Clobetasol topical for Psoriasis "AMAZING! Within 4 days, I could see a difference in my skin. The plaques were starting to fade, the redness and itchiness GONE! It has been exactly one week since I started using the spray, and I no longer have psoriasis."

For Psoriasis "Clobetasol solution works best when I put it in a spray bottle and spray my areas and rub it in. I have plaque, so it takes a week on a daily basis. Yes, it does contain steroids, and steroids are good for you to heal. I'm not hitting 60 home runs a year, but alongside Stellara, I'm clear, and that's all that matters."

Clobetasol topical for Psoriasis "I used Clobex spray this summer for 4 weeks in June 2017. This gave me almost immediate clear skin on my elbows. This lasted until September (long sleeve season). Thanks, Clobex, I plan on using this every summer to give me clear skin during short sleeve weather. Hopefully, someday they find a permanent cure for this disease!"

For Eczema "After being on a journey for what felt like forever, of trying to calm my severe eczema, I was given this cream. The cream was awful. I was literally starting to think that I was just going to have to live the rest of my life with this extreme itch/burn/tingling/pain. I tried everything down to a bleach bath (which, surprisingly, works the best out of anything that I have tried), and went to 20+ doctors and therapists and holistic centers... etc. So, I was prescribed this, clobetasol propionate, picked it up from the pharmacy, went home, and applied it to my hands. About 10 minutes later, I was in the fetal position on the floor, wanting so badly to cry and scream, but the pain had me paralyzed. My skin has felt like water... slick and thin, ever since. Now, even water touching me makes my skin throb. I’m sure this isn’t a reaction that happens to many people, or at least I hope. I have decided to try to learn to cope and adjust to a new life of just being in eczema pain."

Clobetasol topical for Dermatitis "Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis: I was prescribed Clobex lotion for my condition that arises occasionally and causes itching and burning, mostly on my arms. Whenever I get a flare-up, I apply Clobex and get immediate relief."

For Dermatitis "I had contact dermatitis from a makeup product that caused me to break out in dry, flaky red rash spots all over my face. I was prescribed clobetasol. I put it on this evening, and after about 6 hours of wearing this cream on my face, about 85% of the redness is gone, the texture of my skin went from irritated, tight, dry, and flaking to smooth, calm, and even-toned! This stuff is a miracle!"

Clobetasol topical for Psoriasis "This medication calmed down the inflammation in psoriasis. I was so pleased with the results. After about two weeks of twice-daily use, my skin appeared to be getting back to normal; however, I will be starting on Stelara because Humira was ineffective. I can see that all the psoriasis medications are individualized to each person."

Clobetasol topical for Dermatitis "I have used both Temovate and the generic clobetasol for the treatment of poison ivy. Both were equally effective. Over-the-counter meds-ointments such as Caladryl and cortisone did nothing to relieve the itching and misery, however, as soon as applying Temovate or clobetasol to the affected areas, the itching was relieved and greatly reduced almost immediately. Within a day, the blisters were dried up, and within 2 days, everything cleared up. This is my experience with these topical steroids over the past 30 years. Nothing else has ever worked, and I tried everything including over-the-counter ointments, lotions, and Aveeno baths."

Clobetasol topical for Atopic Dermatitis "I was prescribed Olux-E for psoriasis of the scalp. I made an appointment with a dermatologist because I was embarrassed by the flakes and condition of my scalp. Symptoms were cut in half after two days of use and gone in four. I can wear black again! It still itches a bit, but the flakes are gone. Couldn't be happier. It is a topical steroid, so I'm going to stop using and keep some on hand for the occasional flare-up. So impressed. THANK YOU!"

Clobetasol topical for Psoriasis "I love this stuff... I actually use a different medication for my body called Stelara, and I love that product as well. But this is a good backup for special occasions when I want to let my hair down! I spray several days before the event, and I am almost clear. I spray before bed and sleep with it in my hair, and then around noonish I wash my hair! Also, don't wear nail polish while applying, it will be like nail polish remover. Great product."

For Dermatitis "I have localized scleroderma - Morphea. I have patches all over my back, very painful, swollen, itchy, looks red-purpleish, can't stand anything touching my skin. My doctor prescribed clobetasol 2x a day. He said that the patches on my back were so swollen that I would not notice any changes for at least a month. Well, I've only used clobetasol for 2 weeks and I can see a big difference, my skin doesn't hurt, itch, it's not swollen, it does not look irritated, it even looks healthy!"

For Lichen Planus "I've been diagnosed with this Lichen Planus for the last two years. The topical cream clobetasol helped for the first 3-6 months, making it go away. It seemed the summer weather or hot areas triggers it, so it came back. It's awful to have this and not be able to find the cure... I still use clobetasol, but it does not help much!"

For Lichen Sclerosus "My obstetrician/gynecologist cured the vaginal lichen sclerosus by surgically using extra skin. Still, I have to use the ointment 2x a week on the anal skin to keep the area from pain, itching, and bleeding. On other days, since it is not recommended to use too often, I use raw shea butter, with emphasis on 'raw.'"

Clobetasol topical for Psoriasis "I've had severe psoriasis since infancy. I have it on the back of my scalp, the nape of my neck, outside each ear, and inside one ear. I've tried every cream and shampoo, nothing worked. At 15, my doctor came across samples. It hurt, it burned, but it worked. The doctor had to push it through Medicaid. They approved it for me and at no charge. It doesn't leave my scalp greasy. I used it off and on as symptoms flared. It removed it from outside my ears and dramatically reduced it on my scalp and inside my ear. It starts showing results within one week. It took three weeks for it to disappear off the front of my ears. I was young and didn't continue to use it. If I had used it right (I always hated the burn), I believe it would have completely removed it from all areas. Once I turned 18, I didn't have Medicaid and wasn't able to afford insurance or the medication (very costly). I am 29 years old, and it has never returned on the outside of my ears. I do still have it inside my ear and on my scalp. I have lived with it since. Please recommend this medication to your doctor if you can afford it. You won't regret it. Best I've ever used."

For Dermatitis "Got this prescribed for eczematous dermatitis, and after an hour of application, I started feeling very dizzy, drunk-like dizziness, room was spinning. I felt like that the whole night. In the morning, I applied again and felt a little better but still lightheaded. Felt heartbeat increase and took my blood pressure, and it was pretty high, and I'm a 31-year-old healthy slim woman. I started looking for side effects and found that the drug can cause new or worsening blood pressure, also dizziness and fainting. Stopped using it after 3 days and feel a lot better. For those 3 days, my skin did not improve a lot."

Clobetasol topical for Psoriasis "Olux has been the only topical medication I've used that has been able to control the psoriasis on my scalp. Over the past few years, my condition has significantly worsened. However, since beginning to use Derma-Smoothe and Olux, I have been able to maintain a very healthy scalp. The Derma-Smoothe is fantastic for removing the initial buildup from psoriasis, while the Olux is great for preventing its return. I only have to use Olux about once every 2 weeks, or at the first sign of any symptoms. The only downside is the high cost (since we have a high insurance deductible). However, I personally find it to be worth the money."

For Seborrheic Dermatitis "This is the only (and I mean ONLY) formula that will work for my seborrheic dermatitis. I have tried nearly every shampoo and formula for seborrheic dermatitis/psoriasis, and nothing clears it up like this! And it’s almost instant! I am so, so thankful my dermatologist recommended it. No more embarrassing flakes and stubborn itch."

For Psoriasis "The cream version is very effective. Used it for 5 days, as recommended, twice a day and all my itching bumpy skin on my hands stopped. Don't use it for longer, as it will thin the skin and cause stretch marks. Side effects differ individually, so use it with care and stop it whenever symptoms are calmed down, or continue using any moisturizing cream thereafter. Give long gaps or use it again when symptoms appear... Remember, this has a direct effect on your adrenal glands, so use with extreme care and wash hands thoroughly afterwards..."

For Psoriasis "I have had scalp psoriasis for 3 years but was only diagnosed a month ago. I tried self-help treatments prior to being diagnosed with no success. My doctor prescribed Clobetasol shampoo, which I was reluctant to purchase due to the extreme cost for a 2-week supply; however, I did purchase the product because my condition was worsening. I thought at this price for 4 ounces, it has to be good. I used the shampoo according to my doctor's directions, once a day for 2 weeks. My plan was, if my condition slightly improved, I would purchase another bottle to use for an additional 2 weeks, 4 weeks being the maximum amount of time to use the product. Unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing to improve my scalp condition. I will seek the advice of a dermatologist, and in the meantime, I will begin using Nizoral shampoo to see if it might have a positive effect. I did not know until reading the reviews published here that this is an incurable condition."

For Psoriasis "I've had psoriasis since I was 9. It has gotten worse and worse over the years, and I've used clobetasol since the start. I'm 18 now, I've always thought my veins popping out was a normal thing, but I'm starting to think maybe my skin is thin. Clobetasol is the only medication that's ever worked. I've tried so many things, it'd take me forever to name them all."

For Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma "I've used Clobex on my rash areas for years now. Although it doesn't totally clear up my entire body, it keeps the disease at bay. If I really have a bad outbreak, I go in for light treatments to clear my skin. After that, I use the Clobex to keep the small areas as clear as I can. The medicine is expensive, and medical insurance, nor Medicare, will pay for it. Look for coupon deals to reduce the cost."

For Dermatitis "Summer of 2016, I got burnt to a crisp. Decided not to wear sunscreen. Dumb idea. After the burning and peeling of my skin came the 'hell's itch.' I wanted to RIP MY SKIN OFF. People USE SUNSCREEN. If you decide not to wear sunscreen, be prepared. If you want a quick solution when the itch arrives, CALL A DERMATOLOGIST OFFICE. Make sure they accept your insurance, and BEG to be seen. I was prescribed clobetasol propionate solution, told to use Sarna anti-itch lotion in between clobetasol usage, also take an over-the-counter pill of Zyrtec once a day, and was also prescribed hydroxyzine to help me sleep. And to wear COTTON clothes all the time. Took all that medicine due to the complexion of my skin. BEST DECISION EVER."

For Psoriasis "I used it for 3 weeks, and then my Dr. instructed me to stop using it for a week, and by the next week, my condition completely flared up again. I know this medication works extremely well at treating the condition and preventing it from additional flare-ups. I have plantar psoriasis on the balls of both feet. It starts out with bumps under the skin, and in 2-4 days, they become big, water-filled blisters that are the size of a dime, most of them are the size of a quarter, and the largest one I had was bigger than a half dollar. They were 75 percent healed when I had to stop using it for a week, and on day 5, I felt more bumps under the skin. Sure enough, I have 5 more on the ball of the same foot in the same area. Good grief. It's very painful."
