"Outstanding medication for treating POTS, helped eliminate my hypertension associated with POTS and greatly reduced nausea, headaches, and chest pain. Can’t say enough good things about this medication."

"This drug is spendy, and if you lose one patch or it falls off... good luck getting insurance to cover! It is outrageous. I was on it for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. Side effects are awful and mix with antidepressants or anxiety sleep meds. I've been having awful withdrawals for months and vomiting and retching for 7 weeks. Do not use this patch!"

"Very useful for helping to level out the surges of adrenaline associated with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Helps insomnia brought on by POTS, in addition. Love it!"

"I have dysautonomia and the ‘hyper’ POTS. Taking this clonidine for insomnia, night sweats, and tachycardia at night. I still wake up a couple of times a night to urinate, however: 1. Within an hour of taking, I’m ready to sleep. 2. I’m not drenched in sweat. 3. I can get back to sleep. I went from 2-3 hours of sleep to 6/7. Huge difference."
