Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I'm so sick on these new pills I got at Walgreens. I've been on generic Percocet for many years, and now I'm going through terrible withdrawals from this brand named MFG Camber. I agree with the others on this site - there is something wrong with this brand. I can't even get myself out of bed. It is making me shaky, nauseous, and unable to function. I'm about ready to go to a hospital if I don't start feeling better. Plus, I'm sweating like I've never sweat before. Don't get these Camber generic Percocet...you will be sick as a dog."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I've been taking Percocet 5/325, 1 and 1/2 times a day for a totally messed up lower back in constant levels of pain when moving. Can't stand up straight for 10 yrs. I also periodically get back injections and take small amounts of Methocarbamol for spasms, plus occasionally Diclofenac when extremely bad. I know for a fact I will never get addicted to the Percocet. I don't feel any 'high' or crave it ever. In fact, it makes me nauseous and constipated. Oddly enough, that little bit, spaced right, combined with other pain relief, allows me to get around pretty good, take care of grass cutting, etc. It does cut into the most severe pain, for example, Sciatica, when that flares up. And to be honest, it's safer than any other alternative, especially for those of us who never crave the feeling of the drug!! To be honest, it's overall NOT a physical feeling of well-being for me! It cuts into pain.. PERIOD!"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I have spinal stenosis and severe arthritis in my knees. I have taken 10mg oxycodone for over 4 years, prescribed three times a day. It doesn’t get rid of my pain, but definitely takes the edge off. I just moved and switched pharmacies to Walgreens. As many have reported, Walgreens now uses pills manufactured by Camber, and they DO NOT WORK. I had leg cramps the first day I took them and then woke up nauseous with a horrible headache. Also, my throat aches. I feel jittery. I cannot get another prescription until my time is up with these. I am a heart patient, so I am afraid of what ingredients Camber adds that cause the side effects. I reported this in full detail on the FDA website. Obviously, Walgreens makes a good profit and doesn’t want to change. I will change to a different pharmacy."

For Pain "Publix Pharmacy just changed from Alvogen Generic acetaminophen / oxycodone to Chambers Generic, and I have had terrible reactions. Headaches, nausea, elevated heart rate, irregular heartbeat, racing thoughts, unable to sleep, chills, hot flashes, and sweats. I had to stop taking after one week. The pharmacy told me they have had numerous complaints. They are trying to get another manufacturer again. In the interim, my health insurance provider is trying to locate a pharmacy that carries the Alvogen Generic."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I ended up trying these new Camber 10/325 as my usual pharmacy switched manufacturers without my knowing, and needless to say, here I am writing a review, or should I say warning? I have been on long-term pain meds for a completely disintegrating spine for 10 years now, and I have always had decent pain control by mixing OxyContin with Percocet. However, I recently experienced the craziest reaction in all of my 10 years. First, the taste of these things is very odd, almost perfume-like. I didn’t think much about it until I lost all pain control, became debilitatingly weak, had headaches, nausea, bone-racking pain, poured sweat 24/7, felt like I wanted to jump out of my skin, and basically felt like I had a bad, bad case of the flu on top of it all. THE WORST. Something is really wrong with these pills, and I submitted a complaint on FDA Medwatch. I find it very interesting that other people have been experiencing the same."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "This isn't the first site I've researched for answers to my recent experience with Camber MFG. Percocet Rx my pharmacy switched to late Jan 2018. I'd say be on notice! My pharmacy switched me to Camber late Jan. 2018. I thought maybe aggravation to my pain? But it seemed like more pain & sooner. I had been stable for years prior. Now, 2nd full refill, oh my goodness, I still had more pain but crazy symptoms I haven't had for years plus headaches, stiffness not the usual, extreme nausea, feels like throat/esophagus swollen. One day foggy, can't think at all, another feel like I'm on speed, sometimes just weird, not like me! I was ok before... with NO side effects at all. Now today open bottle & horrible smell like paint thinner & rot. I'm freaking out, this Rx is unbearable! I'm thinking of sending it to an independent lab to get tested. This smell is serious. Are they skimming the active ingredient... going to black markets?! This is serious & harming legitimate patients."

For Chronic Pain "My Walgreens switched my acetaminophen/oxycodone 7.5 to Mallinckrodt 2 months ago, and I do not seem to get the same pain relief. I am also experiencing headaches, nausea, and I just feel lousy with this new brand. I am going to fill my next script at a different pharm so I can get another brand and see if it helps. Maybe it's all in my head? I don't think so because I get more relief from my old scripts that are 5 mg (I still had some left over). I am reading many people are having similar issues with Mallinckrodt. I wish I had a magic wand so I could wave it and help you all with your pain."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I too have had chronic pain after a terrible accident and have been on pain medication for decades. When I take CAMBER OXYCODONE HCL 15 MG, they made me sick from withdrawal, nausea, diarrhea, chills, aches, no pain relief, and stuck on them for a month - is there any active ingredient in these? Tell your pharmacy to NEVER give you that brand again. If a chain, DRIVE TO ANOTHER to find a different brand and PLEASE REPORT TO FDA. I have reported this terrible, worthless drug to the FDA. The more reports they get, then maybe they will inspect further, and hopefully do tests on how much active ingredients are in them. I have refused this brand with my pharmacy. I am so sick from them and in terrible pain - I just can't function but have to use them for this month. DEMAND FDA do something. Please, please report. There is a shortage of opioids thanks to junkies, not us people in chronic pain who do what we are told. But if the FDA doesn't stop this company, we may be stuck with only being able to get these TRASH, USELESS PILLS!"

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "My experience began when I was a child. I had very strange headaches, eventually diagnosed as 'ice pick migraines'. They had all the symptoms of the normal migraine you hear about, except they were so painful, my feet would draw up, my eyes would roll back, and I went almost stiff from the pain... nothing helped. When I hit my thirties, I started having issues with my spine, my pancreas, and my kidneys. Percocet is the only therapy out there that keeps me from wanting to die. My blood is thinner, and I have issues, as stated, with my pancreas and stomach, so I cannot take OTC drugs, they make me sick. Very sick. But, of course, no one believes that until they see what happens to me. It's kind of a living hell. I say if we can help, help."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I have many spine health issues and, as a result, experience the joys of chronic back pain. This medicine works well for moderate pain for me. I did build up a tolerance for it pretty quickly, however, which is typical for any pain medicine. Bad side effects I experienced were debilitating nausea and hot flashes when it was taken on an empty stomach. Also, the all-over 'itchies' when I first started taking the medicine. Both of these can be prevented by eating with the medicine and taking an antihistamine with it."

For Chronic Pain "I’ve never looked up a medication before, but I have chronic arthritis of the spine, and it’s only getting worse. I didn’t look at my medication, I just assumed it was the same as usual. I always take a half dose in the morning and half a dose approximately every three to four hours throughout the day. I only need 25-30 mg a day to get me through my day. Well, today something was off. I started feeling so much pain, I had stomach cramps, and my spine and shoulders could barely move. I couldn’t believe I was taking another half a dose within another hour and a half. Then I felt nauseated. I took the bottle and looked at the pills and saw they were not the same. I am a half a dose away from my full daily dose and feel no effects from this medication. I just took an entire pill, something I haven’t done since my spine surgery 5 years ago. I can barely move, and my legs are starting to ache. I thought they gave me placebos, so I looked them up. I will no longer get my prescriptions at CVS."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "To anyone who has used or will use Percocet, for the nausea, have your doctor put you on a pill called Zofran. This will help with the nausea. They give it to cancer patients for vomiting. I am a huge believer in the mental help Percocet gives as well as the pain management. Had gallbladder surgery in May 09, and after trying Vicodin, Oxycontin, Dilaudid, Ultram, Percocet was the ONLY one that helped me with the pain. Eat before taking and drink plenty of fluids. This will cause severe constipation, so a stool softener may be needed. Best medicine I have ever taken."

For Chronic Pain "My regular white oblong oxycodone 10/325 helped me go back to work and be able to get up in the morning without assistance, still a lot of pain but my med made it tolerable. This month Walgreens gave me a round yellow pill, I called and asked, they said it’s the same but a different brand. It is NOT the same. These are in no way helping like my regular AT ALL. Now I know why I’ve been nauseated, headaches, and lots more pain. This is awful. I will change pharmacies before I take these again, now I have 3 more weeks with these. How awful this is!!! It’s NOT the drug, it’s the MANUFACTURE Alvogon. I’m in so much pain after taking these, like I took some Aleve or something."

For Chronic Pain "I have been taking generic Percocet for years off and on for chronic pain. I did have Camber brand acetaminophen with oxycodone before and had constant sweating. I now have finished 60 over 4 months of Mallinckrodt and had constant stomach pain and nausea when taken. The pain medication has a shorter effect to keep the pain away. What is in this Mallinckrodt brand of acetaminophen with oxycodone? I cannot take it anymore. I have mentioned this to my doctor and the pharmacist to no avail."

For Chronic Pain "I have taken acetaminophen/oxycodone 10 325 for many years because of my spine pain. Have used several brands from Par, Caraco, Sun, and for years the Watson brand. Recently, CVS changed to Aurobindo pharmacy. I don't care what they say, these pills do not have the same amount of painkiller in them. Not to mention the dizziness and nausea that you get from them. They are pure junk and detrimental to your health. I told the pharmacist I was allergic to them, and they put that in their system. Lo and behold, the next month I get my pills and look at them after I walk out of the store, and it's the same brand. I went back in, and they said, well, I'm sorry, that's all we had. Even though they knew I was allergic to it, they gave me those again. And of course, they wouldn't take them back."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "Ok, so you probably want to take this with food. It made me EXTREMELY nauseous when I didn't. Works well for pain. While many pain meds make a person sleepy, this one has the complete opposite effect on me. It made me extremely energetic/hyper. I had overwhelming urges to 'spring clean' the house, garage, and do things I had been putting off. The downside of that, however, is it interferes with my sleep, and I can't take it at bedtime. It's ok for daytime pain for me."

For Chronic Pain "Walgreens changed generic 10-325 Oxy to Camber. It's garbage, and the pharmacist knows it. The pharmacist won't order replacement because they lose money, so they claim. Drug makes me nauseous, headache. I've complained to the FDA, they contact the doctor and cause problems. So I've moved to an independent pharmacy for all my family's scripts. They seem to care. Maybe Walgreens will get the message."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "It's taken me 2 months of ER visits, blood work, EKG, and a CT scan. To realize that the only logical conclusion and one thing that has changed in my life was getting the Camber/Hetero Pharma brand medicine. Unfortunately, rather than being taken off the market, it appears to have taken over. I'm grateful for everyone who has posted about their experience with this company. I can't wait to be done with the nausea, vomiting, headaches, diarrhea, racing heart, night sweats, fatigue, muscle cramps, dehydration, burning mouth sensation, etc. Something is VERY wrong with this brand, and it doesn't seem to even be on the FDA radar. Hopefully, if we all report our adverse effects to the FDA, doctors, and pharmacies, something will get done. In the meantime, requesting the pharmacy place a notation on file and calling ahead to order from a different manufacturer will help us avoid going through any unnecessary suffering."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "Generic drugs can be produced by several different pharmaceutical manufacturers, and more than likely, if you look up the ingredients from each one, you will find that they all use different binders, fillers, and such. Because of this, your experience with these drugs may include nausea, nervousness, upset stomach, etc., so my suggestion is that if you take a generic drug and are having problems or it isn't 'doing what it's supposed to do,' you may want to ask your pharmacist to change suppliers for you. In regard to generic Percocet, I had this problem. Yes, they did relieve my pain, but some did it better than others, and several made me 'nervous' and gave me an upset stomach. Most pharmacists are aware of this difference."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was in a very bad car accident in 2009, needless to say I've been on pain medication since then and have been given everything from hydrocodone to fentanyl patches to OxyContin. I'm only 27, so it's hard to be doped up and tired all the time. And it was either nausea or headaches all the time. My doctor put me on Endocet 10s about a year ago, and they are the absolute best thing for my pain. My tolerance isn't rising quickly either. I'm very pleased so far with this medication, no negative side effects aside from very mild bathroom troubles."

For Chronic Pain "I have never posted about my experience with any medication, but generic Percocet brands have gotten out of control. I suffer from cervical spinal stenosis, bilateral bursitis, degenerative disc disease, and three big car accidents. Therapy and medication help. Rhodes Pharm generic 10 mg/325 gave me night sweats, chills, sweating, and nausea. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s, so I have to be very careful about what I ingest, the different fillers and binding agents. My pain doctor knows the generic issues and can switch pharmacies, but let him know. Just got Aurolife/Aurobindo Pharm, so I will post when I see how these work. Mallinckrodt going bankrupt/selling. Watson’s are bought out. Doctors/pharmacies are scared to give pain prescriptions. Pharmacy companies are losing money, scared/threatened that they are contributing to the opioid epidemic. I’m not sure what this will mean for us that suffer from chronic pain daily, debilitating pain. Good luck to you all and thank you all for sharing your stories."

For Chronic Pain "This brand is inconsistent. My side effects are: feeling heavy, tired, headaches, nausea, leg cramps, no pain relief, sleepless nights, sweats, frequent waking, night sweats, moody. 7 years on low-dose Percocet for cancer pain and one 10/325 pill has me either 1) feeling like I took more than one pill and sick, or 2) going through withdrawals because there is minimal medication in the pill. And for those comments about taking it as prescribed and it will work, good for you. I’m glad that’s your experience during your brief episode of needing pain medication. For the other folks with persistent pain, crazy past 3 weeks then I realized the only thing different in my life was this Cambra brand switch. I read so many same symptoms here. These Rx companies' products need better regulation! Life is bad enough when you need to take a med to help with pain, but to struggle with different ingredients, fillers, etc., every time your pharmacy changes brands, it’s awful."

For Pain "I take generic Percocet - 30@5 mg every 6 months, so I'm not a heavy user. My former generic pills worked perfectly. Recently, I had Walgreens fill the prescription, and I discovered that their new manufacturer, Cambra, has a product that turns blue, even when stored properly in the bottle, is less effective in controlling pain, and causes stomach issues, headaches, and nausea. I experienced these side effects, and a quick look at where this pill was rated, the majority of reviewers reported similar reactions. I researched why the pills turn blue. (I thought I had been given counterfeit pills or molded pills). A blue dye has been inserted to prevent misuse, but I can't see how that would deter them. I read that the FDA as of 2017 will not approve dyes for the pills due to reactions such as what I had. Why would a respected pharmacy like Walgreens carry such an inferior and potentially dangerous product? Many have reported these issues, so I know they are aware."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was prescribed Roxicet 5-325 for pain relief after major abdominal surgery, and I have to say this was amazing! I've never had such complete relief from any medication before. One tablet every 4 to 6 hours kept me completely comfortable. It made me a little sleepy, but that was fine given that I was recuperating from surgery. It would probably not be suitable for me to take while working. The only real side effect I experienced was a little nausea, which I learned to minimize by taking it with food. Overall, the most effective pain medication I've ever used."

For Chronic Pain "Yes, I've been taking pain medication for the last 10 years. Sure wish I didn’t need them. These meds are bad. I have filed a complaint with the FDA and MedWatch. I have also sent off these pills to find out what’s in them! They do nothing for pain. I'm sick of the pharmacies looking at me like I am crazy! I know I am right. I could never take four Watson. I will continue to fight for my health and also file a lawsuit against this sorry company! I had to go to 6 different CVS pharmacies to find any. This is overwhelming! They should help us! I don’t know what else to say. May God be with us!"
