For Birth Control: I’ve only been using mili for about a month but my period is much longer than normal. I’m not sure if it’s from the switch to this brand or stress. I never had this problem on my other birth control but other than that have had no problems. |

For Birth Control: I've used Xulane for the last 3 years and it's been effective for me as a birth control but I get my normal period on my week off and also usually another week of the month I'm spotting, which is irritating. I've experience breast tenderness and I've had 3 patches fall off completely since I've had it and a few others that I got to re-stick, which was stressful! I'm getting the implant this week to see how it goes, especially since it's longer lasting, but if it doesn't work out I plan to use Xulane again since I really hate pills! For Birth Control: PROS: 1) patch method 2) can skip periods 3) can get in multiples (3 month supplies) 4) helps acne 5) helps level hormones 6) fully covered by insurance CONS: 1) major fatigue 2) increased cervical mucus 3) migraines 4) sore muscles 5) groggy body and head |

For Birth Control: I have taken Sprintec and Previfem for years without too many side effects. I have never had any issues with cramps or heavy painful period and haven’t experienced that with Mili or any of the other brands. The pharmacy was out of the my usual so they gave me Mili, which I have never previously taken. I haven’t experienced anything unusual except the increased anxiety. With previfem the week before I would get my period I would be slightly emotionally but that would go away as soon as I started the placebo pills. However with Mili I feel anxious more often and had a few anxiety attacks which I haven’t had in years. Some other reviews said the anxiety faded after a few months so I’m going to give it another month. If it doesn’t help I’m going call the doctor and switch.
