For Urinary Incontinence "I have been on this drug for almost 2 months. Starting at 50mg. After experiencing nausea and stomach pain, my Dr. reduced it to 25mg. In the last few days, I have become irritable and not myself. Stomach pain and nausea are still there. I'm like a cat ready to pounce. Mood swings are not common for me at all. I have a call into my doctor, but will stop the drug immediately. High cost and bad reaction. So I will continue being wet!"

For Urinary Frequency "Took 25 mg of Myrbetriq samples, then bought another month's supply of the drug. I took it for a total of 40 days. It initially helped with my urinary frequency, but then I started experiencing headaches during the afternoon and evening. I slept well for the first few days, but then the headaches became constant. They were the worst headaches I have ever felt, with intense, constant stabbing pain. I felt lethargic, lost my appetite, and only found minimal relief with ice on my head. I had several sleepless nights and then developed a fast heartbeat with pounding in my ears. I often experienced the sensation of vomit rising in my throat and became completely immobile. I stopped taking Myrbetriq on September 12th, 2019. Four days later, I am still dealing with the headache, but now it's intermittent with sudden sparks or flashes of pain in my head. Today, I managed to eat oatmeal and scrambled eggs for the first time. While I'm glad this drug has helped some people, I would recommend caution before using it."

For Urinary Incontinence "Just took my first pill yesterday at 2 in the afternoon. When I woke up the next morning, I had a headache, felt like I was going to throw up, and couldn’t eat. Slept all day, still have a headache! One pill at 50mg. I have a prolapsed bladder, and the doctor thought the med would help stop the bladder from spasming. I’m not taking another pill!! And after I spent an unholy $255 on these awful pills!!"

For Urinary Incontinence "I tried this twice. The first time, my blood pressure (I take Avapro for high BP) spiked. Another 2 months of OAB, and I decided to try it again. This time, no BP problems, but bad abdominal/stomach pain, nausea, and didn't help with the OAB. After 2 weeks of being sick, I decided OAB is better than these side effects! I also question why my doctor started me straight away on 50 mg instead of 25 mg when I am 108 pounds?"

For Urinary Frequency "I gave Myrbetriq a 2 because it did work on my overactive bladder. But the side effects were horrible. I had dizziness, fatigue, and didn’t want to get out of bed. I also had bad stomach pain and nausea. I stopped taking it after seven days and felt so much better. I started exercises to help with my overactive bladder instead of medication. I will never take this again."

For Urinary Frequency "This medication was a complete nightmare for me. At first, it even increased my frequency in needing to urinate. The side effects of this medication were unbearable for me, though, and it caused me to have to stop taking this medication even when I did start seeing slight improvement in my need to urinate after two weeks. I was being treated for migraines, and this medication brought my migraines back full force, and even my ocular migraines came back despite still being on my migraine treatment. I would experience typical headaches almost daily as well, lasting 1-3 hours and sometimes more than twice a day. I also experienced constipation, bloating, and mild to moderate upper abdominal pain. The constipation caused weight gain. Nausea as well."

For Urinary Frequency "Doc gave me samples to get started. Bad side effects: nausea, slight loss of appetite, stomach cramping, gripping, bloated, and diarrhea. Stopped it after 8 pills. No telling what would happen if I continued. Won't do it! Plus, not covered fully by insurance. After $405 deductible (tier 3 drug class), still $69 a month, which is still about $800 per year."

For Urinary Incontinence "The worst I had experienced severe headaches, serious stomach pains, nausea, memory messed up, couldn't think clear. It was so bad I went to have brain scans and an MRI on my brain. Couldn't figure out what was wrong, thought I was dying. I read these posts and matched my issues exactly, then stopped taking meds. I wasn't asking my doctor anything. As soon as the first day of not taking it, I started feeling better and felt I was starting to return to normal. Horrible, horrible drug to take."

For Urinary Incontinence "I only used Myrbetriq three times and quit because of side effects. Some dizziness the first two days, but after the third dose, I woke at 3 am feeling very dizzy and nauseous. After a few hours, the nausea went away, but the dizziness persisted and was so bad I could not get out of bed at all. This was yesterday; today I am much better and will look at other treatments."

For Urinary Frequency "I may have only taken 1 dose of this medication but cannot do the side effects. I couldn't sleep, it made my restless leg start up even though I am on great medication for my RLS. The nausea, vomiting, and awful taste in my mouth were so wrong that I refuse to take another. I was on oxybutynin, but after years of being on that, it quit working, so I was put on Myrbetriq. Do not recommend this drug."

For Urinary Frequency "This stuff is awful for me! I was taking 25 mg maybe once a week and did not figure out that it was causing my migraines. Irritability was an understatement, dry mouth to the point my tongue was cracking, anxiety is horrific. I can’t eat because I feel nauseous all the time. It has been five days since I have taken one and still am sick. I have horrible ringing in my ears, still anxiety, backache, and can’t even look at food still. I have never had side effects with any drugs in my life. This has been so bad for me. It truly is a nightmare. I still had more side effects that I did not even list. As I said, day five off and still feel like horrific! NIGHTMARE!"

For Urinary Frequency "My urologist gave me samples of 50 mg Myrbetriq for urinary frequency. Thank God for samples because this med is $500 a month where I live. I'm on blood pressure meds as well. I've been taking the Myrbetriq for a week, and for the last 2 days, I have felt horrible. When I checked my blood pressure, it was 20+ points higher than usual. I'm not gonna be taking this anymore. It did, however, help with the stress incontinence issue and feeling like I needed to go every 30 minutes."
