"Had a fall accident followed by a severe auto accident and neck surgery. Nothing controlled the pain till I found this medication. This medication controlled the pain very well for well over 20 years. Prior to this medication, I had no life but suffering and going from pain doctor to pain doctor who were all incompetent as far as controlling the pain and too dumb to listen to you. Had a period when it became unavailable due to manufacturer mismanagement and supply stoppage. Went straight back to agonizing uncontrolled pain for most of a year with other ineffective medications. Further, this medication is totally safe, and there are no side effects of any kind. The biggest problem is finding a doctor smart enough to prescribe it. Despite it being milder, far less addictive, having no major withdrawal symptoms, and working far better on chronic pain, doctors aren't smart enough to prescribe it, or they fixate on asinine rationing instead of proper dosage and pain control. It really is a miracle drug."

"I've been a chronic pain patient since I was 10. We have been trying the Belbuca of this med genre. I am on the starter dose of 75 mg. The first 3 days were rough, but we cut the morning dose in half to help with side effects. The pain relief does great, except it does nothing for inflamed spinal pain. That's its major drawback. My lower back will get so hot, making me nauseous immediately. If you already get migraines, this medication will make it worse tenfold. The light sensitivity and head pressure are so debilitating. Now, it assists greatly with nerve and body pain. I haven't even been on it a full 4 weeks and I'm conflicted. The pain is gone, but the hot flashes and side effects make it not worth it."

"Did the sublingual buprenorphine for pain. Didn't think much then the pain in my back felt better, along with my shoulders, arms, and hands. Started nose itching after a few hours, here I am, 13 hours later, and it's still working."
