Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I'm so sick on these new pills I got at Walgreens. I've been on generic Percocet for many years, and now I'm going through terrible withdrawals from this brand named MFG Camber. I agree with the others on this site - there is something wrong with this brand. I can't even get myself out of bed. It is making me shaky, nauseous, and unable to function. I'm about ready to go to a hospital if I don't start feeling better. Plus, I'm sweating like I've never sweat before. Don't get these Camber generic Percocet...you will be sick as a dog."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I've been on Percocets for years. Normally the A333 brand was swapped to the T194, then yellow, and then the M523. They all worked well! Until one day my pharmacy switched to the T194 Camber brand without my knowledge. Now, keep in mind I'm not picky nor brave enough to tell my pharmacist what brand to give me, considering the judgment of being labeled as an addict! After taking my first pill within 8 hours, my HEAD HURTED so bad it caused confusion, jitteriness, and cold sweats!! I researched the inactive ingredients and found it contains a silicone filler similar to sand. I also noticed a salty taste compared to the sweet taste of the M523 brand. This pill doesn't work, and the pharmacies and drug companies are putting profit ahead of our health."

For Pain "Publix Pharmacy just changed from Alvogen Generic acetaminophen / oxycodone to Chambers Generic, and I have had terrible reactions. Headaches, nausea, elevated heart rate, irregular heartbeat, racing thoughts, unable to sleep, chills, hot flashes, and sweats. I had to stop taking after one week. The pharmacy told me they have had numerous complaints. They are trying to get another manufacturer again. In the interim, my health insurance provider is trying to locate a pharmacy that carries the Alvogen Generic."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I ended up trying these new Camber 10/325 as my usual pharmacy switched manufacturers without my knowing, and needless to say, here I am writing a review, or should I say warning? I have been on long-term pain meds for a completely disintegrating spine for 10 years now, and I have always had decent pain control by mixing OxyContin with Percocet. However, I recently experienced the craziest reaction in all of my 10 years. First, the taste of these things is very odd, almost perfume-like. I didn’t think much about it until I lost all pain control, became debilitatingly weak, had headaches, nausea, bone-racking pain, poured sweat 24/7, felt like I wanted to jump out of my skin, and basically felt like I had a bad, bad case of the flu on top of it all. THE WORST. Something is really wrong with these pills, and I submitted a complaint on FDA Medwatch. I find it very interesting that other people have been experiencing the same."

For Chronic Pain "I have chronic low back pain as well as fibromyalgia! I have been taking generic Norco for over 10 years, off and on, and never had such horrible side effects in my life as I had when given the Camber brand of acetaminophen/oxycodone. I feel like I have the flu. I wake up with diarrhea, migraines, dizziness, sweats, stomach cramping, feels like my heart's racing while sitting. I’ve called the pharmacy with no help, I also called my doctor and will call my insurance as well. What is in this stuff? Poison fillers. Praying this gets fixed ASAP and they pull this rubbish off the market."

For Chronic Pain "I have been taking generic Percocet for years off and on for chronic pain. I did have Camber brand acetaminophen with oxycodone before and had constant sweating. I now have finished 60 over 4 months of Mallinckrodt and had constant stomach pain and nausea when taken. The pain medication has a shorter effect to keep the pain away. What is in this Mallinckrodt brand of acetaminophen with oxycodone? I cannot take it anymore. I have mentioned this to my doctor and the pharmacist to no avail."

For Chronic Pain "I recently was given the Camber brand of Oxycodone/Acetaminophen and am noticing some unusual side effects, such as a burning sensation on my tongue and in my throat, and excessive sweating. I recently had to switch to Oxycodone from Hydrocodone after building a tolerance. I was stuck with this brand for a month and have asked my pharmacist to order Actavis for next month, as I've had no issues with those. What everyone needs to do is go to the FDA's website and log this brand of Oxycodone in their MedWatch system. If enough people complain about it, they will have to look into it. There is no reason that we have to fear the type of brand we might get when dealing with chronic pain."

For Chronic Pain "I have never posted about my experience with any medication, but generic Percocet brands have gotten out of control. I suffer from cervical spinal stenosis, bilateral bursitis, degenerative disc disease, and three big car accidents. Therapy and medication help. Rhodes Pharm generic 10 mg/325 gave me night sweats, chills, sweating, and nausea. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s, so I have to be very careful about what I ingest, the different fillers and binding agents. My pain doctor knows the generic issues and can switch pharmacies, but let him know. Just got Aurolife/Aurobindo Pharm, so I will post when I see how these work. Mallinckrodt going bankrupt/selling. Watson’s are bought out. Doctors/pharmacies are scared to give pain prescriptions. Pharmacy companies are losing money, scared/threatened that they are contributing to the opioid epidemic. I’m not sure what this will mean for us that suffer from chronic pain daily, debilitating pain. Good luck to you all and thank you all for sharing your stories."

For Chronic Pain "This brand is inconsistent. My side effects are: feeling heavy, tired, headaches, nausea, leg cramps, no pain relief, sleepless nights, sweats, frequent waking, night sweats, moody. 7 years on low-dose Percocet for cancer pain and one 10/325 pill has me either 1) feeling like I took more than one pill and sick, or 2) going through withdrawals because there is minimal medication in the pill. And for those comments about taking it as prescribed and it will work, good for you. I’m glad that’s your experience during your brief episode of needing pain medication. For the other folks with persistent pain, crazy past 3 weeks then I realized the only thing different in my life was this Cambra brand switch. I read so many same symptoms here. These Rx companies' products need better regulation! Life is bad enough when you need to take a med to help with pain, but to struggle with different ingredients, fillers, etc., every time your pharmacy changes brands, it’s awful."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I had oral surgery and was prescribed Demerol, which made me feel sick, not to mention I could still feel the pain somewhat. I called the doctor, who then prescribed Percocet 10/325. Not only did it knock out the pain completely, but the side effects were practically non-existent. Just a little sweating and kind of a warm feeling, but I could function like normally. I didn't feel out of it like the Demerol made me feel. All I can say is it worked perfectly for me."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I am taking Percocet 10's 4 times a day for severe back pain (post 2 spinal fusions, sciatica in both legs, and 3 knee surgeries). I am having a partial knee replacement in 4 weeks. This medicine works great, with only one exception, it causes severe sweating, mostly at night."

For Chronic Pain "This medication has given me many side effects. I am seeing my pain management doctor tomorrow and bringing in the T-194 (Camber Pharmaceuticals generic) that was given to me instead of my previous Percocet 10/325. I have been in bad pain all week. The Camber generic has been making me ill: pain, headache that I never had before, sweats, shaking, itching, ears ringing, and most of all, no relief. I feel like I'm in withdrawal. I feel sick since I have taken them for a week. I'm bringing them in to my doctor, and he can do what he wants with what is left."

For Chronic Pain "T193 generic oxycodone 7.5/325 (Camber Pharmaceuticals) is absolutely the worst I have ever taken. I had dizziness, sweating profusely, and anxiety. I stopped taking it after two pills, now I'm screwed for 30 days. This is just so frustrating!!!!!"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I have several chronic back conditions: herniated disc, moderate spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and kyphosis. I have been taking 5/325 mg Percocet, 3-4 tabs daily for almost 2 years now. It relieves probably 80% of my pain and allows me to function. Most of the itching, sweating, nausea, etc. disappears after about a month or so of use. As most people noted, take the minimum strength needed to relieve your pain and take only as directed. At 61, I'll probably be on these the rest of my life, but at least I can function. I have found Percocet to work better than even Morphine, at least in my case. Highly recommended for chronic pain."

For Pain "I had a herniated disc and take Percocet 5/325 to manage pain, and it makes it possible for me to have a good day. If you don't stay ahead of the pain, then you will have a difficult time getting the pain back under control. I have been on Percocet since August 2012, and dry mouth and sweating are my side effects. I take Phenergan for nausea and upset stomach. I take with my dosage of 1.5 tablets every 8 hours. I worry about withdrawal, but the pain made me nonfunctional. It is the lesser of two evils. I had back surgery, but my nerve was 'mangled,' so my recovery time is longer than expected."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I had a total knee replacement at the age of 32. I have to say that I was in nasty pain 8 out of 10, and Percocet helped me tremendously. I can actually sleep now and rehab more effectively. I wake up every couple of hours at night and have some cold sweats as well, along with cotton mouth, but I think it's worth the pain relief."

For Chronic Pain "I was in an accident playing baseball, and I tore my entire rotator cuff and tore the muscles underneath it and broke three ribs. I refuse to get surgery because I feel they will just give me more meds, which I don’t need. The Mallinckrodt and Actavis work very well and get the job done. Also, the IP 204's work very well. All the other brands don’t really do much. I’m strict with my meds and don’t just take them as prescribed, but I take them when I really need them. I’ll go through days of average pain and take an Aleve or nothing. The problem with oxycodone is it’s addicting, and when I was first taking them as prescribed two to three times daily (30mg), I was constipated and it took me a couple of minutes just to urinate. And when I would go a day without them, I would start sweating a lot and I would have diarrhea, and I would be in a really bad mood for no reason. I realized soon after it was the meds. Now I’m on a steady dose three to five times a day, and it’s much better."

For Chronic Pain "I had been consistently on the Rhodes brand of acetaminophen with oxycodone consistently for several years. I take it for chronic pain as directed. I have been on the 7.5 mg for a long time (this is so not good for you). Anyway, about two weeks ago my refill was due from the same local pharmacy I always use. It was a weekend (I don't know if this made the difference), but when I picked up, I noticed the brand was different. The pills are made by Mallinckrodt. Oh my God, they are not helping at all. The pain in my neck and back has returned times 100, and I'm constantly cold sweating. I feel horrible. The weather has been cold too, which makes my arthritis pain and swelling even worse. I have had to cut my days in half because of the pain I'm in. The nights are agony. Maybe if you are on the same brand for a long time, any different manufacturer makes a difference."

For Chronic Pain "Have 9 herniated discs and 4 spinal hemangiomas that bleed. 8 of the herniated discs and the 4 spinal hemangiomas are thoracic spine, and each one is a million injuries and inoperable, as I trust no surgery for spinal issues like mine. I'm rare, sadly, with thoracic injuries. The oxycodone 7.5 every 6 hours as needed helps so much. Can't say the sweating, coldness, or constipation are great, yet it helps so much with pain."
