For Birth Control "I’ve been on birth control for 5 months, but my doctor recently changed me to Isibloom. I’ve been on Isibloom for almost 3 months, and the first month was normal. Then the second month got worse - at first, I thought I was pregnant (also keep in mind I take my birth control at 9 am every morning and never missed one) because my breasts hurt, I had headaches, nausea (without throwing up so far), and a couple other symptoms. Then I looked up Isibloom side effects, and it all made sense. Hopefully, next month things get better."

For Birth Control "A lot of these reviews are bad, but of course, if you have a bad experience with something, you’re going to write about it, and contradicting that, with your good experiences, you will most likely not leave a review. This birth control pill is very tiny and easy to take, and I have been on Isibloom for a month through an online pill subscription, and I have very few side effects. My age is 18, and the only side effect I’ve really only experienced is tender breasts and slight breast size improvement (maybe a cup?). Although I’ve had mood swings and I’m very emotional, getting frustrated and annoyed very easily."

For Birth Control "I started using Isibloom because I just started my sex life, and I wanted to be responsible. I received it through The Pill Club. I used to have acne. Isibloom helped with that. I’ve been using it for 5 months already. I’ve been suffering from pain in my breasts. It did not help with my cramps, I still have the same pain as before. I did not gain weight. I did not have any nauseousness. I did have diarrhea for the first 2 weeks or so. The only problem I have is that my sex drive is super low. Before taking Isibloom, I would get turned on easily. I would want to touch myself. After this product, I have painful sex! It’s horrible. My partner and I have thought maybe it will go away because, according to the prescription, side effects go away within 3 months. This month would be my 6th month, but I’ve decided to stop using it for the sake of my relationship. It’s pretty uncomfortable to have sex while it hurts."

For Birth Control "I started taking Cyred a year ago for acne, then it got switched to Isibloom by my pharmacist, and I did not notice any change in symptoms on Isibloom. I had very bad acne for 10 years, and this completely cleared my skin. However, my breasts are so tender, I have cramping throughout the month (sometimes it’s continuous, and sometimes it will be a random moment of intense cramping, and then it will stop), and spotting can sometimes occur for weeks at a time, which is extremely frustrating. I also have noticed that I am not interested in sex at all. Not even interested in kissing my partner. For these reasons, I am switching to a different birth control, but if that has the same side effects, I will return to using this one because the clear skin ultimately outweighs the negative side effects for me."

For Birth Control "I received Isibloom from the Pill Club. The first month was kind of crazy. It made me extremely nauseous, my boobs hurt all the time, and I definitely noticed an increase in anxiety, depression, and just overall mood swings. I didn’t notice a difference with acne (but I’ve been lucky enough to never really have a problem with that). I decided to stick with it though, and I'm glad I did because after my body adjusted to it, everything else leveled out. I’m now on month 3, and the ONLY issue I still have is ongoing breast tenderness and occasional breakthrough bleeding (but it’s such a small amount that it’s not troublesome or a hindrance at all). I also have not gotten pregnant, so it evidently does its job. I’ve previously been on other birth control pills that literally turned me into The Incredible Hulk, so the side effects from Isibloom have been relatively mild by comparison."

For Birth Control "No problem with the pill, been on for 5 months. Since starting, my breast used to hurt every day, they just stopped hurting (they used to hurt around the time of my period). Haven’t had a period since starting the pill, no cramps. I do get bloated sometimes. Only thing is I’ll eat, then I’ll get hungry like 10 mins later, lol. Gives me the munchies, but I don’t munch. I have also lost weight being on the pill. I pay out of pocket, 19.99 for 4 packs, so not bad on price either!"

For Birth Control "I have been on Isibloom for 2 months now. The first few weeks were rough. I was nauseous and had tender breasts, and as of today the tender breasts are still happening. I haven't had any weight gain. It has lightened my cycle, which is only 2 days now. For the most part, Isibloom is great once you get back your body adjusting to the hormones."

For Birth Control "Isibloom is a decent birth control. The first month of taking it, I had nausea, tender breasts, mood swings, and low libido. Those were completely gone after the first pack. It keeps me regular, having short and light periods is wonderful compared to the time with no birth control. I’d bleed for 12-14 days straight, and the flow was very heavy. So Isibloom birth control works great for me, and I hope it will work well for you as well. Definitely recommend it!"

"I had terrible cramps every month. I would be doubled over in pain for hours and oftentimes vomiting. I would be unable to work for 2-3 days every period. Isibloom was a complete game changer for me. In the beginning, I had acne and tender breasts, but after the first three weeks, it’s been smooth sailing. Just give your body maybe at least a month to adjust. I’m not using this drug to prevent pregnancy."

For Birth Control "I’m getting married in May, so I got on birth control to prevent pregnancy in the future and to regulate my period. The first week, my breasts were extremely tender, and I had a snobby attitude, but I was also in a musical at our local theatre, so that could’ve caused mood changes. My mood seems normal now, my acne has cleared up, my breasts have stopped hurting, so now I’m just waiting on my period to start. According to my Flo app, I’m supposed to start my period this week. I haven’t had any problems with Isibloom yet! Praises so far!"

For Birth Control "Been on the pill for just over two weeks, and the bloating is terrible. Motivation and drive to do and get things done have steeply dropped. My breasts are always extremely sore. Orgasms now come with pain, and I cramp all throughout the day regardless of where I’m at in my cycle. This should be taken off the market. It’s garbage."

For Birth Control "I was switched to Isibloom by my provider without notice. I am only one week in, am going to have to switch immediately. I have never experienced depression like this. I want to cry about everything. I basically cry myself to sleep every night. I’ve lost interest in hanging with people and doing my hobbies. I’m getting unreasonably angry about everything. I was on Cyred, which compared to Isibloom was amazing, besides the fact that my boobs were sore to the touch for three months straight. But I would do anything to go back. Please don’t take this medication."

For Birth Control "I literally have been on this birth control a week, and either I'm pregnant, or the symptoms for this have already started to affect me. I have frequent headaches, I'm bloated, and my boobs are super tender. I'm hoping this all goes away and will continue to update as I continue the medication."

"I absolutely loved Isibloom for Primary Dysmenorrhea! I had to stop taking it because after three months I was having two periods a month (not fun, of course), but it completely helped with my awful cramps. I basically have no acne (a miracle!), although my forehead has been very dry since taking it (I'm not sure if that's actually a side effect of the pill though). No weight gain, no extra anxiety, I don't recall ever feeling nauseous - overall a great experience, minus the periods. I did experience some strong cramps and a little breast tenderness, but it wasn't bad enough to make me switch. As a little side note... Of course everyone is different, but reading these reviews always makes me scared to try new birth control. Everyone is different, please don't be scared off by all the reviews!"

For Birth Control "I got Isibloom through The Pill Club. During the first week, I took the pill in the morning, and I would get very nauseous, have headaches, and tender breasts. After reading some reviews, I decided to start taking the pill at night, and symptoms went away. After taking it for two months, I've noticed that my appetite changes every day - sometimes I'll be very hungry or not hungry at all. However, I haven't gained any weight from the pill. Also, my mood swings calmed down by the end of the second month!"

For Birth Control "So far, I have been taking Isibloom for about a week now. The only things I have noticed are that my boobs are more tender than usual, even after my period was finished. I am hoping they get bigger after seeing a previous review on this page with a girl around the same age as me saying her boobs got bigger on this pill as well. I haven’t had any horrible cramping anymore, and my flow is a lot lighter. I wouldn’t say it negatively affected my mood swings during my period, usually, my mood is really bad, but I have not felt that after using this pill. (Again, I have only taken it for about a week, so I'll come back after like a month and do another update.)"

For Birth Control "I’ve been on Isibloom for one cycle. I’ve experienced some side effects including increased appetite (few lbs weight gain), bloating/water retention, tender and swollen breasts— I’ve gone up a bra cup size— really didn’t want to as they’re already too big for my frame... Moodiness, pimples. The only positive is that I get to skip my period, but I am definitely considering stopping the pill. I wish it worked for me, but I don’t think the side effects are worth it."

For Birth Control "I am 25 years old, and I was prescribed Isibloom over a year ago. I have not experienced any negative side effects! I will say that I may have gained a little bit of weight, but nothing extreme/out of my normal range. I do not have any mood swings or headaches! My period/withdrawal bleeding is pretty much exactly the same as it was pre-birth control! The only thing that changed from that was that my breasts do not get sore before my period. My experience pre-birth control vs. now is pretty much the same, other than I am protected from pregnancy!"

For Birth Control "Horrible little pill (Isibloom)... I have zero desire to have sex, or even kiss my partner. It is causing a major rift in our relationship. I have been irritable to the extreme and more depressed than ever before. I feel completely unmotivated, worthless, and hopeless. Breast tenderness is just a minute detail compared to the others, but another side effect worth mentioning. Any pill that cancels out your desire to live is not worth taking. Oh, and this pill is somehow linked to brown sun spots forming on my face (melasma). I'm so done with Isibloom."

For Birth Control "I started the pill club subscription in the middle of 2019, and they prescribed me Isibloom. They were in the green packaging, and let me just say, if you are struggling or have struggled in the past with mental health/self-doubt, I would not take this pill. It made me super unmotivated, and I sat inside for days at a time, was self-conscious about my body (it caused me to gain 15+ lbs in the first 3 months), and altogether avoided social situations; not to mention nausea, fatigue, tender breasts, and irregular discharge. But after about 4-5 months, most of those side effects went away, except I have noticed it is harder for me to lose weight or gain muscle mass since being on the pill. I’m still currently on it, even though it’s the pink packaging now, and I’d say it has 100% shortened and lightened my period, and I have no other issues with it."

For Birth Control "I have been on Isibloom for about 2 months now. This is the only birth control I’ve ever been on, and I have had no side effects whatsoever. Except maybe the occasional sore breast. Most reviews are super scary, but I have had no problems with it and don’t plan on switching. Everyone is different!"

For Birth Control "I could’ve waited Isibloom out to see if the side effects subsided, but honestly, they weren’t worth it. Upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea just in the first 24 hours, breast tenderness started in the first three days, enough to where driving over a little bump in the road was painful, got more acne than I’ve ever had at once immediately after starting it, and my skin is usually very clear. And then about a week in, the vertigo and vision problems started. So, needless to say, this is not the one for me."

For Birth Control "I have had none of the issues that others have described here. I've been taking Isibloom for a little over a year at this point. I've opted to skip my periods when I was prescribed it, so I've only had bleeding when I accidentally forget to take it for a few days. There was very slight breast tenderness while on my first pack, but it went away once my body adjusted to the medication."

For Birth Control "This is my third week on Isibloom birth control pills, and it hasn't been as bad as all the reviews I read at all. My first week, I had side effect symptoms of nausea on and off, but eating a little something would take care of it quickly. I notice I get headaches more frequently now and get irritated more quickly now, but nothing too extreme that others notice. I also had sore breasts the second week, but it stopped before the week was over. I will get one or two cramps every once in a while, but they are never consistent and never unbearable. There has been no noticeable change in weight or breast size. My libido has been normal, if not higher. And cystic acne has been clearing, which I'm very happy about because that was the point of me getting on the pill! I plan to skip my first set of placebo pills. Overall, this pill is not bad at all for me."

For Birth Control "The reviews on here are all so harsh, lol. I felt like I needed to give my experience. I’ve been on Isibloom for over a year, and I’ve had no issues. When I first started, I was so worried about how my body would react based on other experiences, but everyone is different. I’ve had no problems, I often take it continuously to skip my period and have no problems. I really like it, sometimes if I take it continuously for a while, my breasts will get sore, and I might be a little moody. But then I take the placebo and have my period, and I feel fine after that. This really works for my body. You never know how you will react."
