For Birth Control "I have been on many different birth control medications for years, and I was recently prescribed Isibloom, which comes in pink packaging-mainly for acne, but, of course, also not trying to get pregnant anytime soon. My second day on this medication, I have had extreme nausea to the point of throwing up twice, I had a severe panic/anxiety attack to the point where I am unable to calm myself down, my boobs are super tender, and I have severe stomach pain. The fact that this is only day 2 says all I needed to know. I would rather deal with the acne and the chance of getting pregnant than suffer through these side effects. I have never experienced birth control like this. This was a one-and-done experience. I would be extremely mindful of this medication, although it affects everyone differently; I have been through a handful of different birth control medications and never experienced anything like this."

For Birth Control "I really like this birth control and wanted to share my experience because of the horrors I’ve read from other people taking this pill. I never had bad acne, but it cleared up the few pimples I do get, I always have clear skin now. Periods are light and only about 4 days for me. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because the first month you’re on it, the boob pain is so bad. But I’ve been on for 3 months now, and it has gone away. I have gained a few pounds, but it could also be from moving back into college while beginning this pill. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

For Birth Control "Technically, Cyred EQ was the first birth control I have ever taken. I started in April, did a month of Cyred EQ, then was on Isibloom (which is a generic with the same hormones, same doses) for May, and now I am on Apri (yet another generic) for June. So far, so good. I started taking BC for my crippling PMDD and severe cramps (can hardly move for 48 hours). In the first month, I had minor stomach cramping, and my breasts were tender pretty much the whole month. I had a day or two when I first started where I was REALLY angry, like unnecessarily. After day two, that stopped. I used to have to take 2 paracetamol every 3-4 hours for period day 1 and 2, and now I only take 2 a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. My cramps are significantly reduced, though I can't say it has lightened my flow on days one and two, that's still pretty strong. My PMDD only happens for 2 days (sometimes 1 or 0) instead of 10-14. I no longer have stomach cramping or breast soreness. This birth control is kind of a godsend to me."

For Birth Control "I started Isibloom 3 months ago for constant cramping. The first month was kind of bad considering I couldn't touch my boobs at all. They grew a cup size and hurt so bad to the point that I couldn't wear a bra. My first period lasted one singular day, and it was very strange, to say the least (I'll spare you the details). After the first month, I was fine. I was finally not hurting anymore, and I had a normal period the second month. Now we are halfway into month 3, and my boyfriend is about ready to get rid of me. We have been together for 3 years, he knows when I'm not myself. I have been extremely moody and not just with anger, I cannot for the life of me stop crying. I have been depressed for the last couple of weeks, and even though I have a history of depression and anxiety, I know it's caused by this pill. I haven't had this many episodes since before I met my boyfriend. It has been really hard on our relationship, so I am done taking this medicine. Hopefully, there is another route."

For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom 3 months ago. At first, I didn't feel any side effects, and my acne (which I've been struggling with since middle school and am now 21) totally cleared up! My skin has never looked this good. At the end of my second month, I finally got my period. I have been on my period for 26 days. The first couple weeks of my period were super light, but now they're really heavy, and sometimes the cramps are horrible. I have experienced some nausea, but nothing too major. My boobs have been super sensitive, but I'm not sure if it's the birth control or the fact that I've been on my period so long."

For Birth Control "No problem with the pill. Only thing is my breasts swell and hurt, they swell where they come out of my bra."

For Birth Control "I’m on my 4th month of Isibloom. So far, I have experienced tender breasts, bad acne, mood swings, and worst of all, I haven’t stopped bleeding. It’s almost not even worth it."
