Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "I've tried at least 5 different types of birth control, and none of them worked. I would gain lots of weight, they made me feel tired and sad. Natazia is a miracle!! I have PCOS and was bleeding for months straight-9 months straight to be exact. I was tired of it and was finally recommended Natazia. After 6 months on it, my period is finally down to 3 days a month!! My cramps have seemed to get worse, but it's better than bleeding constantly. Insurance gave me a hard time, but after fighting, it's free and I don't have to pay $300 a month. I wouldn't recommend any other birth control other than this one, with no symptoms and little bleeding, I couldn't be happier!"

Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "I have been on Natazia for almost 2 years. For about a year and a half, I haven't really had a period. Some months, it's absolutely nothing at all. Occasionally, I spot. Last year, I told the gyno, she said it's nothing to worry about. My skin doesn't break out on this pill. I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, my skin was terrible. I have gained a lot of weight since being on this pill, but the clear skin and no period are kind of worth it. I used to get terrible cramps and bleed a lot. Hope this is helpful."

Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "After Triphasil was removed from the market several years ago, I struggled to find a pill that worked for me. I tried Trivora and Lo-Ovral, but my libido completely left me, and I had horrible mood swings most of the month. Eventually, I got off the pill altogether. After 3 years off the pill, I needed to get back on because of bad cramps, and my doctor suggested Natazia. It has been 5 months now, and I am thrilled with the results. The first 2 months, I did not have a real period, just some spotting, but now I seem to have leveled out into a predictable cycle. I have a few days of spotting 1 week before the inert pills, then I have a period that literally lasts only a day. No cramps, minimal breast tenderness, and I feel like myself."

Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "I have been on this medication for two months. I was given Natazia to control my heavy periods and painful cramps. Month one, I still had heavy cramps and flow for seven days. Now, in month two, my period has been 11 days and heavy each day. My flow and cramps are actually heavier now. Extra strength Tylenol is not strong enough."

Dienogest / estradiol for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I have been on Natazia for 5 months now for very heavy bleeding. My periods would always last about 5 days, but for the past 10 years, I would pass many blood clots. I couldn't wear tampons. I was always worried I would stain my clothes during work or out in public. I just turned 40 and started taking this BC. My periods are now so light and only last 2-3 days. I can now get away with just liners. I still may have slight cramping the day before or on day 1 of the period. I also had some cystic hormonal acne on one jawline, this has cleared completely up after 3-4 months. Also, I feel my rosacea has been under control without having to take my prescribed oral antibiotics and medicated gels, not sure if from BC. I haven't noticed any other side effects."

Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "I've been on this for 3 months. I experience heavy bleeding and bad cramping always on the 3rd week of the pill. I have bad headaches every day. I'm a healthy eater, non-smoker, and work out 3-4 days a week. Going to the doctor tomorrow!"

Dienogest / estradiol for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "I was skeptical and uneasy about going on birth control again after bad past experiences with other brands. My doctor prescribed it for me because my natural cycle was way too long, heavy bleeding, and the worst cramps with fevers. Note: you have to stay 3 months on this pill to see how your body really reacts to it. I pretty much had a light period throughout the whole first month. I did not, though, have severe cramps anymore. In this second month, I have been more balanced with the bleeding, and it is coming around normal time and not additional like the month before. Emotions are still unstable-breaking out more too! Greasy face and feeling super gross. If this doesn't change after the third month, I'm switching."

Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "I started taking this birth control after experiencing bad PMS, heavy bleeding, and weight gain with my previous BC pills. The first few months were great. My PMS symptoms were barely noticeable, and I was able to lose 20 lbs over 4 months. But then I started getting my period a week before I was supposed to, and it would last 7 days or more. After about 8 months, the heavy bleeding and cramps came back. After 1 year, I went in for my annual pap, and it turned out I had fibroids in my uterus and an ovarian cyst. I have never had those issues before. I was told estrogen can 'feed' the fibroids, causing them to grow, and that can cause the heavy bleeding. Anyway, I got off this pill and decided to get my tubes tied since I do not want more children."

Dienogest / estradiol for Birth Control "I have been taking Natazia birth control for 10-15 years now. It is a daily pill. I'm super happy with them! I tried some other birth controls before Natazia that didn't work for me. I'm born and raised in Europe, and over there the birth control is marketed as 'Qlaira.' Same pills, same look, same ingredients. I was SUPER happy when I found out they had the same pills. I have been feeling great, and I'm sticking with Natazia! I don't normally get a period taking Natazia (once in a while maybe). I don't really get any cramps, etc., if so, very minor. Overall, really recommend this pill, and I'm not swapping brands ever!"

Dienogest / estradiol for Heavy Menstrual Bleeding "My doctor lies to me. I was put on this pill after being in Lo Loestrin Fe that caused constant breakthrough bleeding. I got on this one specifically to stop that. Guess what? Two weeks in, just like Loestrin and just like clockwork, I'm having very heavy breakthrough bleeding and cramping that has prevented me from moving or eating for three days now. Horrible pill that does nothing for me. Switching immediately."

For Birth Control "Awful pill, my uterus hurt throughout the 3 months I took it. Larin Fe works so much better, no heavy periods or cramps. Dienogest/Estradiol made my periods heavier, and it started giving me cramps. I've never experienced a cramp since I first started my period as a young girl. Would never take this pill ever again."
