For Birth Control "I started Isibloom last year and just recently finished my 3-month trial period with them. If you have a history with depression or anxiety, I would not recommend taking Isibloom. I felt like I was going crazy, and my anxiety increased dramatically. I also had insomnia and paranoia during the end of the first month and second month. Did not experience weight gain, skin stayed the same (I have hormonal acne), sex drive decreased dramatically."

For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom about a year ago. In the beginning, I didn't mind taking this, I did not have any of the side effects, and everything was okay. These last few months, however, my libido has gone down the drain. I've seen other reviews with the same thing, it literally is so painful whenever I have sex with my partner. :( I also have been having migraines these last few months, and my cramps seem to be worse than ever. I got prescribed this from Pill Club, as I am a broke college student with no insurance. I'm trying to find a different prescription through them at the moment."

For Birth Control "I started using Isibloom because I just started my sex life, and I wanted to be responsible. I received it through The Pill Club. I used to have acne. Isibloom helped with that. I’ve been using it for 5 months already. I’ve been suffering from pain in my breasts. It did not help with my cramps, I still have the same pain as before. I did not gain weight. I did not have any nauseousness. I did have diarrhea for the first 2 weeks or so. The only problem I have is that my sex drive is super low. Before taking Isibloom, I would get turned on easily. I would want to touch myself. After this product, I have painful sex! It’s horrible. My partner and I have thought maybe it will go away because, according to the prescription, side effects go away within 3 months. This month would be my 6th month, but I’ve decided to stop using it for the sake of my relationship. It’s pretty uncomfortable to have sex while it hurts."

For Birth Control "So I used to be on Chateal, but after my insurance coverage ended, I started using The Pill Club. I have hormonal acne. When I did start birth control, my skin was GLOWING, I mean like YouTube skincare guru glowing. When I started Isibloom in Sep, it was okay, but I was getting HUGE zits. A month into using Isibloom and I started experiencing these huge acne build-ups. Literally cystic acne. They hurt so much and took 3+ weeks to go away. It was so painful. Not only that, but I was experiencing huge mood swings. 1-2 months in, and I was literally crying to work about absolutely nothing. I would also break down really easily over stressful things. This birth control also reduced my sex drive to zero. Stayed on this for 3 whole months and literally nothing improved, only got worse. Switched, and literally within a WEEK, I stopped experiencing mood swings and depression, sex drive came back, and my forehead no longer has huge mountains."

For Birth Control "Isibloom is a decent birth control. The first month of taking it, I had nausea, tender breasts, mood swings, and low libido. Those were completely gone after the first pack. It keeps me regular, having short and light periods is wonderful compared to the time with no birth control. I’d bleed for 12-14 days straight, and the flow was very heavy. So Isibloom birth control works great for me, and I hope it will work well for you as well. Definitely recommend it!"

For Birth Control "When I started this birth control, I had really intense mood swings. I even started struggling at work with handling my emotions, and as a reasonably tempered person, I was scared. Within the first couple of weeks, I called the National Suicide Hotline for the first time ever. I’ve had a major drop in weight because of loss in appetite. The mood swings subsided within the first three weeks or so. This birth control also caused a yeast infection that could not be cured by over-the-counter Monistat. I had to go see my doctor. So, I have yet to even 'put it to use,' as it has been a month and a half of incredibly painful, unbearable even, intercourse. I would only recommend this birth control if this is the only option available for you or if your only concern is gaining weight."

For Birth Control "I have been on Isibloom since around October of 2019 (a year and 8 months). I got prescribed the pill through the Pill Clubs online service. My first year was phenomenal! However, around November of 2020, I started having terrible constant nausea. I took several pregnancy tests that all came out negative. Around the same time, my depression became a lot worse, my anxiety was through the roof, everything made me cry, I had a never-ending yeast infection, and I lost all my libido (+ intercourse became painful and uncomfortable). Last week, I stopped my birth control to let my period come (it’s been a few months) and all of a sudden I feel like myself. My libido is back, I no longer feel bloated or nauseous, and my mood swings evened out. My period ended 6 days ago, and I’ve been back on the pill, I’m back to feeling completely terrible! Tonight I’m extremely nauseous and can’t even sleep. I’m going to stop taking it!"

For Birth Control "First 2 months I was very sensitive. Not moody, but extremely sensitive. Literally everything made me cry. Now I’m on my 4th month and everything's fine. I love it! I also have endometriosis and I have been struggling with horrible bloating, cramps, and painful sex. All that is now gone. Only thing that it hasn't done is clearing my face from pimples. But that’s alright as long as my endo is under control."

For Birth Control "I've been on it for about a year. I went from never on birth control before to this one. The first 3 days were full of nausea and migraines, but after that, it's been fine. No weight gain, no tender breasts or acne, no mood swings, it's mostly fine. I've noticed a decrease in my libido, but it was already super high and spontaneous, so it's just average now. If you already have a low libido, I wouldn't recommend it. My periods are a lot better, less painful, but just as heavy. It's okay overall for me."

For Birth Control "I was on this medication for a month and a half and had to stop. It completely lowered my libido and made intercourse hurt very badly. On top of all of that, it gave me constant cramping even when not on my period. I truly do not suggest this pill, but it may work for others."

For Birth Control "This pill got changed on me without notice. I started taking it with no questions asked, but it's making me not interested in sex with or kissing my husband, and both of us are upset about it. I'm gonna be changing to a different pill because this one is not for me."

For Birth Control "I am on my third pack of Isibloom, and for the first 1.5 months, acne was crazy! Especially around my chin. Now that I’m onto my third pack, that has cleared up a bit. Secondly, my libido decreased a lot in the first month. My sex drive was high before switching to Isibloom, so I was shocked that it made a huge difference. My boyfriend was aware of the situation, so if this ever happens, have some lube on hand! Thirdly, my period was quite heavy with this BC pill. But before I even started taking BC pills, I always experienced heavy bleeding, so it was nothing new to me. Lastly, I didn’t notice a change in anything-appetite, weight, mood change, nothing-since I first started taking Isibloom. I decided to skip my period from the second pack onto the third pack, and it was a smooth transition! I’m on my second week in my third pack, and it’s nice not having a period! No pregnancy, too!"

For Birth Control "I've been on the Isibloom pill for 4 months now. I've experienced swollen breasts, low libido, pain during intercourse, I'm hungry more often, especially when going to bed. So I wake up starving, but no weight gain so far and no more cystic acne. I don't get my period, but I do have cramps/bloating sometimes."

For Birth Control "I haven’t been on Isibloom for very long, but so far it's the best birth control I’ve ever been on. I don’t get cramps anymore, my periods don’t last as long as they used to, it doesn’t cause nausea and indigestion like my last one did. I'd like to know if it affects my mood because I haven’t been on my meds, so if anything, that’s probably why. And best of all, it doesn’t cause vaginal dryness or decreased libido like my last birth control did. So I'm pretty pleased with it, and hopefully, all the positives continue as I continue to use it."

For Birth Control "I've been on this dosage of birth control for years (started off on Reclipsen to Apri to Emoquette; all are the same, just generics), and I've had no serious side effects! This BC has helped clear my skin so much over the years, and it has shortened my cycle to maybe 4-5 days. I also have minor cramps, whereas before they were apparent. I've experienced no weight gain or crazy mood swings; however, I have noticed my mood is slightly more robotic/zombie-like-basically very mellow. My only issue is that it has also decreased my sex drive by A LOT. Almost non-existent at times! Overall, I've had more benefits than bad side effects."

For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom in June 2019, the first month or two was horrible for mood swings, etc. Mainly PMS symptoms. It took me about 6 to 9 months of being on it for my periods to not come every month. I don't do the green pills in the pack, I just keep going with the orange pills. I'm now at the point where I just get my period every 2 to 3 months. I have not gained weight from what I can tell. Also, I haven't had any effects with acne, if anything, my skin might be clearer? The bad side effects of this, though, is that I believe it has made me a lot more depressed and anxious. I tend to be more sensitive to things people say and cry more often. Also, beware it might get rid of your sex drive. I used to have a very high sex drive, and then when I went on Isibloom, it's like nothing arouses me and, to put it frankly, I'm never horny anymore. I may switch to an IUD, but I've heard those are even worse. For now, though, I will stick with Isibloom."

For Birth Control "Horrible little pill (Isibloom)... I have zero desire to have sex, or even kiss my partner. It is causing a major rift in our relationship. I have been irritable to the extreme and more depressed than ever before. I feel completely unmotivated, worthless, and hopeless. Breast tenderness is just a minute detail compared to the others, but another side effect worth mentioning. Any pill that cancels out your desire to live is not worth taking. Oh, and this pill is somehow linked to brown sun spots forming on my face (melasma). I'm so done with Isibloom."

For Birth Control "I’m on my second month of Isibloom birth control pills. I had bad mood swings, like I was snapping at my boyfriend, who is such an angel. I was very exhausted, I would need to take a nap every day for the first 3 weeks. Those went away after a month. One very bad side effect from the Isibloom I’m going through right now is discomfort from sex. Not only is my drive down, but I get pain sometimes when having sex. That is the number one downfall. One minor thing is that I have chapped lips that are so hard to keep moisturized. Other than those two things, everything else is good. I struggle with acne most of my 20 years, but it’s making my skin smooth! My periods are lighter. This brand affects differently for everyone, so try it to find your answer."

For Birth Control "I think this medication can work for some people, but for me, I’m fed up. I’m just another one of those youths that got yelled at by their parent to get on birth control with no support to actually get birth control. I was too embarrassed to ask my doctor, so I just went on Pill Club. What’s the harm of anti-social convenience, right? Three years later, I gained nearly 50 pounds, lost my sex drive (I’m a Scorpio… that’s like unreal.), and had anxiety attacks that’d last hours for the first time in my life (I had anxiety prior but never an actual attack…). I kept using it because I was uncertain if it was contributing, and my husband was a pharmacy tech at the time-now physical trainer-that said it was highly unlikely that the birth control was causing my concerns. Three years later, I’m over it. I’m convinced it is the culprit and want my life back. Ditching this birth control and the doctor I was uncomfortable with so I can get in better health."

For Birth Control "When I first got on the Isibloom pill, I spotted for almost two months. I had never had a problem with depression before, but after getting on the pill, I would get depressed all the time for no reason. After being on the pill for a few months, I started cramping for a couple of weeks before my period even started. I have been on the pill for over a year now, and this still happens to me. I have also had a significant decrease in appetite and experienced painful intercourse while on this pill. The only good things about this pill were that it cleared up my acne and I lost weight (probably due to the lack of eating, lol)."

For Birth Control "I took Isibloom birth control for 4 months. Took it to skip my period. It was already becoming longer and more irregular before I started taking it. Never was nauseous, acne stayed about the same. Did notice a decrease in sex drive. I stopped taking it a little over a week ago, as I had started bleeding 3 weeks before that, and it had not stopped. I bled a total of 28 days, with it only stopping a week after I stopped taking the pills."
