For Pain "I was told about this medicine about 10 years ago. At the time, I could only find the original strength and quickly found out that I could not take it during the day because it knocks me out and I would be sleeping. It is the only medicine that will take away the pain I am having. I had knee surgery twice in a year, and the prescription pain medicine I had took away some pain, but with the Percogesic, the rest of the pain went away and I got to sleep. I tried the maximum strength last year for the first time and discovered that it didn't make me sleep... actually hyped me up. I discovered it was different than the original strength by having an antihistamine in which I am sensitive to. So now I can take it during the day. It's the best!"

For Pain "This product is not well known. I had to introduce it to my sister. She was taking Advil PM, and it made her angry, anxious. I took her off Advil PM and got her on Midol PM. A few days later, she called me and shared the same thing I experienced. Calm, well rested, relaxed, and not as angry as before. I love this product. I hate the fact that it took me so long to find it. It needs to be marketed more. Black women like me have issues with our periods. Bad cramps and insomnia plague us. A product that focuses on treating these problems without the side effects is Godsend. I take just two pills at night when I am PMSing and during my period, and I wake up like a new woman."

For Insomnia "The Tylenol PM worked... TOO GOOD! After 20 minutes, I would have a great night's sleep. I have been taking it for years... then my son told me the new reports about this causing dementia. I stopped immediately. The side effects after I stopped have been pretty severe. I never dreamt that there would be withdrawals from this until I googled it, but I have most of the symptoms (except for the shakes and nightmares)... dizzy, lightheadedness, nausea, unable to sleep. After all, I thought, since I talked to my doctor over and over about them (and he said no problem) and they were over the counter, I was good. WRONG! Bad stuff. Tell everyone you know to stop them."
