Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I tried one time at a different pharmacy because I called beforehand to ask what brand they carried. They filled it grudgingly and made me feel like I belonged under a bridge with a heroin needle. But their brand, Rhodes, was still better than the Alvogen. I switched back to my old pharmacy who knew me for the crappier pills just to save myself the 'shame.' And that is wrong, and I shouldn’t have to do that or feel that way. Asking questions about the brand or asking anything about a narcotic seems to immediately put a label and a target on you. In the rare instance when my pharmacy received a different brand (KVT Tech, Mallinckrodt, Aurolife Pharma) they were all white oblong pills and worked well for my pain management. But of course that didn’t last, and the abrupt switch back to the round yellow Alvogen gave me withdrawals and pain again. I do not want to leave my doc and pharmacy because I have history there that has protected me from the medication shaming that is so rampant."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I've been on my meds since 1997. I was in a car accident, crushed against a tree in my car. I didn't start my meds during the craziness. Over 20 years, my pain meds keep me normal. I've been with the same pharmacy for about 4 years. I have never given them a problem. In the beginning of this month, he claimed to have not had my usual brand. I desperately asked him how it will affect me and is this only once. He told me it's the same, different manufacturers, and that he hasn't gotten any of my normal ones. I trusted his word. Then, once I tried them, I called him and complained, explaining this is not working. He also suggested I go somewhere else. I explained to him that is not right, I simply want what I know works for me. I am praying that when it's my next pick up, he gives me what I'm supposed to have. This particular brand of Percocet has been making me sick, it's not a mind thing, it's physical pain. U17 are the markings on the pill. The brand is Aurolife Pharma LLC, and they do not serve their purpose. Please don't make the same mistakes as I did. We have rights."

For Chronic Pain "I’ve been on all kinds and dosages of hydrocodone, oxycodone, and fentanyl over the past 10 years. Currently back on Oxy for several years. As we all know, when you are late, the pain gets stronger, missing a dose is ill. My pharmacy recently stopped carrying my previous brand and switched me to Rhodes brand - they are crumbly and don’t taste right. These are hit and miss, more miss, and I feel like I’m in withdrawal half the time, not to mention not being able to stand and walk due to the pain. Spoke with my pharmacist and called a new pharmacy, I have to have my doctor switch my preferred pharmacy because they will not transfer the script this month. Why are there no law firms willing to take on these pharmaceutical companies on our behalf?"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "This isn't the first site I've researched for answers to my recent experience with Camber MFG. Percocet Rx my pharmacy switched to late Jan 2018. I'd say be on notice! My pharmacy switched me to Camber late Jan. 2018. I thought maybe aggravation to my pain? But it seemed like more pain & sooner. I had been stable for years prior. Now, 2nd full refill, oh my goodness, I still had more pain but crazy symptoms I haven't had for years plus headaches, stiffness not the usual, extreme nausea, feels like throat/esophagus swollen. One day foggy, can't think at all, another feel like I'm on speed, sometimes just weird, not like me! I was ok before... with NO side effects at all. Now today open bottle & horrible smell like paint thinner & rot. I'm freaking out, this Rx is unbearable! I'm thinking of sending it to an independent lab to get tested. This smell is serious. Are they skimming the active ingredient... going to black markets?! This is serious & harming legitimate patients."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I too have had chronic pain after a terrible accident and have been on pain medication for decades. When I take CAMBER OXYCODONE HCL 15 MG, they made me sick from withdrawal, nausea, diarrhea, chills, aches, no pain relief, and stuck on them for a month - is there any active ingredient in these? Tell your pharmacy to NEVER give you that brand again. If a chain, DRIVE TO ANOTHER to find a different brand and PLEASE REPORT TO FDA. I have reported this terrible, worthless drug to the FDA. The more reports they get, then maybe they will inspect further, and hopefully do tests on how much active ingredients are in them. I have refused this brand with my pharmacy. I am so sick from them and in terrible pain - I just can't function but have to use them for this month. DEMAND FDA do something. Please, please report. There is a shortage of opioids thanks to junkies, not us people in chronic pain who do what we are told. But if the FDA doesn't stop this company, we may be stuck with only being able to get these TRASH, USELESS PILLS!"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I have had 3 back surgeries by the time I was 25 years old. I have degenerative disc condition and on top of that, I was involved in an accident at work which resulted in a herniated disc. I went through a discectomy, a spinal fusion, and a correction surgery. Needless to say, I have A LOT of hardware in my back! Percocet was wonderful. It made my recovery bearable and living a somewhat normal life. Unfortunately, I'd been on it for 3 years and then my doctor cut me off cold turkey and told me to take Tylenol extra strength. The withdrawals are awful and I'm still living in awful pain, but I had 3 years with mild to no pain with Percocet!"

For Chronic Pain "After years of getting pain relief from Mallencraut oxycodone or Activas, pharmacy switched to a cheaper brand for them. They put me on Camber, telling me that is all they could get now. After only 4 pills, no pain relief, flu-like symptoms, bad heartburn, bad stomach pain, leg pain....which I have never had before. Someone please pull Camber and Rhodes off the shelf. There is something wrong with it. I filed a complaint with the FDA."

For Chronic Pain "I have had a cervical fusion C-4, C-5, which left me with chronic pain due to nerve damage. I also have a herniated disc in my lumbar spine with bone spurs from spondylosis arthritis. I have been tapered down to oxycodone 5-325. I have tried many various generic brands. This is the first time I have had Camber Pharmacy acetaminophen with oxycodone, and it is horrible. I'm glad I found this post because I thought I was crazy. Not only does it feel like a placebo, I feel worse pain than not taking anything at all. I have never been in withdrawal, but I imagine it hurts like this. Aching and pain in my neck and shoulders reminds me of the pain I felt before my surgery, it was really bad. I asked my pharmacist to please note my profile to not give me this brand again. They should not be allowed to sell this brand."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was given this for what was supposed to be temporomandibular joint dysfunction. It worked for four days. Until the pain became so great I went in crying and shaking. Turned out I had to get my tooth extracted and a bone graft. My filling had cracked and the nerve was exposed and dying. Increased me to 10 mg; not only was my mouth pain-free after surgery, my two herniated discs and pinched nerves, my back, neck, and shoulders were almost pain-free. I was able to do laundry and cook for my family. Best thing ever after 12 years of no relief. I take the smallest dose, 5 mg, with the option to take 2 if needed."

For Chronic Pain "This brand is inconsistent. My side effects are: feeling heavy, tired, headaches, nausea, leg cramps, no pain relief, sleepless nights, sweats, frequent waking, night sweats, moody. 7 years on low-dose Percocet for cancer pain and one 10/325 pill has me either 1) feeling like I took more than one pill and sick, or 2) going through withdrawals because there is minimal medication in the pill. And for those comments about taking it as prescribed and it will work, good for you. I’m glad that’s your experience during your brief episode of needing pain medication. For the other folks with persistent pain, crazy past 3 weeks then I realized the only thing different in my life was this Cambra brand switch. I read so many same symptoms here. These Rx companies' products need better regulation! Life is bad enough when you need to take a med to help with pain, but to struggle with different ingredients, fillers, etc., every time your pharmacy changes brands, it’s awful."

For Chronic Pain "RPS brand acetaminophen/oxycodone come from CVS. Instead, go to Kroger or Walgreens, and you won't get that useless med. I have hurt now for 5 years with chronic pain in my back and legs. See a pain doctor. Was on good meds that helped, then one day my pharmacy didn't have my med, and I was leaving on vacation for 2 weeks. I went to CVS and filled. Worst mistake of my life. I went to Hawaii to visit my daughters and was in so much pain I could not get up and enjoy seeing my daughters. It was the worst 2 weeks of my life, the RPS brand was like taking an aspirin that didn't even help me with even a little pain relief. All I did for the most part was sit in the hotel and in the car. My girls tried to help me so much. The pain literally kept me down. I tried to walk with them and would have to sit every 10 minutes. I don't get to see my girls much living so far away, but I tried my best to enjoy the time I had. I will never go back."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was having terrible back pain from my degenerative disc disease. I started off taking tramadol (Ultram), then they switched me to Percocet. That changed my life. After taking it for a few months, I could drive again. Now I can go where I want with little or no pain. I still have pain when shopping, which I hate anyway."

For Chronic Pain "Most of the big pharmacies have changed over to Camber for pain medication without letting the consumer know. I could tell right away something was wrong, and I finally found a place that is using Rho brand. All the horrible side effects have diminished. So many of us rely on our medication to get through every day. Switching out our meds with Camber has to be related to cost or the government. The first month, I just kept taking them, even after I looked online, finding so many having major issues with the Camber meds because I have nothing else to help with my 3 herniated discs and nerve impingement. I was also too afraid to speak with the doctor and be taken off my meds, so I just dealt with it. I had extreme depression, very little pain relief, sometimes it felt like I got some relief, then it quickly went away. I felt constantly sick and angry. Finally, after waiting an entire 2nd month of misery, I got the real meds from a small pharmacy, and I can tell a 1000% difference from the meds."

For Chronic Pain "This medication has given me many side effects. I am seeing my pain management doctor tomorrow and bringing in the T-194 (Camber Pharmaceuticals generic) that was given to me instead of my previous Percocet 10/325. I have been in bad pain all week. The Camber generic has been making me ill: pain, headache that I never had before, sweats, shaking, itching, ears ringing, and most of all, no relief. I feel like I'm in withdrawal. I feel sick since I have taken them for a week. I'm bringing them in to my doctor, and he can do what he wants with what is left."

For Chronic Pain "This new T192 is awful. Been on Percocet since ‘98. And talk about pain, nausea. Flu-like symptoms. Oh my!! Thanks to people who abuse the stupid things, I have to suffer until next month when I can get a new script and go to another pharmacy. All Walgreens carry these generic pills. Beware. I’m already in pain, don’t need to be sick!! Just not fair. I don’t drink, smoke, or use any illegal drugs. I take as I am told, even less. I have cancer, and my neck and back are a mess. In fact, my pill doesn’t look exactly like the pic on this site, mine has a line on the back, otherwise same. Some sites don’t even recognize the T192. Hope this helps. Make your pharmacy open your pills before you accept."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "1st time taking them and I have severe RA for the better half of 60 years, and I take 3 a day for as needed. My bones are now deformed and starting to curl up, and I'm in constant pain, but I try to go as long as I can without needing to take anything but Motrin. But it is very hard to live with this pain and still have to do your everyday life events. When I have a bad flare-up, I can't even walk or use a walker to get to the bathroom. But anyway, I do not think these are as strong as the other brands out there, but when you are in the pain like I am most of the time, any brand would help, and anything that can take the edge off is enough for me to be thankful. Please, people, quit abusing your meds and take as required by the doctor."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I have cervical stenosis. I can live with the varying levels of pain and discomfort through the day as long as I'm able to move around and change positions. But lying down in bed and trying to sleep was a serious problem for me. I couldn't fall asleep until I was really exhausted, and even then, I was wakened after an hour or less by pain. My doctor prescribed Percocet 5/325. The full tablet was a bit strong, but it did the trick. I fell asleep after ten minutes and slept for six straight hours. I then split the tablets and take one ten minutes before lying down. That gets me to sleep and I sleep for about four hours. When I wake up (usually in pain), I take the other half, and I'm good for the day. That's been my regimen for two years."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "My doc prescribed this for after having colitis. It dulls the pain, but for 2 months had the worst constipation (with Colace) and groin pain I ever had in my life. Went to 5 docs and had over $1500 in CT scans and ultrasounds for pain. Doc misled me and said to take it 24 hours a day. After about 2 weeks of agonizing pain, I came off it on my own. NO PAIN! Be very CAREFUL."
