For Birth Control "I have been taking Isibloom for a year now. Originally starting on it because of cysts. It did get rid of my acne, no significant weight gain/loss, nor tender breasts. But the near constant nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, mood swings, and migraines are horrible. I can't do much without throwing up, even if I stand up slowly, I get dizzy. I've never had a migraine before, but I sure know what one feels like now. It's just downright horrid. I have only stayed on it as long as I have because I thought it would go away. It's been a year now and it has not."

For Birth Control "I am 19. For the beginning 3 weeks on Isibloom, I felt bad and nauseous all the time and had bad stomach pains. Then it got better. Now I’m 2 months on it, and I hardly notice anything, but I’m easily emotional. My acne is also just now getting better. My period used to be 5 days with bad cramps at the start, and now my period is about 4 days, and the first 2 days I have very painful cramps. Now I think the pill works great. I would much rather have 2 days of pain than end up pregnant right now."

For Birth Control "I started the pack on day 1 of my period. I’m still spotting days later. My mood has been bad, I have migraines, nausea, and I keep feeling overwhelmed. I’m sure it’s making my anxiety worse. I’m stopping and talking to my doctor."

For Birth Control "I could’ve waited Isibloom out to see if the side effects subsided, but honestly, they weren’t worth it. Upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea just in the first 24 hours, breast tenderness started in the first three days, enough to where driving over a little bump in the road was painful, got more acne than I’ve ever had at once immediately after starting it, and my skin is usually very clear. And then about a week in, the vertigo and vision problems started. So, needless to say, this is not the one for me."

For Birth Control "I took Isibloom birth control for 4 months. Took it to skip my period. It was already becoming longer and more irregular before I started taking it. Never was nauseous, acne stayed about the same. Did notice a decrease in sex drive. I stopped taking it a little over a week ago, as I had started bleeding 3 weeks before that, and it had not stopped. I bled a total of 28 days, with it only stopping a week after I stopped taking the pills."

For Birth Control "I was just switched to Isibloom. I'm only 2 pills in and have been experiencing the worst nausea I've had in a very long time. Going to be calling my pill provider and asking for something else for next month. Everyone is different, but this is a no for me."

For Birth Control "This is my third week on Isibloom birth control pills, and it hasn't been as bad as all the reviews I read at all. My first week, I had side effect symptoms of nausea on and off, but eating a little something would take care of it quickly. I notice I get headaches more frequently now and get irritated more quickly now, but nothing too extreme that others notice. I also had sore breasts the second week, but it stopped before the week was over. I will get one or two cramps every once in a while, but they are never consistent and never unbearable. There has been no noticeable change in weight or breast size. My libido has been normal, if not higher. And cystic acne has been clearing, which I'm very happy about because that was the point of me getting on the pill! I plan to skip my first set of placebo pills. Overall, this pill is not bad at all for me."

For Birth Control "Ugh. Got this through mail order as they discontinued Larissia. This is misery incarnate. I have gained close to 10 lbs (feels like water weight as it appears and reappears without warning). When I first started taking it, all I wanted to do was eat. I work a really physical job (landscaping) and managed it by eating like one handful of food every hour. The nausea is also intense... like morning sickness but all day. It's like early pregnancy except you're not pregnant! I am discontinuing this garbage starting tonight!"

For Birth Control "I used to take the one that came in a green box with little to no issue. Then it started coming in a pink box. Okay... this is where I had an issue. At first, 3-4 months I was not happy. Depressive episodes, nausea, mild headaches. But after those months, (now a year and a half) I'm back to normal. Regular bloating when on my period, headaches when on my period where before it was sporadic, no nausea. It does suck at first. If you're willing to wait it out however long your body takes to adjust, I recommend it."

For Birth Control "I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews here, but I've been on Isibloom for a week so far, and I don't feel any difference. I mean, I'm nauseous because of my anxiety, but that's just me every day usually, even not on the pills. But like honestly, nothing else really, LMHO, so I don't think the pills are all that bad, but for everyone, I guess it's different."

For Birth Control "I have been on Isibloom for a little over a year. In the beginning, I experienced mild side effects such as mood swings and nausea, but it eventually went away around month 3, and my period became shorter with little to no cramping. However, around month 11, I began to experience some of the worst stomach pain and nausea that I have ever had. I was unable to keep any food down, had a very low appetite, and was extremely depressed and unmotivated. As time went on, I started to have severe headaches, inability to focus, repeated UTI infections, and an increase in weight gain, along with all of my nausea and sharp stomach pains. In addition to all of these side effects, I would frequently cry for no reason, have extremely heightened anxiety, and severe changes in mood. If you want to be on a pill that makes you feel as if you’re going insane, Isibloom is for you."

For Birth Control "I have been on many different birth control medications for years, and I was recently prescribed Isibloom, which comes in pink packaging-mainly for acne, but, of course, also not trying to get pregnant anytime soon. My second day on this medication, I have had extreme nausea to the point of throwing up twice, I had a severe panic/anxiety attack to the point where I am unable to calm myself down, my boobs are super tender, and I have severe stomach pain. The fact that this is only day 2 says all I needed to know. I would rather deal with the acne and the chance of getting pregnant than suffer through these side effects. I have never experienced birth control like this. This was a one-and-done experience. I would be extremely mindful of this medication, although it affects everyone differently; I have been through a handful of different birth control medications and never experienced anything like this."

For Birth Control "Aside from my loss of appetite and extreme nausea, the only complaint I have is the fact that I am on my third month of Isibloom (taken every day promptly at 3 pm (placebo pills included)), and I am 7 weeks pregnant. Would not recommend this to anyone. Ditch pill club ASAP and see your doctor to get a birth control prescription."

For Birth Control "I joined the pill club, and this is the birth control they chose for me. I'm 23, under 5'3" and around 120 lbs. Almost every day, I had uncontrollable nausea, as someone who commutes 45 minutes to work every day, I was having to pull off the road multiple times during the month because I was dry-heaving from the nausea. Along with that, I was also experiencing a lot of pain in my stomach and abdomen. If I wasn't having stomach pain or nausea, I was having blinding headaches that made working very hard. There were some instances when I was dealing with all three at once, and it was debilitating. I didn't have an appetite, and the thought of eating just made me more nauseous. After this point, I consulted a doctor and will no longer be using this brand of birth control. While I would not recommend this birth control to anyone, each woman is different, as you can see from other reviews. I would suggest consulting a doctor before trying this birth control to see if it is the right fit for you."

For Birth Control "I have been on Reclipsen in the past and then Juleber. I was pretty fine on both of those, with just the normal mood differences. I have been taking Isibloom for about 4 months. I have had a very bad spell of digestive issues. I cannot 100% say that it was caused by Isibloom, but it started the same month. And I am nauseous every time I start the pill pack. I vomited last time I started a pack. My mood has been stable, no weight gain, no skin issues. The main issue has been digestive and no sex drive. My pharmacist is letting me go back to Reclipsen to see if there is a difference. I think it is all about your own body chemistry mixing with the inactive ingredients!"

"My RE (reproductive endocrinologist) just put me on Isibloom this week for our upcoming frozen embryo transfer. I also was prescribed this during our last IVF cycle for 2 months and had the absolute worst experience. Last time I spotted or bled the entire time and felt emotionally unstable, lol. This time I’ve noticed some nausea, moodiness, and general fatigue, but hopefully it’ll get better after this first week and the spotting and bleeding will stay away. As with everything, it will have its good and bad side effects, but seems to do its job for what we’ve needed it for."

For Birth Control "I'm 37 years old and haven't been on birth control for about 10 years. I am having extreme abdominal pain, where I can't even get out of bed. I have missed several days of work, which is ridiculous. My doctor won't change my prescription and has advised giving it another month. I don't believe I will make it another month. Before my periods come about 2 weeks early, I am having horrendous cramping. Besides that, I am nauseous every day. The only plus side is I'm not pregnant!"

For Birth Control "I originally went on Isibloom because I was having severe cramping on my previous birth control. The first week I went on Isibloom, I felt incredibly nauseous and super emotional to the point that I would be crying for no reason for hours. Additionally, this birth control killed my sex drive and made sex very uncomfortable as well. Isibloom decreased the natural amount of lubrication that would be produced, which made things very dry during sex. However, during regular times during the day, my discharge would be so much that I would have to change my underwear three times a day because it would be completely soaked and disgusting."

For Birth Control "I had sex 3 years ago with an ex, but hadn't since then. My fiancé and I were waiting until marriage. I started taking Isibloom a month before our wedding. Once I started taking it, I immediately noticed my sex drive go down. But I still have a sex drive! My periods are still the same as they were before. I also started using menstrual cups instead of tampons, and both the birth control and menstrual cup helped reduce period pains. I feel nauseous for about 15 minutes after I take it, right before bed, but don't experience any after that. I didn't gain any weight - I hope. I don't think so. I don't think bleeding for longer than a week when it isn't your period is a good thing. That shouldn't happen. That's crazy. So maybe probably yes you should go see a doctor if that is happening to you. That happened to my friend when she was on her birth control (different brand) and she was miserable. I say just try it for 3 months and see how it goes. Then ditch it or keep it."

For Birth Control "My pharmacy switched me to Isibloom unexpectedly. I immediately noticed a weird flavor with the pills. I gag every time I take it, and I haven't had a problem swallowing pills since I was a kid. I've been on birth control for years, which means I have tried a few different brands, and none of them have ever made me gag like these do. On top of that, I experienced bits of nausea in the first few days, but I think that has passed."

For Birth Control "I've been taking Isibloom on and off for four years now. I like to give my body a break every now and then. I've always had really painful periods, and this pill was magic. Minimal cramping and back pain, and I now get my period on the dot every month. For some reason, however, this last time around I started taking it again, it has caused me nausea, weight gain that I'm unable to lose, and a decreased sex drive and vaginal dryness. I'm stopping it for a bit and starting it back again later, which hopefully will work out better."

For Birth Control "I’ve been taking Isibloom for over a month now. I have constant nausea throughout the day. Anything sad makes me cry, it’s definitely affected my emotions. I’ve had one period so far, and my cycle was longer this time around. My cramps were unbearable-something I didn’t deal with before. Headaches are also a constant thing since taking this birth control. I want to give it a chance to see if my body adjusts to it, but it’s definitely been a struggle so far."

For Birth Control "I've been on Isibloom for 3 months now, and I just stopped taking it today. It made me so nauseated for weeks at a time, and I could barely keep anything down. It also makes me very dizzy for some reason. Of course, I got the usual mood swings every day and crying just because I can't find my matching sock. Obviously, it does its job of keeping the babies away, but I hate the side effects I got from it."

For Birth Control "I am only on week two of taking Isibloom, and I already would not recommend this birth control to anyone. I am nauseous from the second I wake up until I fall asleep. I can’t enjoy myself going out because all I can think about is how nauseous I am. I can hardly keep food down, do not get on this birth control!!!"

For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom 3 months ago. At first, I didn't feel any side effects, and my acne (which I've been struggling with since middle school and am now 21) totally cleared up! My skin has never looked this good. At the end of my second month, I finally got my period. I have been on my period for 26 days. The first couple weeks of my period were super light, but now they're really heavy, and sometimes the cramps are horrible. I have experienced some nausea, but nothing too major. My boobs have been super sensitive, but I'm not sure if it's the birth control or the fact that I've been on my period so long."
