For Chronic Pain "CAUTION: pills 10/325 by CAMBER. Side effects have sent me to my doctors and ER. These pills caused burning of the lining of my mouth and throat, etc. The first pill taken had a very bad chemical smell and a chemical taste. It started to dissolve in my mouth right away, it got stuck in my throat. I have a paralyzed vocal cord. I felt it burning away and the god-awful taste. My other side effects of this pill have left me with nausea, massive headaches, etc. My throat is still swollen and I could not eat. The burning in my mouth and throat is still there and my stomach is still sick. I had to stop taking this pill. At first, I thought I also had the flu and got so constipated. So far, all medical tests taken to show strep throat, etc., show nothing. The doctor and ER say there is a burned look to my mouth and throat with redness. I still taste and smell that pill. I have had to go without my pain meds. I have filed a report to the FDA and will consult with an attorney."

For Chronic Pain "Percocet has helped me with pain in the past, but Walgreens is now using a generic brand from Camber Pharmaceuticals, and it is garbage. It makes me very nauseous and does absolutely nothing for pain. I called Walgreens, and they did nothing but defend their choice. It’s Saturday, so I can’t call my doctor. I will be in pain until Monday because I cannot take this (probably placebo) drug. Bye-bye, Walgreens."

For Chronic Pain "There are many negative reviews on this particular T194 “oxycodone/acetaminophen” pill by Camber Pharmaceuticals. I’ve been on this new script for 3 weeks now after taking a white pill of sorts since 2009. I’ve taken one other yellow-colored tablet in that time as well that was ineffective. This tablet is not only ineffective for my back pain but it gives me headaches and makes me feel nauseous. All of my joints hurt when I wake up in the morning. I don’t recommend this tablet (yellow 10/325 strength with T 194 marking on one side and the other side blank) to anyone. Ask your pharmacist to change it or try a different pharmacy. I know from experience that going to the small, family-owned and operated pharmacies will give you more options for quality medications that you and your pharmacist “know” work best for you."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was prescribed this for pain following brain surgery. Take with food to prevent nausea. To avoid constipation, I took each dose with a stool softener and drank apple juice. Works good on the pain. But you do feel a little loopy on it."

For Chronic Pain "Cambers generic 10/325 Percocet are horrible. I feel as if I'm going through withdrawals faster, and it just doesn't seem to work as well. It also makes me itch. I'm on my 2nd month of these worthless pills and have felt worse than I have in a long time! I've no appetite. I'm nauseous, weak, anxious, and just feeling like rubbish! Walgreens said that this is the brand they now carry."

For Chronic Pain "I have dealt with severe chronic pain for about 8 years. The first 2 months I got it filled at Walgreens, they were a different brand. However, Walgreens switched the brand they carry to Camber. They looked different, but I didn’t think much of it. Right away, they weren’t working. Before the switch, it could take my pain from a 10/10 to a 5-6/10 (which is AMAZING for me). Camber couldn’t even take it from a 10 to a 9. And despite it not working, I had most negative effects: dizziness, motion sickness, vomiting, nausea, light-headed, etc. It only affected me for about 3-4 hours, then I would start going through withdrawal side effects. The Camber brand was ineffective. For fears of “pharmacy hopping,” I continued taking this useless and miserable medication for 4 months. I will be picking up a new script for Mallinckrodt this week. Hopefully, this actually helps me."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I had my tonsils out a little over a week ago at the age of 30. My doctor prescribed Percocet for the pain, and although it helped my severe throat and ear pain almost instantly, it was very hard on my stomach. After 2 days, I had to stop taking it due to the amount of nausea I was experiencing. As a pain reliever, it worked wonders, just be sure to eat before you take it to avoid an upset stomach."

For Pain "I received my Camber T194's from Walgreens, like many, for pain after hip surgery to remove hardware inserted when it was broken. In between, I had an appendectomy, so this was my third time taking Percocet (generic) but first time on T194s. I immediately got extremely ill, nauseated with a headache and unsteady on my feet. I also developed pain in all of my arms and legs, making it hard to use the walker. My surgical pain was not relieved very much. I tried to return the prescription, just asking not for my money but to get credit for not using it. Walgreens said that was not possible, so I couldn't get another prescription."

For Chronic Pain "This new T192 is awful. Been on Percocet since ‘98. And talk about pain, nausea. Flu-like symptoms. Oh my!! Thanks to people who abuse the stupid things, I have to suffer until next month when I can get a new script and go to another pharmacy. All Walgreens carry these generic pills. Beware. I’m already in pain, don’t need to be sick!! Just not fair. I don’t drink, smoke, or use any illegal drugs. I take as I am told, even less. I have cancer, and my neck and back are a mess. In fact, my pill doesn’t look exactly like the pic on this site, mine has a line on the back, otherwise same. Some sites don’t even recognize the T192. Hope this helps. Make your pharmacy open your pills before you accept."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was given Percocet recently after knee surgery. After about the 4th dose, I felt hyper, restless, nauseous, and had a very dry mouth. The worst side effect was extreme throbbing/stabbing lower back pain. I thought it was from just laying around, but whenever I didn't take the Percocet, I didn't have the lower back pain. Great for pain, but for me, it's not worth the side effects I experienced."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I have herniated discs in my lower back from a fall. I generally don't like taking narcotic pain killers, but it gets to a certain point where I would take anything to make the pain stop. That's when I take one 5/325 Percocet. It takes 90% of my pain away when I take it with Motrin. I've tried every non-narcotic pain reliever and had no results. I tried Ultram with high hopes, but it didn't help. It's a shame that because of abuse, this medication is so frowned upon (and hard to get even if you really need it). It's so helpful for me and gets me through days that I would otherwise spend crying or in bed. The only downside is if I have to take it a couple of days in a row, I get constipated. I have no dizziness, high feeling, or nausea."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I have chronic back pain. I take this medication as needed. This medicine has allowed me to go back to enjoying children, gardening, camping, etc. I have small children, so this medication really helps with pain while allowing me to be fully functional as well. Doesn't make me loopy or nauseous. This has been a wonder drug for me."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I am 19 with severe testicular pain. At first, the doctor prescribed meloxicam, which helped but made me sick. Then he put me on Vimovo, didn't help at all, and I was up all night vomiting. I told him I needed something better. At first, he was reluctant to give me Vicodin or Percocet. He later prescribed me Percocet 5/325, and man, that stuff really works. It makes you feel like yourself: no pain, no anxiety, no depression, it is a miracle for me. You must stop as the pain goes, and please only take as directed by your doctor, as it can become very addicting. A few downsides are tiredness, nausea (sometimes), and you want to talk a LOT."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I have been going to a pain clinic for 6 years. Was on Norco 5/325, helped for a while till my body got used to it, so the doctor switched me to Percocet/Oxycodone 5/325. I've been on it for 3 months. As for pain, it's been helping really well, at least for me, and right now, on a scale of one through ten, it brings my pain from an 8 down to a 4 or 5, depending on how bad I'm hurting (have bulging L4 & L5 discs in back and SI joint problem along with arthritis and muscle spasms). That gets so bad that I can't stand for long periods or sit long, nor can I lift a lot of heavy stuff including my kids without hurting. But since I've been on this, my pain isn't pain-free, but it's manageable, so I would highly recommend it. But if you have to take it, make sure you eat first, it will make you feel nauseated."

For Chronic Pain "Camber brand of acetaminophen/oxycodone does not work, made me. It makes me very tired and sick to my stomach. Does not control pain whatsoever. Like the others, I am stuck until next month with worthless medication. Camber should be ashamed, as should the FDA for allowing it to be sold. (Junk)"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I have several chronic back conditions: herniated disc, moderate spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and kyphosis. I have been taking 5/325 mg Percocet, 3-4 tabs daily for almost 2 years now. It relieves probably 80% of my pain and allows me to function. Most of the itching, sweating, nausea, etc. disappears after about a month or so of use. As most people noted, take the minimum strength needed to relieve your pain and take only as directed. At 61, I'll probably be on these the rest of my life, but at least I can function. I have found Percocet to work better than even Morphine, at least in my case. Highly recommended for chronic pain."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was diagnosed with bursitis of the hip. I was in severe pain and went to see multiple doctors before even being diagnosed. I was given Vicodin, Tramadol, and an anti-inflammatory drug. None of them did the trick. After months of being in pain and continuously arguing with my doctor that those prior pills were working, he prescribed me Percocet. It works wonders. The first encounter with it made me feel really nauseous, but once I was able to lie down, it was amazing. I don't feel as though I am 'high' on it, but do feel as though I am back to my fun-loving self. My libido has increased, and I am sleeping much better. I work the graveyard shift, and it's hard enough to sleep, and this puts and keeps me asleep. Awesome, to say the least."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I also take this medicine in between MS Contin after breaking my neck, and I'm surprised that the 7.5/325 works quite a bit better than the 5/325. It has been a big help for the breakthrough pain. I've noticed if I don't take them for over 24 hours, I begin having withdrawal symptoms such as muscle cramps and nausea."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "My pain is from a pinched nerve and cervical vertebrae C5/C6 pressing on the nerve root. Chronic lower back pain. It helps great for the pain. The side effects are a problem. Pounding in my ears is horrible. This alone makes me want to try something different. The other bad side effect is feeling too hyper to the point I hurt worse by the time night rolls around. It makes me feel like I'm not injured when really I'm overdoing it because the Percocet is masking the pain. Be careful when you take this drug. I take promethazine for nauseous times. Eating before you take meds is helpful with that. I wish someone could tell me if they have experienced the ear pounding and what the doctor did for you?"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I take this for chronic pain, and at first, I did have some itching and nausea. I take it with a high-fat meal, for example, a hamburger or bacon and eggs. It will work better. Those of you with nausea, ask your doctor for Zofran to help stop the nausea, it worked very well for me. I am on the Rhoades brand and have been doing well."

For Pain "I had a herniated disc and take Percocet 5/325 to manage pain, and it makes it possible for me to have a good day. If you don't stay ahead of the pain, then you will have a difficult time getting the pain back under control. I have been on Percocet since August 2012, and dry mouth and sweating are my side effects. I take Phenergan for nausea and upset stomach. I take with my dosage of 1.5 tablets every 8 hours. I worry about withdrawal, but the pain made me nonfunctional. It is the lesser of two evils. I had back surgery, but my nerve was 'mangled,' so my recovery time is longer than expected."

For Chronic Pain "I have just started taking a different manufacturer (Camber) of 10/325 oxycodone/acetaminophen. I was taking Activis. Now I was given Camber as the maker of the same drug. There is a big difference for me. This drug leaves me with a headache and nausea. I have bilateral hip replacements and a recent revision, also stenosis, and a bulging and slipped disc in my back. Chronic pain is a way of life for me. Managing the pain on a daily basis is an endless struggle. What gets me is how some doctors and pharmacies look at you or suspect and treat you like an addict or drug dealer. Some display no compassion nor understanding of what a person with severe chronic pain deals with day to day, nor how it affects our quality of life. They don't believe you when you inform them that different drug manufacturers of the same pain med don't affect your pain the same, or maybe they don't care. I have been looked down on and given the excuse, 'It's the same drug...we can't order the Activis.'"
