"I've been on ADHD medication for a very long time. My body had built a pretty strong tolerance to stimulants. I combine normally IR Adderall, Vyvanse, and XR Adderall, and now I combine Zenzedi (great, btw), IR Adderall, and this medication, and the only thing I noticed is no increase in focus at all, but some weird increase in insomnia, which is unusual because it's not like an anxiety insomnia, but a strange almost increased ADHD insomnia I had growing up. Normally, after taking my ADHD medications, I can sleep without issue, but this one causes me to just stay awake without jitters, focus, anxiety, or anything. I don't care for it."

"I was prescribed this after my pharmacy was out of Adderall. Well, I felt so spaced out and just stuck. I literally couldn’t get one thing done. Couldn’t even hold a conversation! After a couple of hours, the feeling subsided, but because it was an extended release, a few hours later I felt the same. Only took it for about seven days. I have a pretty busy job, so there was no way I could remain in that state of mind. Awful. Waiting for the next appointment for a different prescription. Hopefully back to Adderall."

"I've had ADHD since childhood. When I got to high school, it became unmanageable. I went on a low dose of Adderall. When I turned 18, I stopped going to the doctor. When I started working, my ADHD disrupted my work, so I went to a psychiatrist and was prescribed Adzenys. Another reviewer described it as an 'otherworldly feeling,' which sounds about right. After about 6 months on the medication, I fell into a psychotic episode. I was taken off Adzenys. The psychosis subsided after a couple of days. It was determined that the psychosis was a side effect of Adzenys and not a symptom of a mental health condition. Now I'm not allowed to take any amphetamine medications (besides Strattera, which doesn't work). Adderall worked for me for years with no side effects, but it just so happened that my new psychiatrist prescribed Adzenys as ADHD medicine for all patients. This medication ruined my treatment of ADHD for life and has given me a poor prognosis for the future."

"Okay, so I started taking this medicine after switching around meds since I was about 7, but this medicine is by far the worst. When I forget to take it in the morning, I suffer and have terrible tiredness. I have no energy. It’s especially bad since I’m a lifeguard and have to be alert. I wouldn’t recommend taking it. You could go to bed at regular hours and still wake up with no energy at all. Don’t get it twisted, the medicine was great at first, but as time has progressed, I notice more and more side effects. The most prominent one is having a lack of energy during the day."

"I was 28 when diagnosed with ADHD, and I was started on 20 mg Adderall 2x daily. It worked okay, but it was lacking. I then, at my next follow-up, was prescribed 30 mg XR Adderall. She told me if I started to crash, take one of my 20 mg IR. The 30 mg XR once a day, and it worked way better! Well, due to a neck injury that happened when I was 19, and 3 levels of artificial discs. She told me that my prescription 'credit score' was on the high side. Of course, I was open to try the Adzenys. Okay, the pharmacy was 45 minutes away, and of course, they only had the exact amount I needed. So, I start this new medication in hopes of becoming refocused, less irritated. You know, all the things that come about when you’re unmedicated. I’ve been on this medication for at least a week. However, I don’t take it on the weekend. Since Monday, I’ve noticed I don’t feel as if it works during the day, but I have experienced the worst insomnia."

"CAUTION!!! THIS DRUG IS DANGEROUS!!! The cons outweigh the pros. I took this drug to treat my ADHD. It did make me focus more, and that's the only positive thing I could say. Other than the physical side effects like gum bleeding, hair falling out, cold sweats, and insomnia. The emotional side effects included loss of personality, made me feel more psychotic. STAY AWAY FROM ADZENYS."

"Been on Adzenys since September 2016. Works great. I have been more focused at work and in other less stimulating situations. No side effects. The flavor is good for an ODT. Easy to take and remember."

"It was a lifesaver at first, but with the new box I'm taking, suddenly, I don't sleep and my leg muscles are always sore. Could this be a bad batch? Did the formula change? I'm definitely scared."

"Took this for 6 months and was not a fan. Did not last long (took at 8 am and barely lasted to noon). I gained weight while taking it, the taste was terrible, and I swear my depression was worse."
