Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I have spinal stenosis and severe arthritis in my knees. I have taken 10mg oxycodone for over 4 years, prescribed three times a day. It doesn’t get rid of my pain, but definitely takes the edge off. I just moved and switched pharmacies to Walgreens. As many have reported, Walgreens now uses pills manufactured by Camber, and they DO NOT WORK. I had leg cramps the first day I took them and then woke up nauseous with a horrible headache. Also, my throat aches. I feel jittery. I cannot get another prescription until my time is up with these. I am a heart patient, so I am afraid of what ingredients Camber adds that cause the side effects. I reported this in full detail on the FDA website. Obviously, Walgreens makes a good profit and doesn’t want to change. I will change to a different pharmacy."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I have four herniated discs and was prescribed Percocet, which took the edge off. I never went above the prescribed dosage. Then the drugstore switched the generic company to Camber acetaminophen/oxycodone. I felt sick, had headaches, and vomited. I never knew you could be sold total garbage from Walgreens, so I never will go back there. Instead, I will go to mom-and-pop drug stores, Mallinkrodt, maybe spelled wrong, but they work better."

For Pain "Publix Pharmacy just changed from Alvogen Generic acetaminophen / oxycodone to Chambers Generic, and I have had terrible reactions. Headaches, nausea, elevated heart rate, irregular heartbeat, racing thoughts, unable to sleep, chills, hot flashes, and sweats. I had to stop taking after one week. The pharmacy told me they have had numerous complaints. They are trying to get another manufacturer again. In the interim, my health insurance provider is trying to locate a pharmacy that carries the Alvogen Generic."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "I ended up trying these new Camber 10/325 as my usual pharmacy switched manufacturers without my knowing, and needless to say, here I am writing a review, or should I say warning? I have been on long-term pain meds for a completely disintegrating spine for 10 years now, and I have always had decent pain control by mixing OxyContin with Percocet. However, I recently experienced the craziest reaction in all of my 10 years. First, the taste of these things is very odd, almost perfume-like. I didn’t think much about it until I lost all pain control, became debilitatingly weak, had headaches, nausea, bone-racking pain, poured sweat 24/7, felt like I wanted to jump out of my skin, and basically felt like I had a bad, bad case of the flu on top of it all. THE WORST. Something is really wrong with these pills, and I submitted a complaint on FDA Medwatch. I find it very interesting that other people have been experiencing the same."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "This isn't the first site I've researched for answers to my recent experience with Camber MFG. Percocet Rx my pharmacy switched to late Jan 2018. I'd say be on notice! My pharmacy switched me to Camber late Jan. 2018. I thought maybe aggravation to my pain? But it seemed like more pain & sooner. I had been stable for years prior. Now, 2nd full refill, oh my goodness, I still had more pain but crazy symptoms I haven't had for years plus headaches, stiffness not the usual, extreme nausea, feels like throat/esophagus swollen. One day foggy, can't think at all, another feel like I'm on speed, sometimes just weird, not like me! I was ok before... with NO side effects at all. Now today open bottle & horrible smell like paint thinner & rot. I'm freaking out, this Rx is unbearable! I'm thinking of sending it to an independent lab to get tested. This smell is serious. Are they skimming the active ingredient... going to black markets?! This is serious & harming legitimate patients."

For Chronic Pain "My Walgreens switched my acetaminophen/oxycodone 7.5 to Mallinckrodt 2 months ago, and I do not seem to get the same pain relief. I am also experiencing headaches, nausea, and I just feel lousy with this new brand. I am going to fill my next script at a different pharm so I can get another brand and see if it helps. Maybe it's all in my head? I don't think so because I get more relief from my old scripts that are 5 mg (I still had some left over). I am reading many people are having similar issues with Mallinckrodt. I wish I had a magic wand so I could wave it and help you all with your pain."

For Chronic Pain "This ALV brand is horrible! Makes me feel so sick. They were out of my regular oxycodone and gave me this crap. I don't want to take it. I'm in more pain. Headache, an upset stomach, and feel like I have the flu."

For Chronic Pain "My regular white oblong oxycodone 10/325 helped me go back to work and be able to get up in the morning without assistance, still a lot of pain but my med made it tolerable. This month Walgreens gave me a round yellow pill, I called and asked, they said it’s the same but a different brand. It is NOT the same. These are in no way helping like my regular AT ALL. Now I know why I’ve been nauseated, headaches, and lots more pain. This is awful. I will change pharmacies before I take these again, now I have 3 more weeks with these. How awful this is!!! It’s NOT the drug, it’s the MANUFACTURE Alvogon. I’m in so much pain after taking these, like I took some Aleve or something."

For Chronic Pain "Quick note -- avoid Camber. If your pharmacy tries to give you Camber, refuse immediately. I have been taking Endocet due to fillers in other generics that made me feel a bit ill. After having no problems with medications for a year, suddenly Walgreens only has Camber generic for oxycodone. No one seems to have Endocet anymore for some reason, and no one will be getting it for months. After the first 5 days of taking Camber, I went through awful withdrawal. After withdrawal, I went through awful headaches, stomach problems, felt like vomiting, got vertigo, some chest pain. I get no relief from my chronic pain anymore. I can't even go out and do daily activities anymore since my pain is no longer managed."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "This is a comment directed at one specific manufacturer, Camber Pharma. 31722 I have been on this strength medication for a couple of years and manage fairly well until my insurance insisted this manufacturer is all they will allow. I now get headaches and an upset stomach and do not feel it is as effective for the pain as Percocet in non-generic form. This formula just does not work and is not worth the side effects."

For Chronic Pain "Walgreens changed generic 10-325 Oxy to Camber. It's garbage, and the pharmacist knows it. The pharmacist won't order replacement because they lose money, so they claim. Drug makes me nauseous, headache. I've complained to the FDA, they contact the doctor and cause problems. So I've moved to an independent pharmacy for all my family's scripts. They seem to care. Maybe Walgreens will get the message."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Chronic Pain "It's taken me 2 months of ER visits, blood work, EKG, and a CT scan. To realize that the only logical conclusion and one thing that has changed in my life was getting the Camber/Hetero Pharma brand medicine. Unfortunately, rather than being taken off the market, it appears to have taken over. I'm grateful for everyone who has posted about their experience with this company. I can't wait to be done with the nausea, vomiting, headaches, diarrhea, racing heart, night sweats, fatigue, muscle cramps, dehydration, burning mouth sensation, etc. Something is VERY wrong with this brand, and it doesn't seem to even be on the FDA radar. Hopefully, if we all report our adverse effects to the FDA, doctors, and pharmacies, something will get done. In the meantime, requesting the pharmacy place a notation on file and calling ahead to order from a different manufacturer will help us avoid going through any unnecessary suffering."

For Chronic Pain "Do NOT let your pharmacist fool you into using the Camber brand of Percocet. It doesn't work. It causes headaches, palpitations, and an overall feeling of sluggishness. You will not receive any pain relief, and your energy level will drop to 0 after taking it. I've taken other brands for chronic pain for years, and they have all given pain relief and a sense of more energy. Camber is the exact opposite. Ask your pharmacist what brand they have before they fill your prescription with Camber generic Percocet. This is the first review I've ever written anywhere. Take heed."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "I was in a very bad car accident in 2009, needless to say I've been on pain medication since then and have been given everything from hydrocodone to fentanyl patches to OxyContin. I'm only 27, so it's hard to be doped up and tired all the time. And it was either nausea or headaches all the time. My doctor put me on Endocet 10s about a year ago, and they are the absolute best thing for my pain. My tolerance isn't rising quickly either. I'm very pleased so far with this medication, no negative side effects aside from very mild bathroom troubles."

For Chronic Pain "Camber T-193 has left me very ill. Caused severe stomach pain, severe heartburn, headaches, no pain relief, severe diarrhea. Put call into doctor to change then out and reported to FDA. Do not accept Camber pills. Something wrong with then. I can't call them because their pharmacy distribution is located in India."

For Chronic Pain "This brand is inconsistent. My side effects are: feeling heavy, tired, headaches, nausea, leg cramps, no pain relief, sleepless nights, sweats, frequent waking, night sweats, moody. 7 years on low-dose Percocet for cancer pain and one 10/325 pill has me either 1) feeling like I took more than one pill and sick, or 2) going through withdrawals because there is minimal medication in the pill. And for those comments about taking it as prescribed and it will work, good for you. I’m glad that’s your experience during your brief episode of needing pain medication. For the other folks with persistent pain, crazy past 3 weeks then I realized the only thing different in my life was this Cambra brand switch. I read so many same symptoms here. These Rx companies' products need better regulation! Life is bad enough when you need to take a med to help with pain, but to struggle with different ingredients, fillers, etc., every time your pharmacy changes brands, it’s awful."

For Pain "I take generic Percocet - 30@5 mg every 6 months, so I'm not a heavy user. My former generic pills worked perfectly. Recently, I had Walgreens fill the prescription, and I discovered that their new manufacturer, Cambra, has a product that turns blue, even when stored properly in the bottle, is less effective in controlling pain, and causes stomach issues, headaches, and nausea. I experienced these side effects, and a quick look at where this pill was rated, the majority of reviewers reported similar reactions. I researched why the pills turn blue. (I thought I had been given counterfeit pills or molded pills). A blue dye has been inserted to prevent misuse, but I can't see how that would deter them. I read that the FDA as of 2017 will not approve dyes for the pills due to reactions such as what I had. Why would a respected pharmacy like Walgreens carry such an inferior and potentially dangerous product? Many have reported these issues, so I know they are aware."

For Chronic Pain "I have just started taking a different manufacturer (Camber) of 10/325 oxycodone/acetaminophen. I was taking Activis. Now I was given Camber as the maker of the same drug. There is a big difference for me. This drug leaves me with a headache and nausea. I have bilateral hip replacements and a recent revision, also stenosis, and a bulging and slipped disc in my back. Chronic pain is a way of life for me. Managing the pain on a daily basis is an endless struggle. What gets me is how some doctors and pharmacies look at you or suspect and treat you like an addict or drug dealer. Some display no compassion nor understanding of what a person with severe chronic pain deals with day to day, nor how it affects our quality of life. They don't believe you when you inform them that different drug manufacturers of the same pain med don't affect your pain the same, or maybe they don't care. I have been looked down on and given the excuse, 'It's the same drug...we can't order the Activis.'"

For Chronic Pain "CAUTION: pills 10/325 by CAMBER. Side effects have sent me to my doctors and ER. These pills caused burning of the lining of my mouth and throat, etc. The first pill taken had a very bad chemical smell and a chemical taste. It started to dissolve in my mouth right away, it got stuck in my throat. I have a paralyzed vocal cord. I felt it burning away and the god-awful taste. My other side effects of this pill have left me with nausea, massive headaches, etc. My throat is still swollen and I could not eat. The burning in my mouth and throat is still there and my stomach is still sick. I had to stop taking this pill. At first, I thought I also had the flu and got so constipated. So far, all medical tests taken to show strep throat, etc., show nothing. The doctor and ER say there is a burned look to my mouth and throat with redness. I still taste and smell that pill. I have had to go without my pain meds. I have filed a report to the FDA and will consult with an attorney."

For Chronic Pain "There are many negative reviews on this particular T194 “oxycodone/acetaminophen” pill by Camber Pharmaceuticals. I’ve been on this new script for 3 weeks now after taking a white pill of sorts since 2009. I’ve taken one other yellow-colored tablet in that time as well that was ineffective. This tablet is not only ineffective for my back pain but it gives me headaches and makes me feel nauseous. All of my joints hurt when I wake up in the morning. I don’t recommend this tablet (yellow 10/325 strength with T 194 marking on one side and the other side blank) to anyone. Ask your pharmacist to change it or try a different pharmacy. I know from experience that going to the small, family-owned and operated pharmacies will give you more options for quality medications that you and your pharmacist “know” work best for you."

For Pain "My doctor gave me a prescription for 5/325 oxycodone. I have pain issues from time to time, and oxycodone works well for me. When I went to my local Walgreens to fill my prescription, I was given pills from a different company. The company's name is Camber. These pills are bad!!! Do not accept them, and for sure do not take them!!! I took one pill at 6 am, and it made me sick until about 6 pm. I then had a horrible headache. The next day, I could still feel this poison in my body. This company's version of oxycodone is unacceptable! And downright criminal. Camber sucks!"

For Chronic Pain "I've been on pain medication for almost a year for RA flare that won't end, osteoarthritis with possible fibromyalgia to boot. I did not know, but my pharmacy switched to this manufacturer, Camber. These pills are garbage. Not clearly all yellow and not all white. They look like they were made in someone's basement. My first dose I could see something was wrong. The pain relief is very short and very little compared to the usual company. I have a headache every single day, and my usual dosage prescribed seems to be not enough. I don't feel like myself, and my energy level has gotten worse with these things. This medication is highly regulated, and I have had to suffer with this ineffective medication for almost a month now. What is this pill made of? Some kind of junk filler? Thankfully, my insurance allows me to use another pharmacy. I will be calling in a few days to find a pharmacy that does not have Percocet from Caber."

For Chronic Pain "This medication has given me many side effects. I am seeing my pain management doctor tomorrow and bringing in the T-194 (Camber Pharmaceuticals generic) that was given to me instead of my previous Percocet 10/325. I have been in bad pain all week. The Camber generic has been making me ill: pain, headache that I never had before, sweats, shaking, itching, ears ringing, and most of all, no relief. I feel like I'm in withdrawal. I feel sick since I have taken them for a week. I'm bringing them in to my doctor, and he can do what he wants with what is left."

For Chronic Pain "Out of all the years of taking this medication and many different generic brands from different pharmaceutical companies, there is definitely something wrong with this medication from this company. This is my second time receiving this brand, and it's not that effective. It does work a little bit for my pain, but not as much. It definitely gives me severe headaches every time I have to take a pill for my pain. I did contact the pharmaceutical company and FDA about this, as the company must report all side effects to the FDA, who regulates these things. The company apologized and asked some questions. The pill is also not blue, like stated online, it is white and turns blue when it gets wet. I would recommend looking on their site and reading their active ingredients to see if any may affect you, as there are dyes and sodiums and things in this medicine."

Acetaminophen / oxycodone for Pain "Camber brand is garbage. Do not accept it. Tell them you want another brand. Tell your doctor it causes headaches, high blood pressure, and does nothing to the pain. They're allowed to reduce 20% of the active medicine in generics. This seems to be reduced by 75%."
