For Birth Control "I've been on the Isibloom pill for 4 months now. I've experienced swollen breasts, low libido, pain during intercourse, I'm hungry more often, especially when going to bed. So I wake up starving, but no weight gain so far and no more cystic acne. I don't get my period, but I do have cramps/bloating sometimes."

For Birth Control "I have been on this birth control for about 2 weeks. It was substituted at the pharmacy for my normal Apri. I figured it would probably be similar and be just fine. Not at all. I called off work this week because the nausea and diarrhea were so intense I thought I had a stomach bug. I have GI discomfort 24/7, it literally feels like someone is wringing out my intestines with all the cramping. My acne has flared up pretty badly, and I generally feel achy, weak, and sick all the time. Going to discontinue this ASAP. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had on birth control."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on Isibloom for three months. The first month, I was nauseous for a few days, which is normal. Otherwise, the only negative side effects I’ve had have been when I miss a pill or take a pill late. I get mild nausea and cramping. It has helped with the side effects of my hormone imbalance. My periods are no longer extremely heavy. They’re on time and getting shorter as well. I haven’t had any problems with weight fluctuations."

For Birth Control "I've been on this birth control for over a month now. I had nausea, vomiting, spotting/bleeding, and VERY SEVERE CRAMPING!!!! Cramping like I've never felt before. I got on this birth control to reduce bad periods and cramping, and it seems to have made me feel worse! I'm trying to stay on it, but the way these cramps are hurting me, I'm thinking of quitting it and trying another brand. I've never known of a birth control with these extreme side effects!!! This is miserable!!!!"

For Birth Control "I really liked Isibloom in the beginning, and it helped make my body more feminine and less a fridge, but each month my period was worse and worse. The cramps, the back pain, the irritability. I literally don't know who I was when I was on my period, but she wasn't me (she was awful). My gyno took me off since my cycle got longer each month."

For Birth Control "I was switched to Isibloom after 3 months of taking Cyred EQ. The first week seemed to be fine, but then I started having major cramps and nausea. Next came the bleeding. It's been two weeks of nonstop spotting even though I'm on the active pills. Would not recommend."

For Birth Control "I started with Cyred (which I really loved aside from literally one day’s worth of nausea), but was randomly swapped to Isibloom and I didn’t think anything of it being that both pills have the same amount of hormones in them. However, within the first day of taking it (this is now day 10) I’ve been having severe cramps that make doing literally anything miserable, my face is breaking out, and I haven’t quit spotting. All things that didn’t happen with Cyred, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend Isibloom! Trying to get off this as soon as I can! :("

For Birth Control "The most god-awful thing I have been on! It made my period come early, made the cramps way worse, PMS awful, and now my period won’t stop! I’m seriously debating contacting a lawyer to get this demon drug off the market! Do not take it!!"

For Birth Control "I’m a month and 2 weeks into using this birth control. Take it the same time every day, never missed, and I skip the “fake” pills and go to a new pack. While I didn’t get pregnant on this birth control, I’ve been bleeding HEAVILY (think large pads every half hour) with VERY BAD cramps and large clots in my flow for 15 days. I was advised to stop taking the pill yesterday once my doctor realized it wasn’t just “spotting.” I didn’t experience any crazy mood swings or anything of that sort, a little worn out, but it’s also 115 outside! I did throw up a few times from the cramp pain, but that’s the cramp life! Got on this to avoid pregnancy with my partner, and I can’t even imagine having sex with the cramps I’m having. I can’t even use a tampon without the cramps getting worse. Hopefully going off of these will fix my problem. Everyone is different, hoping others have a better outcome!"

For Birth Control "I started taking Isibloom to help with my PCOS. Before birth control, I had horrible, uncontrollable acne and bled randomly 3 out of 4 weeks a month. Note: In addition to birth control, I started working out 3-4 times a week, engaged in a healthier diet, and drastically reduced my caffeine intake. Month 1: still irregular bleeding; continuation of PCOS symptoms. Month 2: bled for 3 weeks heavily, extreme back pain, cramps, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, insomnia. Month 3: my first normal month in YEARS! 3 weeks period free. Mild back pain, cramping, sleeplessness. Month 4: irregular bleeding again, repeat of Month 2. Month 5: COMPLETELY NORMAL! No cramps, zero breakthrough bleeding. SKIN SO CLEAR! Drastically improving my quality of life. Highly recommend, just stick with it and make sure you make other life changes to your exercise and diet."

For Birth Control "I literally hate being on this Isibloom pill!! I’ve taken it 4 times for IVF, and each time I have different symptoms. The first time was nausea, migraines, and mood swings. The second time I was so angry all the time, my blood was boiling. The third time I have stomach pain and diarrhea. Lastly, now I’m having nausea and abdominal cramps. I never want to take this pill again. I have a couple more weeks until I can stop."

For Birth Control "I've been on Isibloom birth control for almost a month now. The first three days on Isibloom were terrible. I was constantly nauseous and didn't feel good at all. Now I'm 3 weeks in, and I have no complaints. I haven't had any symptoms other than occasional cramping on a pain level of 3. I have realized that my mood swings are bad, and since starting birth control, I get emotional A LOT. I did recently have intercourse, and I'm terrified I might end up pregnant even if I have been consistent with taking birth control. I have been feeling weird since having sex, my nausea came back, severe backache, and loss of appetite."

For Birth Control "This medication is terrible! I realize it’s different for everyone, however, I have been on birth control in the past (I used to take Yaz and did well on it). I’ve been off for 6 years and just started Isibloom as my first step before IVF. Birth control is typically prescribed to suppress your natural cycle prior to starting the ovulation stimulation medication. I’m only on day 3 of the pack, and I’ve had terrible headaches/migraines/head pressure, facial/jaw pain/facial joint pain, breakthrough bleeding/cramping. I had to stop taking this and wait for my next cycle for IVF because it was so uncomfortable."

For Birth Control "I’ve been on Isibloom for 2 months now. The first month, I had extreme mood swings and depression, loss of appetite, weakness, and dizziness. Slight spotting began, which continued into heavier spotting with large blood clots and the most painful cramps I have ever experienced. It stopped for a week after my period, then started up again. I got on this birth control for my cramps, and now they’re only worse. Definitely would not recommend unless you like being curled up in a ball all month long."

For Birth Control "When I first got on the Isibloom pill, I spotted for almost two months. I had never had a problem with depression before, but after getting on the pill, I would get depressed all the time for no reason. After being on the pill for a few months, I started cramping for a couple of weeks before my period even started. I have been on the pill for over a year now, and this still happens to me. I have also had a significant decrease in appetite and experienced painful intercourse while on this pill. The only good things about this pill were that it cleared up my acne and I lost weight (probably due to the lack of eating, lol)."

For Birth Control "I just got my first period on this pill, so yes, it does protect against pregnancy quite well. I started taking this in the middle of my cycle, so my period was very late (40 days). While I am not pregnant, I am having a very painful period, which is a reason I started taking the pill. In addition to severe cramps, I’ve been sweating and lightheaded to the point where I almost passed out. A lot of the previous symptoms I’ve had on this pill have gone away or lessened, but so far it has not done anything to help with my painful periods."

For Birth Control "After 14 months of being on Isibloom, I had to switch, cause of breakthrough bleeding and horrible cramps while I was on it. I know everybody is different when they're on Isibloom, but for me, it wasn’t working like it needed to."

For Birth Control "I’m 24, I’ve been using Isibloom for two months. The first week for both months has been nothing but nausea. I read this was a common side effect and to eat along with taking the pill to reduce it, and it has significantly made a difference. I still get cramps, but not as bad. I will be starting a new pack instead of taking my placebos and see if maybe that will reduce the first week's nausea (consult your doctor first). Overall, it’s a good pill. It’s reduced my cramps and my acne, although I still get both occasionally (usually the week I take my placebos/start my period)."

For Birth Control "Now, I have only been taking this for 3 days, so keep in mind that I will try to update this when I've been on it longer. I have previously been on the shot and hated it, so I wasn't using any form of birth control for years until just now. I started the first pack on my first day of my period 3 days ago, and ever since I started it, I have had the worst cramping I've ever felt, barely bleeding but in a horrendous amount of pain. I've had 8 miscarriages and an ectopic that resulted in internal bleeding, and I had to have surgery, and none of that compares to the cramps I am having. I am also extremely tired, I'm talking can't even keep my eyes open at 10 am at work. So far, I absolutely hate this birth control, but I'm hoping the longer I'm on it, the better it will be. I'll be back next month to update!"

For Birth Control "I am 19. For the beginning 3 weeks on Isibloom, I felt bad and nauseous all the time and had bad stomach pains. Then it got better. Now I’m 2 months on it, and I hardly notice anything, but I’m easily emotional. My acne is also just now getting better. My period used to be 5 days with bad cramps at the start, and now my period is about 4 days, and the first 2 days I have very painful cramps. Now I think the pill works great. I would much rather have 2 days of pain than end up pregnant right now."

For Birth Control "I tried the Depo-Provera shot and ended up bleeding heavily for six months and needed iron supplements. It took another six months after stopping it for my period to regulate, so naturally, I was really skeptical about starting a new birth control. I’ve only been on Isibloom birth control for about two weeks, and the only negative I have is the cramping. But I haven’t bled, and my skin cleared up pretty noticeably. I’m a fan."

For Birth Control "Cramping, spotting, headaches, slight sinus pain, severe paranoia and anxiety, and awful mood swings. I've only been on Isibloom for 2 weeks but can tell the changes. I'll stick it out, but if it doesn't get better by the time this month is up, I'm contacting my doctor to change my meds."

For Birth Control "This is my third week on Isibloom birth control pills, and it hasn't been as bad as all the reviews I read at all. My first week, I had side effect symptoms of nausea on and off, but eating a little something would take care of it quickly. I notice I get headaches more frequently now and get irritated more quickly now, but nothing too extreme that others notice. I also had sore breasts the second week, but it stopped before the week was over. I will get one or two cramps every once in a while, but they are never consistent and never unbearable. There has been no noticeable change in weight or breast size. My libido has been normal, if not higher. And cystic acne has been clearing, which I'm very happy about because that was the point of me getting on the pill! I plan to skip my first set of placebo pills. Overall, this pill is not bad at all for me."
