For Birth Control "Well, my experience is a mixture. I've been on this BC for almost a month. Just started the green pills 3 days ago, but I haven't started my period, and I never not have my period. Anyone have this issue? I haven't missed a pill or been late taking them at all. But the first week of this BC, I was extremely moody, especially day 3. I was mean and grumpy really badly. But then the next day I was fine. I haven't had any other mood swings except I've been a little emotional lately, but I figured it was because I was about to start. My acne has gotten a little worse starting last week, but again I figured it was because I was about to start my period. Other than that, it's been great. Boosted my sex drive tremendously! :) No nausea or diarrhea. So far, I recommend this BC."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on Isibloom for three months. The first month, I was nauseous for a few days, which is normal. Otherwise, the only negative side effects I’ve had have been when I miss a pill or take a pill late. I get mild nausea and cramping. It has helped with the side effects of my hormone imbalance. My periods are no longer extremely heavy. They’re on time and getting shorter as well. I haven’t had any problems with weight fluctuations."

For Birth Control "I have been taking the Isibloom birth control. At first, I was super nervous with the pill, it always sketches me out, but I knew I had to do something with my hormones. For the first month or so, I will admit, I felt a little sick to my stomach, and it very well may be the cause of the fact that I can't stand eggs anymore. As soon as I started taking the pill, I would vomit when I eat eggs (no, I am not pregnant). I am now going on my 6th month on this pill, and it has helped in so many ways! My flow is soooooo much lighter and shorter! I still protect myself in more ways than one when it comes to being sexually active, but everything else is all around what I bought it for. Even though I have not updated my insurance, paying full price still doesn't hurt my wallet. I pay $15 every 3 months to get a 3 pack! It is automatic, so it sends me a text before they pull a payment and send me shipping updates."

For Birth Control "I've been on this birth control for over a month now. I had nausea, vomiting, spotting/bleeding, and VERY SEVERE CRAMPING!!!! Cramping like I've never felt before. I got on this birth control to reduce bad periods and cramping, and it seems to have made me feel worse! I'm trying to stay on it, but the way these cramps are hurting me, I'm thinking of quitting it and trying another brand. I've never known of a birth control with these extreme side effects!!! This is miserable!!!!"

For Birth Control "I switched to this from Sprintec, hoping that it would be better in terms of helping my sex drive because I have absolutely none, but this made it even worse. It made me not even want to be touched, hugged, or kissed by my husband. It is ruining my marriage, and I am going to switch to something else ASAP. I’ve taken it for 3 months, and it’s been awful every single day. I feel like I’m going crazy. It has given me severe nausea and headaches EVERY SINGLE DAY, no joke, no exaggeration. I have not been able to get rid of the headache since I started it. I have been taking ibuprofen, Tylenol, and Excedrin like it’s all M&Ms or something. I am miserable. It has made my anxiety and depression 10x worse than what it was. I was doing really well before starting this, and now I feel like I’ve taken 100 steps back and have to repeat the process all over again. It has given me extreme insomnia. I haven’t slept more than 5 hours each night since taking this. Do not recommend."

For Birth Control "I got Isibloom through the Pill Club. It is Day 5. The first day, I took it at night just to avoid nausea, but in the morning, I felt nauseous just a tad bit. It did decrease my appetite, which is fine, but I do take my daily multivitamin gummies every day in the morning. I've only gotten Isibloom to regulate my period. So far, no cramps and no headaches. No tender breasts. I feel pretty normal."

"I’ve never taken birth control pills before, but started Isibloom as a precursor to undergoing IVF. I’ve rarely felt nausea in my life, however, the daily nausea has been nearly unbearable since starting Isibloom. I wouldn’t mind a loss of appetite, but this is due to near-constant nausea, and it’s been awful. I can’t wait to finish it."

For Birth Control "From my personal experience after being on the pill for about 4 months, it has greatly improved my periods. I took it for the consistency and for pain management, which is much better. My acne overall has improved. The only side effect is some nausea during the first week of starting the pill."

For Birth Control "Got prescribed Isibloom through the pill club, like most reviewers here. I saw a lot of negative reviews for it and was pretty freaked out, but it turns out I was worrying for nothing. I'm prone to nausea and mood swings already, so I was concerned those side effects would hit me hard, but they didn't at all. I feel pretty much the exact same as I did before starting this pill! The only thing that's changed is that my periods are lasting slightly longer now, though it's worth noting that I had abnormally short periods to begin with (used to be 2-3 days, now it's more like 5-6. Sucks, but not really worth complaining about too much)."

For Birth Control "I was switched to Isibloom after 3 months of taking Cyred EQ. The first week seemed to be fine, but then I started having major cramps and nausea. Next came the bleeding. It's been two weeks of nonstop spotting even though I'm on the active pills. Would not recommend."

For Birth Control "Received Isibloom from The Pill Club and have been taking it for a week now. I haven’t experienced any side effects so far. I suggest taking the pill with a snack at night to offset the nausea that some people experience. But so far, so good. :)"

"I was put on this birth control for my IVF process. I have been on it for a week, and I am not a fan! I have felt nauseous, have had headaches, and heart palpitations. I am hoping I can deal with this for a few weeks for my fertility, then get off of it."

For Birth Control "I started with Cyred (which I really loved aside from literally one day’s worth of nausea), but was randomly swapped to Isibloom and I didn’t think anything of it being that both pills have the same amount of hormones in them. However, within the first day of taking it (this is now day 10) I’ve been having severe cramps that make doing literally anything miserable, my face is breaking out, and I haven’t quit spotting. All things that didn’t happen with Cyred, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend Isibloom! Trying to get off this as soon as I can! :("

For Birth Control "Worst experience on a birth control. I have given it a very fair chance, was on it for 2 months, had some headaches not severe enough for me to stop since the pill made my period so short. And I honestly didn't want to go through the effort of making the change. The placebo week of my 2nd month has been HORRIBLE. I’ve had a daily headache for 5 days and feeling nauseous, dizzy (almost as if I’m drunk) and as if I’m about to faint. I was advised not to continue the pill and see a doctor. I have an appointment coming up, but honestly, this is the worst. Meds don’t even relieve these side effects."

For Birth Control "I’m a month and 2 weeks into using this birth control. Take it the same time every day, never missed, and I skip the “fake” pills and go to a new pack. While I didn’t get pregnant on this birth control, I’ve been bleeding HEAVILY (think large pads every half hour) with VERY BAD cramps and large clots in my flow for 15 days. I was advised to stop taking the pill yesterday once my doctor realized it wasn’t just “spotting.” I didn’t experience any crazy mood swings or anything of that sort, a little worn out, but it’s also 115 outside! I did throw up a few times from the cramp pain, but that’s the cramp life! Got on this to avoid pregnancy with my partner, and I can’t even imagine having sex with the cramps I’m having. I can’t even use a tampon without the cramps getting worse. Hopefully going off of these will fix my problem. Everyone is different, hoping others have a better outcome!"

For Birth Control "I literally hate being on this Isibloom pill!! I’ve taken it 4 times for IVF, and each time I have different symptoms. The first time was nausea, migraines, and mood swings. The second time I was so angry all the time, my blood was boiling. The third time I have stomach pain and diarrhea. Lastly, now I’m having nausea and abdominal cramps. I never want to take this pill again. I have a couple more weeks until I can stop."

For Birth Control "I'm loving Isibloom! I was nervous because this is my first time on hormonal birth control, but so far I've had no bad experiences. I've been on the pill for two months now. During the first week, I did feel nauseous, but that has seemed to subside. I haven't experienced any weight gain; in fact, I've lost a little weight because I haven't had as much of an appetite. My skin is about the same as it was before the pill, but it might improve more the longer I'm on the pill. I have no problems with bleeding or cramping anymore."

For Birth Control "I've been on Isibloom birth control for almost a month now. The first three days on Isibloom were terrible. I was constantly nauseous and didn't feel good at all. Now I'm 3 weeks in, and I have no complaints. I haven't had any symptoms other than occasional cramping on a pain level of 3. I have realized that my mood swings are bad, and since starting birth control, I get emotional A LOT. I did recently have intercourse, and I'm terrified I might end up pregnant even if I have been consistent with taking birth control. I have been feeling weird since having sex, my nausea came back, severe backache, and loss of appetite."

For Birth Control "In the first month on Isibloom, I had extreme nausea at night (no sleep), libido completely disappeared. Second month, I started feeling abdominal pain and bloating. Had to virtually stop exercising, pain in bladder, ovaries, difficulty urinating. Felt depressed and very fatigued. Given the side effects so extreme, I wonder if there’s a better solution."

For Birth Control "I started the pill club subscription in the middle of 2019, and they prescribed me Isibloom. They were in the green packaging, and let me just say, if you are struggling or have struggled in the past with mental health/self-doubt, I would not take this pill. It made me super unmotivated, and I sat inside for days at a time, was self-conscious about my body (it caused me to gain 15+ lbs in the first 3 months), and altogether avoided social situations; not to mention nausea, fatigue, tender breasts, and irregular discharge. But after about 4-5 months, most of those side effects went away, except I have noticed it is harder for me to lose weight or gain muscle mass since being on the pill. I’m still currently on it, even though it’s the pink packaging now, and I’d say it has 100% shortened and lightened my period, and I have no other issues with it."

For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom almost two weeks ago. I have been feeling really nauseous in the mornings. I started taking the pill in the morning with food to avoid this. However, it is when I wake up that I feel nauseous. From the reviews I am reading, hopefully, the nausea is just temporary."

For Birth Control "I first started taking the pill 3 weeks ago. I’ve had nothing but constant nausea, dizziness, my stomach burns, headaches, where I feel like I’m having the symptoms of pregnancy. I don’t know how much longer I can last. I think I’m going to opt out and call my OB and get an IUD or my tubes clamped. There’s no sense of feeling like rubbish every day."

For Birth Control "I’m 24, I’ve been using Isibloom for two months. The first week for both months has been nothing but nausea. I read this was a common side effect and to eat along with taking the pill to reduce it, and it has significantly made a difference. I still get cramps, but not as bad. I will be starting a new pack instead of taking my placebos and see if maybe that will reduce the first week's nausea (consult your doctor first). Overall, it’s a good pill. It’s reduced my cramps and my acne, although I still get both occasionally (usually the week I take my placebos/start my period)."

For Birth Control "I had started this pill only 4 days ago, and ever since then I have been in bed due to severe nausea! I feel like I have a stomach bug. I know starting a new pill can cause that, but NOT this bad! I am going to stop taking this pill and hopefully I start feeling better soon! ):"

For Birth Control "I have been on this birth control for about 2 weeks. It was substituted at the pharmacy for my normal Apri. I figured it would probably be similar and be just fine. Not at all. I called off work this week because the nausea and diarrhea were so intense I thought I had a stomach bug. I have GI discomfort 24/7, it literally feels like someone is wringing out my intestines with all the cramping. My acne has flared up pretty badly, and I generally feel achy, weak, and sick all the time. Going to discontinue this ASAP. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had on birth control."
