIES... PLEASE. THIS IS NOT A “GENERIC” OPTION AS THEY SAY. THIS IS TORTURE."
